Food always amazing . Decided to try it on valentines and it's going to be our go to for date nights. Value for food is really really good and every element on the plate is amazing , nothing is left out or forgotten for the taste experience. Service is impeccable and even the trainee that was there was amazing. Staff is always attentive and accommodating. Place and the atmosphere are 10 out of 10

One of the finest meals the wife and I have ever had. The tasting menu was incredible from start to finish. Service was great, bathrooms spotless, restaurant clean. Top tier in every way.

Needs a little bit of a scrub, menus were a bit grubby along with the salt and pepper grinders. Friendly and attentive service, no complaints. Food was average to good for pub grub, partner ordered potentially badly and wasn’t happy with her choices pate to start and fish and chips, I couldn’t complain with the pork cheeks and fish pie. Dessert was disappointing, snowball advertised as coconut ice cream and wasn’t.

Another great meal at the backstreet for my friends birthday , I had breaded brie followed by a flat iron steak, everything was really good again, great service and quality food, will be back soon

Hemos visitado en varias ocasiones durante los 2 años pasados y siempre recibimos excepcional estándar de servicio y excelente comida de degustación, algo que parece ser difícil de encontrar en muchas diners, lo que le pregunto por qué estas otras empresas están todavía en negocios. Nunca hemos tenido algo más que de las comidas excepcionales en una gran relación calidad-precio, es una pena que no viven más cerca. My favourite place in Lerwick for coffee and a sweet. If you're here in Shetland, you MUST stop by and enjoy the friendly service, wonderful variety of things from Puffin Poo to ice cream. If I could, I would stop by more than I already do! From a member of the IL Coffee Club! 😁

Been to the restaurant a few times and the food is always great. Staff are attentive and is reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

The Mosset recently won the award 'Best Restaurant' from the 'Scottish Business Awards' organisation. This is well deserved as the restaurant has a friendly atmosphere, service is always quick and friendly, there is a good varied menu which caters for most tastes, prices are reasonable and most importantly our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Recommended

Popped along for drinks in the beer garden on a (rare) sunny day as it’s one of the few places that stock my favourite cider - everywhere else crammed with students! Couldn’t have been made more welcome by the GM Richard - so attentive and chatty. New menu was launched today and although we only sampled small plates and sides, everything was delicious. Definitely worth a visit and we will, of course, be back to try out more of the menu - especially the new lunch sandwiches!!
