Ribs, excellent, chow mein, excellent, fried onion, excellent, everything I ordered was honestly delicious, and the delivery guy had a very friendly smile. In the future I definitely see myself ordering from here again.

worst prawn crackers I've ever had tasted like cardboard very very little meat tonnes of veg. sweet and sour actually tasted like something out of a jar that was watered down very disappointing

fish tasted stale. delivery charge shocking for very short journey.

soup was lovely but the rib combo was very poor and for nearly £16 well over priced tiny bit of sauce in tub 4 ribs and salt and pepper ribs no meat just coating.

chips that were received were stale and cold, the pie was over cooked been warmed repeatedly, peas were not mushy peas which is what we expected and sweet and sour chicken was cold

Ordered via Uber the special Udon noodles £7.80 & fried rice £4.20 which tasted ok. I have never had Udon noodles before so i don't know if its authentic. I have also tried their Salt & Pepper Shredded Chicken but i found it to be very chewy & saturated in grease. So overall it can be hit & miss depending on what you order, also prices are a bit higher than other Chinese chippies in the area. A plus is with their packaging on some meals where they use foil trays & a cardboard lid which is better for recycling, however on others they put it in a plastic container. Not sure why. £4 delivery is high considering i live only a mile away but i see they have since reduced it to 29p on Uber.

I've always enjoyed the food from here gone a bit pricey so we don't have it as often now but always order food from here

Small portions for a Chinese restaurant and chips was a bit stale too, the mushroom beef curry was decent enough though

It says 45 mins on the website but the food arrived after 2h. We called them after 1,5h to find out if there is something wrong and they said it should be at our house in 10 mins but it took another 30 mins as if they forgotten about the order and were quickly making it. I would rate the food for 3 but in general 1 star from me. I don t think I will order here again. I get it that it is busy time of the day but they should inform their customers via the website, SMS or email.

Have used ocean palace quite regularly and food is usually ok to good for chinese delivery but our latest experience was very poor, food was cold, chips seemed they were from last week & re heated, ordered crispy duck & pancakes , that was a joke , not even sure it was duck ! The pancakes were all stuck together & impossible to separate, also ordered couple of sausages for our dogs but they also looked very anemic & undercooked , the dogs even turned their nose up at them !

food ok just incredibly expensive delivery fee £5.50, and large minimum order

We order this from quite a distance as we have tried Chinese takeaways from all over but this beats everyone hands down. We try something different each time we order and every meal we have had has been delicious 😋 We won't be ordering from elsewhere now, our favourite place xx

Poor poor experience..ordered food via UberEats, waited an hour for food despite saying order on the way, never arrived. On speaking to the restaurant, unaware of the order. I'm not the only one who has been let down by this shoddy set up. Avoid Avoid Avoud

this is now the 3rd time we have had a very late delivery or changed times to a much later time other than the origional expected time. unfortunately we won't be ordering from here again as this is now happening each time we order.

The food was average fair, with the duck in plum sauce being quite bland. I feel that the price of the rice warranted a much larger portion than was supplied. Delivery cost also at the top end. Overall I am unlikely to place another order at this establishment

The food is great... the service terrible. Called the resturaunt when the order was 40 mins late. They said it was on it's way, I asked how long, they said don't know and hung up. Only person that apologised for the lateness was the delivery driver. Bottom line... if you want a nice chinese go ahead and order, if you get hangry at lateness choose somewhere else.

Didn't realise that the chips were so small. Not enough for 4 people, had to go out and get some more from a different chippy. The omelette was good but in other place u normally get chip and peas included but you don't from here. But the ribs, stir-fry and fried rice was good.

Overall not very tasty, the plum sauce tasted like bean juice. And your rice does not get the pleasure of swimming in the left over sauce, although this time I was grateful for that.

Food quality was good, nice crispy fried shredded chicken, quite pricey for a fairly small portion but I'd rather have quality over quantity. Would order again. Food was on time but it was quite a slow delivery as in they said it would be about an hour and that's how long it took. Again, worth waiting for so would still order again and it arrived hot and fresh.

This is the last time I’ll be ordering from here, the sausages were still white so my kids didn’t eat them, the rice was all clumped together, I had to re heat the chips, and the chicken in the chow mein was very chewy, for £4 delivery fee you would expect better service and the portion sizes are a joke don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it.

Nice to see Chop Suey Rolls very good. All my food was very nice. It’s Friday so I expected slow delivery but you get a 10/10’from me ✅

Order was correct food was delivered very quick but the food was below average! The ribs were full of fat, odd ends as if they had ran out of full ribs and they were burnt, seperate sauce for ribs was a tiny amount. Duck spring rolls had about 2% duck wouldn't order again! Very expensive

The food is very good indeed and we often order from this place, however, they messed up this time and forgot one meal in our order for my granddaughter, which was highly inconvenient. On the plus side I did get a refund.

Nice food and the delivery was great.

Nice scallops and cheese pies with mushy peas. I don't get chips from here often as I don't like the taste. Place could do with a refurb.

Had our first delivery from this establishment last night and it was first class. The delivery was on time, the food was piping hot and reasonably priced, delicious and fresh. Highly recommend - we will be back!!

I never thought a takeaway could mess up a order this much. I ordered some chips (which had hairs in them) I also ordered a portion of curry sauce. I received peas and I ordered some salt & pepper wings. Which had no flavour to them just a few onions. Quite simply one of the worst meals I've ever eaten. It looked much better in the bin

Curry sauce tasted so sweet like there was sugar in it. Overall a sloppy, sweet watery dish I couldn't finish. Chips undercooked potato and arrived cold. A very small portion for the price. Prawn toast oily. Prawn crackers were small low quality and stale. High price for low quality, sorry to say, bad tasteless food.
