Room lighting was a little iffy. Well decorated. Outwhat's the minimum for charging devices? Water in the room a couple of breakfast options available with a meal. Hotel was unavailable from the street until four p m, fact that no one communicated to us, Nor did anyone advise to pull into one of the upper street parking lots and walked down and Sort out how baggage would get there. A good news is they have WI. Fi. The bad news is it's unsecured so you really can't use it. No elevator always a problem with old british hotels, can prepare to leave your bags in the car.

Absolutely stunning food, freshly cooked and served boiling hot. We had the Wednesday pie, mash and minted mushy peas special. Great value for money. Staff are very friendly. Relaxed homely atmosphere with a welcoming real log fire. We have eaten here many times, food is always excellent quality and fantastic portions. We are happy to spend an evening here with our family.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were super kind and even helped us by keeping our luggage safe. Such a warm and cozy place. weâd totally recommend it!

Amazing place to come in and have a roast dinner. The portion size for the price was great value. There was chicken, beef, lamb and a vegetarian option. The staff, Romeo, Katie and Brooke to name some of them were very attentive, they were very understanding that my mum was deaf, and took time to listen to her. The rhiw car park is free for the first three hours - so not far to walk from the car. My family and I will be back again.

We went for some drinks on a Friday afternoon and wanted to see what we thought before booking a spa day. The bar qrea is impressive with the furniture comfortable. There is an extensive bar menu with a good range of cocktails and wines. On approaching the bar the person behind the bar looked directly at me, walked away and went out the back. This was incredibly off putting and disappointing - not what Iâd expect from a hotel such as this. Another member of staff came and he was pleasant taking the drinks order bringing them over when ready. The cocktails were really good quality but for me the experience was spoilt from being ignored at the bar. This was 2pm and the place was empty and if thatâs how they treat customers it isnât for me. We left after one drink and went to another hotel that has better staff and atmosphere.

Cold beer served by Scottie himself (the landlord, not the chief engineer) but the best thing about this place is the food - there isn't any :))

Great place for a sunny afternoon, beautiful seating down by the ford. We suffered two punctures so stopped off to find an inner tube at the bike shop. We were disappointed to find the bike shop was closed so we instead bought some of the fantastic ciders and set about with a puncture repair kit instead. The cider made it worth the stop!

Consistently good food and service all round. Caesars is a reliable place for a relaxed atmosphere, and a unique approach to being a restaurant (in a good way). In particular I highly recommend the beef Sunday Lunch, which was delicious and the beef is cooked to order, ie, rare etc. We return regularly, and shall continue to do so. Highly recommend the farm shop next door also đ
