Absolutely fantastic food. Amazing. The lady on the phone was very professional, the delivery driver was spot on. The delivery time was exactly what they said. Can't fault it one bit the prices are reasonable. Definitely the best chinese takeaway without a doubt. The special fried rice was bang on ,the special curry was outstanding, the ribs were really tasty and meaty,the chicken balls were hot and crispy crunchy with melt in the mouth chicken. 100% will be ordering again & again & again for sure. Top marks to the chef and staff..thanks for a lovely meal

Can not find any fault with the food... really good !! However, the service in the shop could really be improved... for some odd reason one of the staff taking the orders gives you the impression that they don't A) want you to be there and B) they don't want to be there either.... there is never a "Thanks" or "Goodbye" offered... at the end of the day its the food I am paying for but a simple bit of warmth wouldn't go amiss...

Took us some time to find this place by recommendation but oh my.... Absolutely superb. A clean, tasty, quality Chinese meal. Not the usual cheap stodge. Absolutely gorgeous food. Would highly recommend.

We're staying in a nearby caravan park and wanted a cheeky takeaway. We looked online for other reviews (from a list provided by the park, which this one wasn't on). Others were slated, and we found this one on Tripadvisor - it did not disappoint. Great portions, great taste and not overly expensive. Highly recommend this for anyone staying in and around the Hatfield, Doncaster area.

All I can say don't order waited to 2 hours then when I rang up and asked to speak to the manager apparently they're too busy to speak to me.

I have now had 4 take away deliveries from OK and all of them have been good... so thought I would post a review... delivery was prompt, food was hot and it was good... I have tended to have the set meal for 1 which is really good value for money.... Stretching to Sunday quite easily....

Food is lovely, customer service is shocking!!! I ordered a meal at 6pm to be delivered from 7 30 pm, 2 phone calls later, 8.10 pm arrived I never complain normally, but won't be ordering again

Since moving to the area we tried this first then a few others round the area. None compared. Always get our meal from here.

We have a few oriental restaurants around the local area, but Open Kitchen is by far the best takeaway! The lovely people that run it are dedicated to their work, making some fantastic dishes that have lovely flavour.

We’ve recently moved to the area and got a menu through our door. So pleased we did. Beautiful food, so tasty, we really enjoyed our meals. Will definitely be getting our Chinese food from here again. The customer service is fantastic. We didn’t get our free prawn crackers and the delivery man came back with them. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Always had a lovely meal however very disappointed tonight as they cancelled the ordered we placed online. Almost £30 we were spending with them but they declined it because they said they were ‘too busy’ !!! Well all I can say is must be nice for a business to pick and choose who they serve! Needless to say they won’t be getting anymore orders from me!
