Food was great with plenty of choice.

The food from here is hot,fresh and very flavoursome! Would definitely recommend it 👌 value for money too and are so friendly.

I had the duck and it was almost all fat. Very disappointing meal. I wouldn't go back

Got some food. Let's just say the Singapore rice was not it at all. It was bland plus there were scanty shrimps and meat in it. Would definitely not buy it again. The customer service was good, hence the two stars

I went at Lunch Time, the menu they give you is very basic but loads of food items are shown on the menu on the door outside, there was other diners having a right feast certainly not food on the lunch time menu anyway I think if you are a regular you may know the menu better and maybe you can have an all you can eat buffet at lunchtime. The food was lacking flavour unfortunately but a side, a main dish and some chow mein and a drink for £14 is an excellent price. It's very clean and the music is very chill but unfortunately the service isn't great, I was waiting a while to pay even after getting the attention of a staff member I was just ignored.

What can I say about this place, for starters the place was very clean and tidy with a very cosy atmosphere. Staff was very helpful and friendly also was happy to let us know what the difference was in the types of dishes. The food well thats where it got even better every dish we order and all ate and didnt leave a single bit on the plate was fantastic we've never been before but I will most certainly make it a place to go back to again and again, very tasty food excellent service and great value for money.

While it's a shame that there were no chips on the buffet menu, the overall experience was so delightful that I would gladly return for another visit

I ordered Singapore fried rice that was absolutely tasteless no spice in it at all and tasted watery. Also sweet and sour chicken balls they the sauce was a tiny portion . Very disappointed do not recommend. However the girl serving was lovely ..

This is the first time at this establishment, now how do I start to explain, food is 11/10, very fresh, tasty, very flavourful and authentic. The service is impeccable, they cater to your needs and very polite, you don't feel rush. It's very clean even the toilets you could eat your meal off👌. Just a all round amazing place. It appears the best value for money is the "all you can eat for 2" option. Service is top notch (but it was quiet), food was OK but the drink options were a bit ?? Also, we were a party of 10 and all had different drinks and trying to sort that out wasn't easy as the description on the bill for each drink was ... drink??

The food here is absolutely fantastic, very tasty, large portions and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and the quickness of service after you've ordered is amazing. I only wish I lived closer, as it would be a regular haunt. A1.

First time going to china palace & definitely will not be returning wondered why it was really quite inside the restaurant and now we know why. Restaurant absolutely freezing, all you can eat absolutely rancid - dripping with grease, bland food, beef tased off, chicken not cooked and slimy, rice was soggy noodles cold and bland, ribs and duck like warmed up in microwave, we told the staff that we couldn’t eat it she said sorry and gave a funny look then presented us with a £56 bill never again.

Enjoyed the food. Varied menu with 100+ dishes for your choice. Very nice and attentive service to the clients. The only drawback for me is that it was a little bit cool in the restaurant.

Had never tried here even though it’s been around for years. We had the all you can eat where you order items as you go along. Every dish I tried was nice and I would go again.

From the moment we walked in the waitress made us feel like we had been invited to dinner the food was very good and perfectly cooked and presented on the plate very well our waitress couldn't do enough for us making our afternoon dinner run smoothly and no issues at all the only problem I had is the problem of finding a problem it was just myself and my closest bromate out for a mate date but we were perfectly looked after from start to us leaving food was absolutely brilliant tasty and portions were generous amounts we both went for the all you can eat buffet and we tried multiple different dishes but my favourite dish was the crispy chicken wings honestly the best chicken wings I've had from anywhere in a long time crispy juicy and fresh cooked overall I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be going back again sometime soon. Perfect 10 / /10 . Thanks for a perfect welcoming meal 👌

So we pre booked a table for 12 people for the buffet for my partners birthday. There were 3 extra people who came last minute and they were great and gave us another table straight away. The table was booked for 6:30 we orders starters around 7pm it took them 40 minutes to bring them out so we ordered the main pretty much straight after we ended up paying for the buffet but only had 1 starter each and a main as we had kids with us it was 9:30 when we left and didn’t have time to order more, they only bought out 1 noodles and 1 rice for 12 people to share so had to ask for more but food was cold by time they bought them out very disappointed and will not be visiting again!

Absolutely top-tier! as an American, I've traveled to and explored the Asian districts / "chinatowns" of every majors US city (NYC, Philly, Boston, SF, Seattle, etc), and was amazed when the meal I received here was on-par with any of them. Don't forget to try their La-Yu (house aromatic chili oil), it's one of my favorites I've ever had.

Very quite on a Friday lunch time, as soon as you walk in just feel like back to the 80’s (decorations, music & everything), dim sum came quite quickly and most of them are ok, there isn’t any other choices in the city at all, I’m surprised there isn’t another Dimsum restaurant in Doncaster

Went today for lunch with my daughter, food was so good. Lots to choose from the lunch menu. No complaints at all, it’s very clean and the staff were really nice without being too much. We will definately go again.

Went with my beautiful girl and had the 3 course option each which priced at 9.95 each couldn't complain at. Starter . A main and both opted for tea which came as a huge pot to share and we both got 5 cups out of it and could have got at least another cup each out of it. Prawn toast and the spring rolls were lovely and crispy and also the two mains absolutely lovely too. Also attentive and lovely staff also. Will be back at some point

We called in here without a booking on a Saturday evening. The staff quickly accommodated us and we was served drinks once seated. Friendly staff, food cooked to perfection. Really fair prices.

All of a sudden decided to pop in for dinner at China Palace. We ordered the set dinner as it was a bit too pricey for two of us to individually order items. Also had the Chinese tea which really made us feel good. The appetisers at first really makes your tummy full. But being a foodie couple we could finish all the items. A total of £39 for two persons. Personally, I felt like it was a bit too high but the food was far better than any Chinese I ever had.

Visited for lunch with my partner. We had such a wonderful time. The restaurant is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The food is amazing and the jasmine tea was so nice. Also, the restaurant offers a takeaway service, which is nice addition. Can't wait for the next visit.

I will be honest we went here after walking around Doncaster looking for a Indian restaurant, they all seemed closed or had poor reviews so ended up here. Well the service was excellent The food was freshly cooked and was very nice. We asked for extra chilli in a dish and they chopped up fresh ones were quite often if you ask that they just add dried or sauce. Portions were large and the price was cheap.

I have been going here for years and it’s by far the best Chinese in South Yorkshire. Service, food, value for money 10/10 consistently.

Visited here recently, the food is absolutely delicious. We had a mix of starters and mains and enjoyed everything that came out. Service is also amazing, staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome.

if this restaurant is down at 89th best restaurant in Doncaster then i need to move there!. Went Wednesday night, the place was busy with diners and there was a party upstairs. Service was speedy and friendly, Menu was BIG. All the dishes were tasty and well cooked and e could'nt fault a thing. Will definately return if that way again.

Used to Always be consistently good but sorry to say we went yesterday and it's lost (in my opinion) it's quality of flavour, presentation and quality of meats , think maybe the best chef has left. The same was on our previous visit but we both thought maybe just one off. Sorry won't be going again.
