The best restaurants serving British food in Trossachs and Teith Stirling Central Scotland

Wonderful little bakery in Aberfoyle. We popped in to find some treats to take home after our holiday- ended up buying half the shop lol! Staff were delightful and very friendly and can be watched making the shop's goods. Lovely products from traditional Scottish gifts to biscuits, cakes, jams and chutneys. All very reasonably priced and packaged so beautifully we bought lots of items as gifts. We bought a Mars tray bake, lemon and elderberry and Tea cakes, shortbreads and numerous flavours of cookies. All were absolutely delicious and melt-in-the-mouth. An absolute must-visit if anywhere in the area. Will definitely be ordering more online, thank you!

First time in here, food was excellent, best fish and chips I've had in a long time. Service was great, very attentive staff. Definitely going back.

Este café está situado en un entorno precioso y el café es luminoso y espacioso. El personal era muy agradable, pero cuando miré el menú estaba un poco desalentados por los precios que están por encima de la media de café/restaurante experiencia. Este no es el lugar para ir de una sandwichera. . El menú es algo más complejo que la media tarifa. Yo tenía un plato de sopa, que cuesta un fiver. Bien, estaba muy bien, pero aún así era bastante caro. Sospecho que el establecimiento está tratando de efectivo en su ubicación. Aunque puede ser impresionante, no creo que justifique el precio.

Spent a long weekend in the area and after reading some reviews we thought we would try. Absolutely fantastic, authentic meal with very friendly staff. We were staying a few miles away in a remote area, The staff offered to help us out with anything we may need or have forgot. Fantastic touch of hospitality. Our meal was incredible, 10 out of 10 service.

Lovely little lunch spot on way home from the Highlands. Staff go above & beyond and create a lovely atmosphere. Bonus points for being g dog friendly (they even gave us some dog treats) Panini and soup was delicious

Such a lovely stay at The Golden Larches, Andrea and Tim looked after us so well and we loved their beautiful B&B and cafe and the only problem was it was just one night but will definitely be back again, even if it's just to have more of Andrea's amazing scones.

What a brilliant find ! Clean , nice food , and friendly hard working ladies serving ! After a long walk through the Forrest we were starving and very pleased to find Shutters .

What a unexpected gem. Passed it numerous times but the first time today we popped in. So pleased we did, super staff, lovely homemade light lunches, and fabulous cakes and scones on offer. Plus excellent local coffee to top it. Even bought a couple of Christmas presents too. I can certainly recommend (dog friendly too!). We'll definitely be popping in next time we're passing.

First time visiting Scott's and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was excellent, great starters and then the mains - beef roast had an array of vegetables & fab roast potatoes - the Butter Chicken curry flavoursome & great seasoning. Service was equally good, attentive, friendly staff Highly recommend & we will return
