Been shut for months and the lovely people thier just couldn't be bothered to tell you

Food was great, really enjoyed it

Never again will I eat from here. Salt and pepper chips and chicken was soggy and full of oil at the bottom. The chicken was pale and really dry.

Staff and regulars are always friendly

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling. My partner ordered again tonight as wanted to give you guys another chance as the food recently has been bad. Today 1/6/25 he found a DEEP FRIED COCKROACH with his meal!! Will never be returning!

Good food and reasonable portions, certainly better than a lot of take aways

The worst Chinese I have ever tasted. It all tasted so bland like it wasn't cooked fresh, from frozen and heated up in a microwave. Once upon a time when Yau's was still a restaurant (10 years ago) it was very good.

Rude ! Put phone down on me when I asked if they did minced beef on lettuce

honestly, what a great find. food is great. we absolutely really enjoyed our takeaway from here. the food is extremely well priced and the food did not disappoint at all. the service was fantastic too, very friendly staff. 100% golden house now have return custom with me. its great to find a takeaway priced this well and not needing to remortgage your home to have it. also as of this post they have a 5 star food hygiene rating, which is a massive plus for them.

Best takeaway I have had in a long time, big portion sizes, food is tasty not greasy, collection times was 10 mins - would definitely recommend!

Brilliant food. I was impressed with there excellent service and friendly delivery driver. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice takeaway.

Would have given this place 5 stars but most of the duck in my meal was fatty. I’ve just started using this Chinese in the past 4 months after Micheal’s went down hill. Always have the duck dish, which has always been lovely. They must have been having an off day (I hope) as the duck wasn’t the greatest and the plum sauce wasn’t as strong as usual. I will be back as the food is normally lovely and friendly staff.

La comida era buena. Porciones recién preparadas y sabrosas y decentes. Decoración y ambiente bastante ordinario. El servicio era amable, si no demasiado rápido. Un poco en el lado caro, aunque la calidad era buena. Cargo por servicio incluido. Volvería.

Family owned and lady there was friendly, we had to wait a while but was expected since it was so busy on a Saturday night. Food was decent, noodles were unfortunately too salty (too much soy sauce), chilli beef was too chewy and soggy but the chicken, fried rice and curry was nice.
