Panda Town in Milton Keynes

We have been using panda town since it opened in Newton leys the service is normally fast polite and the taste is NORMALLY fantastic!Now I say normally because today it was a different story, it was my mum and dads 36 year anniversary and we ordered a Chinese (my dad is a very fussy eater) so panda town always goes down well. When we rang we placed are order the lady said it would be 5-10mins now I’m no pro chef but 5 mins to cook 5 dishes was a tall ask. When we got it home we dished up and it was obvious the chicken chop suey we had ordered for my dad was not cooked it was slimy and gluggy not the way it is normally is. We rang the restaurant and asked if we could get a replacement to which the lady said yes come to pick up in 5 mins we hung up and threw the uncooked slimy and gluggy chop suey away and got ready to go collect the replacement. Just before I left I got a phone call from the restaurant asking if we could bring the uncooked slimy and gluggy chicken chop suey back we explained that you hadn’t asked us to bring it back so we disposed of it. The lady replied my boss needs it back for us to give you a replacement, I asked her if she was seriously asking me to get the uncooked,slimy and gluggy chicken chop suey out of the bin and bring it down to which she replied YES.I think this was disgusting service and in the middle of a pandemic she asked me to pull it out of my bin and bring it back surly a photo would of been enough to prove I wasn’t out for a free meal.

Panda Town Great service and tasty food. Used Panda Town several times now. Not greasy. Would recommend.

I tried Panda Town for the first time on New News Eve and it is the best Chinese food I have had in a very long time. The food is freshly cooked, really tasty and good value. I will definitely be going back for more.

Lovely little Chinese. Food fresh. A little too fresh compared to what I’m used to. Good choice on the menu. Friendly staff. As said before. No card machine

I was first to leave a great review here last year but it has disappeared somewhere... We have been going there since it was opened in our new estate. Very good food, great chefs, excellent choice of dishes , we are lucky to have them on the estate. Yes they only accept cash but hopefully this will be solved , fir the time bring there is a cash point only 30 yards away in Asda or Asda do cash back. Ideally yes would be good to be able to use a card machine. However this does not deter us from returning almost every week!

Very good Chinese take-away. Best we have found in MK. Shame they do not deliver. Really tasty & good value.

First visit last night. Food was delicious and the staff very welcoming. Cash only could catch you out. Definitely going again, really enjoyed our food.

Really good menu, a nice selection with many vegetarian options. The food was really well cooked with each dish having it’s own distinct flavour. Friendly staff and a very clean open kitchen. Will visit again.

The Food is good enough but they need to start taking cards or continue losing business this is a very modern young proffessional area - even the chip shop next door take cards

We have heard this is one of the best Chinese takeaways around, so we thought we would give it a go.It has a open kitchen, looks nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.The food was good not greasy and well cooked, good menu.

Very decent local Chinese and the food is always on time and very tasty - a great addition to the local community. Shame there is no card facilities....
