Excellent really good food eat in the restaurant or takeaway also delivered meals . Never had a bad meal and the owner and staff very friendly people . I definitely recommend it . I could eat one right now 😋

The food was awful and expensive the egg fried rice was lumpy and cold the bean sprout noodles didn't have any bean sprouts in the chicken balls were rubbery the only thing that was nice was the salt and pepper ribs

Excellent food, there's was plenty of choice, really enjoyed trying the hot and sour soup which I thought was delicious and also enjoyed mussels with Shanghai sauce. Customer service was amazing, the restaurant was clean and had a great relaxed atmosphere to it.

Came in here tonight for my cousins birthday and to be honest it was very disappointing. Granted there was quite a few of us- the food wasn't terrible but the service was shocking, the guy who served us was really quite rude and abrupt, 2 of our party members walked out. We ordered food which came out quite quickly but then it was about 40 minutes before our next lot of dishes came out. Definitely will not be returning here. Shocking service. Absolutely no atmosphere. If I could have given no stars for service and atmosphere I would have done.

Well we turned up and staff was straight over but they need someone who can speak good English and we ordered but found the portion size too small the food was ok in a way but the noodles were greasy the veg was raw not cooked at all I don't know how they run this business as he need things to change we had a drink and left will not be going again for the price people go to cosmo much better and change the name from all you eat buffet to something else

Very unhappy with the food was only there an hour £60 lighter !! All the dishes are very very small Only had one main dish and beef was rock hard over cooked , will not be going bk also there not alot to choose from 👎

Superb fresh cooked Chinese food 👌 always best to book because it can get busy. I am a regular at O'Grills it's not your usual kept warm all you can eat! Food orders taken at your table freshly cooked then bought out to your table. You won't be disappointed.

Went tonight for my dad's birthday and it was beautiful and the main man who was savring us, a true gentlemen thank u so much to everyone.

Beautiful food, all cooked to perfection and served with a smile. Decent price for all you can eat, as many dishes as you fancy brought to your table and you can order any dishes multiple times, as long as you're not wasteful which I think is fair enough. Really friendly pleasant atmosphere, we really enjoyed our meal.

The food was very average just your usual takeaway standard, some food came out luke warm, not much flavour either . And for £21 each it ended up very expensive, drinks were dear so in total £91 which included the service charge, we was really disappointed. Should have gone to cosmo in town . Definitely won’t be coming back , it’s advertised as good value with their £21 but after all extras are on and service Charge it was very expensive for only 3 people .

Arrived at 7pm came to table 15 mins later for drinks order then ordered food but no food came out until 7.50 I complained that the food had taken so long and also they missed 3 things we ordered from all you can eat menu. Then we ordered again and they missed 2 more dishes and the food was cold I complained again and they said they would sort it out next time but there won't be a next time this place needs closing down.

Felt like they have up on food as we was only ones there family 14 wasn't to bad but food could of definitely had better presentation

I would normally shout from the rooftops about how amazing this place, food is expcetional however tonight we went and ordered our first round of food to not get served again for 40minutes after finishing. Every table got served apart from us. It was beyond busy and there was not enough staff. I felt sorry for the two people on the floor running around like headless chickens. We only managed to place one more order. We then got charged £5 service charge to receive not the greatest service.

Not up to usual standard king prawn satay onions not cooked through and prawns were undercooked had food from here since they opened never had a bad meal until today

Giving a 1 star is probably being generous. Without doubt the worst dining experience I think iv had. Was pointed to our table instead of chaperoned, waited 20 mins, decided to go order drinks, placed order THEN given our basket of prawn crackers. Drinks turned up 10 mins later then the 1st food order was taken (approx. 35mins after seating ourselves) added note, approx. 1 hour 15 after we arrived, 2 women and 1 gentleman were seated behind us (chaperoned with basket of prawn crackers, and drinks order taken and delivered within 5 mins) Felt like we were left at the bottom of the pile as they seemed to tend to 3/4 larger tables. The portion sizes were absolutely laughable when I was ordering certain things for 3 adults (starters). Heard really good things about this place but was left very disappointed. Would not recommend this place to a pack of starving stray dogs if it was free, shocking!!!

I have been a few times and it has been great But the last time I went the service was not good The food was great as always but slow coming out and some of what we ordered was taken to other tables so we had to order things again Hopefully it was just a one off

Increíble de principio a fin! Vinimos a cenar el lunes con mi prometido y mis hijos y tuvimos una noche encantadora. El personal no podía hacer más por nosotros y los chicos disfrutaron que les preguntaran qué les gustaría e incluso hicieron un plato especial para mi mayor, muy amable y educado, describieron los platos que no habíamos probado antes y nos hicieron saber lo que era más popular entre sus clientes. La comida era increíble, no queda una migaja en ningún plato! Lo recomendaría al 100% y lo he hecho un par de veces ya esta semana. Gracias por el excelente servicio y volveremos pronto

The customer service was outstanding. The people who worked the have treated us with a highest respect I could not have asked them to do anything more then they have today. I will 100% recommend this restaurant and if you live in the area you must visit the place.

Came here today for a partners 18th birthday… they were fantastic! the food was delicious and was served in good portion sizes. The food came reasonably fast considering our table was booked with 11 people, and we all had a blast. The owner was very professional but also had a lot of humour, adding to the experience. Every member of staff on shift made us feel so comfortable. I definitely recommend coming here, whether it’s for a nice afternoon or for big events. :)

First time visit, what a nice place! my sister-in-law is gluten free and found this restaurant on the gluten free forums, the guy who runs the restaurant is such a nice guy he couldn't do enough to make our visit spot on, offering advice on which meals work best for my sister-in-law+ the food was amazing. Will definitely be going back soon 😁 PS. Nice size private carpark round back !

So we decided to host our daughter’s 18th birthday celebration with O’Grill and we had arranged for 23/25 people to attend. Ken and his team were purely fantastic from start to finish. They had everything set up for our arrival and the place looked amazing. Ken and his staff hosted us superbly and routinely checked on everyone to see that they were well taken care of. The food was beautiful and beyond anything that we had eaten before to the point our friends from Hereford stayed it’s the best Chinese restaurant they have ever eaten in. Everything was fresh and well prepared and perfectly presented. You can tell that this restaurant absolutely takes pride in their food. It was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was also great as you were able to relax and simply enjoy the experience and was able to enjoy the conversation and company. Honestly if you’re ever looking for a place to go then you must 100% take yourself and family, friends to this amazing restaurant. Thanks Ken will see you very soon mick and Janine.

We've been here loads of times, always been ok. Went last week it was terrible. Food was tasteless, presentation absolutely rubbish, the whole experience was just not good. Try it for yourself and I hope you find it better but we won't be going back for a while.

The food is OK but it is so salty that I have to drink 2ltr of water to quench my thisk.

Really good Chinese buffet, all you can eat, but without the food left laying around going cold and being touched, sneezed, and coughed on. Awful atmosphere, staff have no social skills felt like the woman was going to fight people at times for just trying to order, place is not clean and smells weird, food is the worst Chinese I’ve ever had, I can not understand the good reviews

Sat with prawn crackers for 50 minutes waiting for starters. Service was shocking! Staff just pushing to sell more drinks. just eat deliveries taking priority over restaurant customers. Uncleared tables all over and everyone sat with no food apart from prawn crackers. They also had the cheek to add a service charge. Definitely will not be returning.

Delicious food, great selection of different flavours. I liked the size of the portions, not too overwhelming, and allowed me to try many dishes. The staff was so welcoming. They simply couldn't do more to make us feel comfortable. Good value for money. Highly recommend 👌

Went last night for husband’s birthday with daughter and partner. We had different dishes, every dish was hot, tasty, well presented, didn’t have to wait too long. We especially liked the black bean sauce dishes, proper king prawns, pork, chicken and beef. Staff asked if we’d like more food after starters and mains (all in with the price). You just pay extra for desserts and drinks. Daughter had banana fritter and said it was lovely. The young lady who served us was very attentive and helpful. Because it was my husband’s birthday (and we just showed driving licence), his whole meal was free! As long as 3 paying adults as well. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back!!

I think maybe the food here is delicious, but unfortunately I didn’t get to taste it. Because the menu on the Internet differs from the actual menu. My order was completely different, with products that I do not eat.

Eaten here a number of times and the food is always freshly cooked. The owner always checks on you and asks is you would like more food and he always wants you leave satisfied. In my opinion, the food here is probably the best Chinese food I’ve ever had.

Ordered takeaway, got a mega salt and chilli box which is an amazing deal, it already comes with a couple of veggie dishes but we were able to swap one of the chicken dishes out to make it more even between myself and my partner who does eat meat. Great service, great food and a short waiting time.

We ordered from here and wanted a 6pm delivery. The food was 40 minutes late. To be fair the driver did apologies and waived the delivery fee. We ordered Chinese food for 2 with spare ribs extra. This was enough for 3 adults. It came to just over 21 Quid.

wouldn't go again. we found this place on Google looked decent prices till we got there then prices were different to the ones advertised food was ok people nice.then get bill . and a xtra £10 service charge. Well food was dear enough to start with . plus you had to pay for dessert. there's a place at castleford we go and all you can eat plus desserts no service charge for same price. £103 so wouldn't go again.

Been twice now and both times have been lovely. The food is always spot on being delicious and arriving soon at our table swiftly after ordering ! Service is wonderful as well with the servers being attentive and lovely making us feel welcome. I will happily be returning in the near future

This place is a hidden gem. It does not look much on the inside. But the main thing is the food is really good 👍 one of the best Chinese I have had. Staff are friendly and welcoming. And the price is spot on.

I really wanted to like this place but sadly I just wasn't too keen.. It was a bit hit and miss. Some meals were really nice and others were a bit meh... I thought some of the meats smelled a bit weird. I do love lots of salt, but even for me some stuff was a bit too much! The shredded duck and the ribs with BBQ sauce were good The presentation was nice. We thought the price was very good for what we got, only £15 for all you can eat. And we didn't mind the service charge being added because the gentleman who served us was lovely.

I'll start off by saying the staff are soooo nice! Got seated as soon as they opened and got to choose a seat. The service was fast and all the staff were so smiley and polite. The food is lovely. Small portions but as you're able to order as much as you want, it works. Less food waste! Free private parking which is a bonus. Can't say anything bad at all, really nice experience. Thank you O'Grill. We'll be back when we're in the area again

Give one star because of the sneaky 10% service charge, if I want to tip, that will be my choice. It's just too dodgy for us. I know all you can eat buffet is that you go and serve your self, but here they bring you the food and you don't really see too much. Staff was friendly but the sneaky 10% for service charge, I don't like. Expected dessert to be free but was not so we did not order. 🤣 Anyways, we will never return back, a lot of thing are missing, don't have too many choices. I go Chinese because they have, octopus, squid and all kind of sea food but here you find mostly, beef, pork, chicken, they did had mussels and king prawn. Sorry mate but for £48.50 I can say that it's not enough choices.

Called in here on a long drive south , great food, great host Ken, unique idea that the buffet food is cooked to order to avoid waste … brilliant , the prawns , the ribs and curry parcels were hits… it’s a bit like Chinese Tapas ! Thankyou

Excellent food, poor service. Under staffed for the amount of people, waiting for food, some not had starters when others had finished main meal. I would go again because the food is so good, but I wouldn't go in a large party again.

Food was terrible three out of the four of us that went were sick after, chicken was slimy, very poor quality food, and charged an extra 12.90 for a small Pepsi, some orange cordial and a water.

Opens before the other local Chinese and personally I think the food is generally higher standard. A bit disappointed with my shredded beef but the other 2 dishes were very nice. Friendly service although parking can be a bit tricky if you are just picking up a carry out / take away.

Excellent service from entering to leaving Staff were very helpful and polite and always had a smile , we had the all you can eat selection and everything we ordered was cooked fresh and quick and presented brilliant , Can't fault anything about this venue that's why I have rated high.. oh one tip if you go for all you can eat check both sides of the menu because it was confusing at first till my good Lady realised , you can keep ordering all the time you are there up to 2 hours..

I really should have walked straight back out this place . Staff seemed bored and not really welcoming . Food was average chicken was chewy and a grey colour. Beef chewy . Kid’s chicken nuggets was the best thing . Also they add 10% service charge on your bill I wouldn’t have minded if the service was any good but not once did we get is everything ok. Had to get up and pay the bill cause it seemed staff just want to chat at the bar .

Made a last minute booking here for New Year's Eve after eating here several months ago. They managed to squeeze us in at short notice. The food was really really good, the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the prawn toast and the Yik Sung from the starters. Chicken in Oyster sauce was nice, as was the egg fried rice and noodles. Really enjoyed the Kung Po chips. The Malaysian and Shanghai dishes sounded nice even though we didn't order them...ask the waitress about them.

What a ignorant ordered food 2 hours nd 30 mins still no food and the receptionist hung up on me so don’t use this place you will be disappointed

Plates could have been warmed, they were cold...food was then cooled down pretty quickly, lighting makes the room too bright, can't relax. Television showing football really put me off, first chinese restaurant with football??? I won't be returning! Plus a sneaky 10% service charge...I'll make my own decision if you need a tip!

We had the best night for my daughters birthday, our only regret is not visiting sooner! The staff were extremely accommodating and couldn't do enough for us, food was served fast, fresh and hot with a really good menu choice, we honestly couldn't fault a single thing and will be returning. Chicken was only just cooked/verging on not cooked, all food was poor quality and just horrible. Restaurant had sticky tables, loud music and bright, white lights. It was so cold we had to keep our coats on. Two noisy, large parties close to us. Avoid.

First visit tonight as a group of four adults and three kids, 6 chose the buffet and one picked a meal from main menu. The service was great, friendly attentive staff, no long waits, and accommodating of individual needs. The food was bloody lovely, between us we tried many of the starters and mains and we liked every single one that we tried, nice portions, full if flavour and well presented! Couldn't fault a thing! Thank you for a lovely evening, we will be back!

Greeted with a smile upon opening the door. All the staff were lovely and happy to help. Food was great, had beef and pork and they both just melted in my mouth, sauces were flavourful and nice.

We had a takeaway and pick it up ourselves, food was delicious and a good price, staff was very welcoming and friendly would highly recommend.

We visited due to a birthday celebration which was a party of 11, the food was beautiful, cooked from fresh. One of the younger boys was a bit picky and they gave him something that wasn’t on the menu which we thought was lovely. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and so polite…. We will definitely be revisiting for the next birthday bash!
