My family visited CJs Cafe, to be met by friendly staff lead to our table, I had the most amazing eggy bread with bacon, my son and wife had a £6 breakfast was enormous with everything included, I will be back

Sausages were horrible cheap and nasty mushrooms were raw Coffee was the worst i have ever tasted The rest of the breakfast was not too bad Probably won't return purely because of coffee

Over weight helper rude as, you know who you are 🍰 standing on her phone paying no attention to customer rude and unhelpful

Wee cafe in Dalry with great food - breakfasts - lunch - not a vast menu but one that Caters for all tastes More than reasonable prices and very friendly staff Would recommend a visit

Visited CJ Cafe on a few occasions for lunch and the Homemade Macaroni is delicious! Would definitely recommend visiting this small family cafe which is located only 2 minutes walk from Haymarket Station. Super friendly staff and great value for money.

Horrible owners. Heard shouting at customer over confusing order. Has zero patients whatsoever. Price matches the quality and standard of the food. Would not go back as there are many more better and customer friendly cafes in and around the area. Very disappointed.

Popped in for a takeaway cheese salad roll. It was blummin beautifully. Super fresh, salad, roll and tasty cheese. Great value. Thank you.

Just had our breakfast here this morning. Absolutely amazing. Lorne sausage and tattie scone roll with a coffee. Brilliant quick service and a lovely roll. Highly recommend.

Me metí en la última semana de CJ para tomar un café, ya que lo había pasado en numerosas ocasiones. La bienvenida fue cálida y amable, y aunque en apariencia parece un lugar sin lujos, ofrece muchas maneras diferentes.El personal tiene una interacción amigable con los clientes y parecen conocer a muchos de ellos por su nombre. Solo tomé un café, pero la pareja sentada a mi lado estaba desayunando todo el día, lo que parecía increíble por el precio.Eché un vistazo rápido al menú y ofrece buena comida tradicional de café a precios muy razonables. Si puedes ver más allá de la decoración cansada, estás de enhorabuena.Espero volver para probar el desayuno todo el día.

Fue un miserable "drek" feriado el lunes cuando decidí ir a CJ's Cafe para desayunar. Las damas que me recibieron al entrar eran encantadoras, así que fui a la parte de atrás, me senté y eché un vistazo al menú.Con hambre decidí pedir el desayuno de todo el día; 2 salchichas, salchichas cuadradas, tocino, pudín negro, bollos de patata, hachís, judías y huevos (revueltos). Como puede ver en la imagen de abajo, esto fue más que suficiente para satisfacer mi hambre.El costo total llegó a 5. 50 deseo es un gran valor. ¡Lo único que tendría que decir como negativo es que me gusta que me quiten toda la grasa del tocino y que era bastante graso! ! Aparte de eso, definitivamente recomendaría visitar para el desayuno o el almuerzo. Hay mucho para elegir en el menú.Sin duda volveremos pronto.

Mejor café en la zona de dalry! Comida fresca y deliciosa y ambiente agradable! Los precios son buenos y una gran selección de platos calientes y fríos. Toda la gente de usar este tiempo café y otra vez que sólo aumenta la reputación de este concurrido café wee! Sin duda una visita obligada si estás en la zona.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone! The full Scottish breakfast is lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful.

My family and I love CJs, from a take away breakfast roll to a massive all day breakfast and many other tasty options this place is great. Highly recommend it and to top it off the staff are always friendly.

Descubrimos esta pequeña joya en mi primer año de recuperación uni de un mal resaca mal. Pasaron casi tres años y aún es mi favorito! Su desayuno completo (versión vegetariano es mi favorito! No solamente es) uno de los mejores que he probado, pero también una buena relación calidad-precio. Lo mismo va para los bocadillos del desayuno El ambiente es tan familiar, y el servicio es excelente. No podría recomendar más. Además siempre disfrutando dando vueltas por el dvd mientras espera el scran 5 / 5! ! !

I live in area and absolutely love this Cafe. The staff are always nice and friendly. The cafe has some amazing memorabilia of Hollywood star pics like marilyn monroe ect and movie pics. The foods reasonably priced and really nice. Always quite busy too.

Best cafe in dalry by far. Very friendly staff,good food and reasonable prices. Have lived round the corner for 3 years and was my first visit. Can safely say it won't be the last.

I've been to cj's on several occasions the food is great service good and the prices are good not to expensive I would give it a try

Staff are always friendly and food is usually brought promptly. The walls are populated with photos of films and film stars and the furniture is basic, but it's generally not somewhere to spend lots of time anyway, just a quick bite to eat. Five pounds for a fry-up too with tea and some bread so it's perfect for a morning after a bit of drinking.

This is a friendly wee cafe in the Dalry area of the city , it is definitely one of the best in the area not only by the quality of the food , but the friendliness of the owner and staff and the atmosphere in the American themed dinning area. Portion are ample and always cooked fresh for you. Great breakfast for only £5 which includes a drink and toast! Homemade macaroni/ stovies aswell as toasties, Soup , filled rolls, tray bake cakes and much more it's a definite visit when in the area, and the staff make all strangers feel welcome and you leave a friend

I visited this cafe regularly during 2010/11 where I indulged in the full Scottish breakfast for £5.50 which included toast and a tea or coffee. It was superb! The portions have decreased noticeably since then with a lack of white pudding or fruit pudding and although it's advertised that TWO link sausages are provided there was in fact only one, sliced down the middle :-( . It's not what it used to be, but, still a nice, well cooked breakfast that fills a gap. Would like to see the missing items returned and the addition of beans/tomato, mushrooms perhaps at an increased cost. The plates aren't small and I think that I would pay more for just that bit extra. Well worth a visit, staff are friendly and service is good. The place itself is nice and clean and has a toilet for customer use.
