Food was very tasty but not enough, very cold in restaurant had to make myself something to eat when I got home as I was still hungry

Lovely Sunday buffet and it's very consistent. Such a wide variety of food, quick service and piping hot. Love it here. Lots of regulars. If you've not been you don't know what your missing!! You can add, change and spice it up. Nothings to much trouble.

First time we went, this restaurant was nice, delivering good food quickly at reasonable prices. So when we went again a few days ago, was rather disappointed. The service was very very slow - waiting an hour from getting there to our first food was excessive. A table of customers next to us walked out due to long waits. The food was mediocre this time. A lot of sauce, not a lot of veggies or meat within it. They delivered some wrong dishes to that ordered as well. I hope they get their act together and return to the quality of food and service they originally had.

Incredible food and excellent friendly service. Have been coming back year after year for a decade for the set menu. It’s a shame it’s not busier.

Always nervous about going to a new Chinese but to be honest this place is even better than my usual back home in Liverpool. Everything was perfect from the chicken and sweetcorn soup to the fillet steak in Cantonese sauce. The spring rolls were also absolutely delicious! The staff are super friendly and prices are good!

This place is absolutely disgusting only ordered 2 chicken fried rice 2 curry sauces 1 portion of chips & bag of prawn cracker & it was 35 quid??? The fried rice was so small and the chicken was absolutely vile! Definitely from a tin preserved in jelly 🤢 I’ve never had a Chinese that taste so bad. Needs shutting down how can you charge so much for slop! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE NOT WORTH £5 for what we ordered! I REALLY HOPE YOU READ THIS REVIEW AND MAKE SERIOUS CHANGES TO YOUR RESTAURANT! What a fabulous place! We have been here a few times. I love the warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The owner is such a lovely lady, and you can see how this spreads to the staff. Service we received on Sunday superb. As for the food, it’s absolutely delicious. The Sunday dining experience allows you to try so many dishes. Our favourite starters, were the salt and pepper, chicken, and salt pepper mushrooms. Chicken satay was really nice too, and the best toast I’ve had for a long time. We had a great selection of main courses and really enjoyed the chilli and garlic chicken, and the broccoli and bean sprouts. Thank you to everyone at the restaurant, and we will definitely be back soon to see you again.

We've just had a lovely meal in The Arch. They atmosphere was very friendly and warm. Although busy their was an excellent flow and the service was very warm and the staff were brilliant, so helpful nothing was too much trouble As for the food it was excellent! It was cooked beautifully and the duck just melted in your mouth Will definitely be returning. Good value for money too.

Order some deep fried spicy chicken at £7.40 and the tub wasn't even half full... rang and didn't offer to sort it out ....

The staff are so friendly and kind, the food is very fresh and delicious and my experience there was amazing would definitely recommend lovely place to go and eat!
