Wasn't asked what size breakfast we wanted. Ended up with a massive plate of grease . Hash browns disgusting. Bacon all fat . Eggs hard . Sausages cheap and tasteless . The most disgusting breakfast I've ever had out . Never will we go again The lady behind the counter seemed I a huge rush to get us ordered and ordered us over to a certain table Stay away . Go somewhere else .

Buffet breakfast. Most options available; asked the waitress for a poached egg, and this was done. Fast and efficient staff.

We called in for a drink one afternoon. The place was almost empty, as indeed it seems to be the majority of the time. The place is well furnished and roomy but lacks atmosphere. Not for me.

had a long wait for service, the small fish and chips I ordered although it was shown on the menu apparently was not actually available. I was brought the large fish and chips and can in all honesty say that it was the worst fish and chips I have ever had in my life

Ordered a meal at this kebab house at 8.13pm Called 1.5 hours later only to be fed lots of lies about delivery driver delivered food to the wrong house Eventually had food delivered more than 2 hours after order was placed They gave me a bottle of orange for my trouble Bit of a joke really if they think that would keep me happy Food looked like it had been thrown into the box in one big rush salad didn't seem very crunchy My only advise to anyone ordering from this place is READ THE BAD REVIEWS FIRST before you order to avoid the pending disappointment Even if the food tasted good which unfortunately it didn't It came way too late to enjoy it Shop owner didn't seem to care as he already had my money I WILL NOT dare order from this place again I may as well just throw my money at a big bag of sweets and waste my money in a delicious way

Went there for food and drinks after work, food was lovely and staff were very friendly and welcoming!

We had booked for dinner so we could watch the sunset (my husband was driving and we were staying around a 20 minute drive from the venue). The venue is really lovely and we were given a window seat as requested when booking. It was a bit confusing as I was specifically told that they were not a dog friendly hotel and dogs weren't allowed but there were dogs everywhere (not a problem, additional cuteness). Food wasn't anything to be blown away by but better than the reviews on here let on. Burger baps could do with being toasted so they fall apart less easily. Our issue was the drinks. We ordered a non alcoholic virgin Mary and a ginger ale. When our bill came, we noticed a charge on there for a shot of vodka. When we queried with the waitress, she said it was the alcohol in my husband's cocktail. He hasn't realised when drinking it as there was a lot of Worcestershire sauce in the drink itself so it tasted vinegary. When we said we hadn't asked for alcohol and that he was meant to be driving, she just apologised and insisted that it was how you make a virgin Mary. It's a massive and pretty unforgivable slip up on their end. I'm not the most confident driver but luckily hadn't' drunk so was able to get us home but if it had been served to someone who was pregnant, religious or a recovering alcoholic, the fallout would've been much worse. We won't be going back.

Servicio muy muy lento. Esperé una hora en total esperando ser servido. El café no estaba demasiado ocupado y parecía haber personal adecuado alrededor. Habíamos terminado nuestros cafés, otros 20 minutos pasaron y nos estábamos levantando para cancelar nuestro pedido, ya que necesitábamos volver al aparcamiento en los siguientes 25 minutos cuando la camarera llegó con nuestra comida, un pastel de té tostado, rollo de desayuno y patatas fritas. Le expliqué que teníamos que salir ya que no tendríamos tiempo para comer y llegar al aparcamiento a tiempo. Ella era muy disculpado y se ofreció a encajonar la comida para llevar con nosotros. Sin embargo, conducir 12 millas a casa para recalentar la comida es realmente inaceptable. No volverá. El personal debe informar a los clientes del tiempo de espera previsto si tienen problemas.

Disappointing meal. Drink came in a chipped glass, my panini arrived before my partner's with the caveat "sorry I've burnt yours, I haven't made one before" Panini arrived ages later accompanied by the saltiest crisps we have ever eaten. Can't see us going back.

Not safe for people with food allergies. None of the staff members had any understanding what gluten was. I had to explain I couldn’t eat bread, flour, wheat etc and they then brought me a salad with couscous. I asked them for a fresh salad but I don’t think they understood how serious an issue this is for me. I have been unwell since. The service was very substandard in other respects. It felt like it was all of their first days at work. I think this cafe would benefit from decent management and training staff. It’s gone really downhill since I remember it from years ago. The cutlery was all dirty, as were the glasses. None of the tables were clean. Really disappointed

Terribly slow service unless of course your a friend of the blonde lady with glasses serving at 10.30 am 19/1/24 and you want to chat about things . I have to be honest , I didn't like the way she served a young guy in front of the blonde lady in front of me . When he asked for a pasty she seemed to find the way he asked to be amusing and smirked at the blonde . When he left she started to serve this lady but stopped put her elbows on the counter, cupped her face in her hands and started to have a full blown conversation. Then it appears as your a friend you get free extras oh and don't forget a blank collectors card that she'll fill up for you while you wait . I turned around to the guy behind me who looking at me raised his eyes and I said loud enough to be heard . '' Maybe we should have a conversation about how our day is going and pass the time while we wait '' . Eventually it was my turn to be served with a spitted '' Yes '' ? Really not a pleasant experience in my opinion and I'm sorry I stopped at this branch .
