Have been to this restaurant quite a few times and have to say the food and service is exceptional! Special mention to Becky who honestly is absolutely amazing ! Nothing is too much trouble and she goes out of her way to ensure that everything is perfect. Will definitely be going back....Well done Becky and thank you for your help to always making us feel special ❤️

Food and ambience was fantastic. We went for a walk up to the falls and returned to the Angel. This is a great way to spend a long afternoon.

The worse burger you can imagine . Tiny over-cooked fillet steak, and revolting fries. All in al. a dreadful meal which was a complete waste of hard earned.l

My Wife and I enjoyed a very nicely cooked Beef Sunday lunch recently ....the cauliflower cheese was exemplary. Well worth a visit !

Pedí un zumo de naranja embotellado y un whisky doble. La naranja era de £ 3 , 75 el whisky doble era de £ 8 . 35 una ronda ridículamente cara. Oí a la camarera decir que son 12 libras. 10 por favor, pasé mi tarjeta y más tarde recibí una notificación bancaria de que me habían cobrado una £ 1 extra. 21 como una propina para ellos mismos que nunca había notado en el lector de tarjetas. Esa es una mejilla para añadir una propina al 10% para ellos mismos sin decirte. Deben estar haciendo una pequeña fortuna haciendo esto, ya que no creo que mucha gente realmente vea el total mientras tocan sus cartas. He estado bebiendo su durante más de 20 años con diferentes propietarios, pero a partir de ahora voy a darle una falta.

Hadn’t booked a table but thy fitted us in. Had the mega mixed grill with blue cheese sauce. The steak was cooked to perfection medium rare. But what more than I could eat. Son had the rump steak with extra onion rings just about finished. Would definitely come again.

Never ever go there again.We went there for Sunday lunch When we sat on the table. They taken out our orders..she explained they will call us when plates ready..that point I do understand meat is frozen. Because they claimed its a Sunday carvery but not carving front of you. Very strange place. Horrible meats, Horrible stuff. nobody asked how was our food. They should shut this junk place..grrr wasted my time.

Had a Birthday meal with friends, our food was outstanding. Lovely selection of beers(I wasn’t driving). We all enjoyed great atmosphere, lovely helpful staff & reasonably priced. I had Salt n pepper calamari with garlic dip & Chicken Cynru (Chicken in a cheese, bacon & leek sauce), with garlic sautee potatoes £21. I CANT recommend this place enough honestly.
