Lovely place and staff, just a shame they don't understand you can't serve food to vegetarians/vegans that's been cooked in with meat! Gross.

This is a lovely old building, lots of fire doors, (5 to go through to get to my room) half staircases, lovely decor, small bar, wonderful seating area, has a meeting room too. Bath and shower in my room! Staff were amazing, helpful navigating the area, assisting with our luggage hold requests, and friendly. All budgets accommodated. Location is ideal, reasonable walking distance to most everything we needed.

We had a fantastic evening last night at Papavero. We were a sizeable group. Greg and his team couldn’t have been more accommodating. The food was excellent, the service superb and they were very patient when we sat on. Thank you for a terrific evening!

Had a family lunch here, Easter Friday! Would highly recommend! We were a party Of six adults, two children and a baby! Place was busy but we were given a fantastic table, the waitress was superb and the food was excellent

Couldn't fault our dinner with friends at Ducks. Friendly service, lovely atmosphere and incredible food. In particular I have to shout out the desert which featured a sea buckthorn sorbet - genius! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I came for lunch today with my Mum and Aunties. I hadn’t been before. The service and food were amazing. The sizzler peppercorn chicken was superb and the biscoff cheesecake was the best I have ever tasted. The sharing Sunday roast was quite something! What a feast! I will be back for sure. I never write reviews but had to come on and leave a review.

Finally made time to visit sycamore cafe and the wait was well worth it, location couldn’t be better in the centre of Corbridge ( parking takes coins not card) we went for the £12 lunchtime special, Lebanese chicken wrap and a falafel wrap,truffle Parmesan chips as a extra 3.50, food is hot and cooked perfect served with salad and house coleslaw, you also get pudding chocolate brownie (hot) with ice cream and absolutely delicious little bits of chewy fudge. In the price you can have a 125ml glass of wine or a half of cruzcampo or a soft drink or a coffee americano I think it was, the quantity and quality of food you get is excellent value for money. A big mention to our host Helen who was very friendly chatty and very polite, she made our lunchtime very relaxed, so thank you Helen. If you’ve not been please try you won’t be disappointed

My family visited CJs Cafe, to be met by friendly staff lead to our table, I had the most amazing eggy bread with bacon, my son and wife had a £6 breakfast was enormous with everything included, I will be back

Edimburgo excéntrico en su mejor momento! ¡Y Dios mío, esa señora sabe hornear! Ella hace el mejor baklava de la historia - crujiente y en un charco de jarabe ligero en lugar de denso y pesado porque se ha empapado en jarabe pesado. Ojalá viviera más cerca de este lugar cálido y encantador.

Wonderful setting but a little noisy to have a romantic meal. Food was good but no time between starter and main was given.

Very nice restaurant with very sympathic staff. Service is excellent! Quality of the food super! Was our first visit. We certanly come back.

Visitó este pub mientras visitaba la zona. Situado en la calle principal y es accesible en silla de ruedas. Muy oscuro por dentro y no muy limpio, tampoco hay baños para discapacitados. La comida es muy básica y las bebidas son caras. El personal no es muy amable, especialmente si usted es un visitante
