Waited for an hour for three breakfasts, absolutely chaotic even though it was not too busy. By the time the food arrived the waitress (who was very nice) apologised and offered complimentary drinks. A few minutes later she returned to say the manager told her that she could not give us free tea / coffee. The whole experience at Asa is at best poor, food has taken a nose dive, and as for the management please don’t get me started. Used to be a regular treat but not anymore. Plus very poor hygiene in the bakery, no hairnets, eating and drinking in a food prep area, needs a full overhaul. As someone who works in the food industry at BRC level it was shocking to witness.

The Bell Driffield is in lovely town, lots of bars with live music a real good feeling in the bars. The Bell Hotel. The staff very helpful, the rooms very oldi worldie very spacious and comfortable, and clean, breakfast was very good and well worth the money, The lady's running the spa, where extremely helpful , the treatments where very enjoyable and a very reasonable price, would highly recommend . To the owner of the fairways, you do not deserve your staff. The fairways is MASSIVELY understaffed, the staff are rushing round like something demented, one person trying to do the work of 3. Sunday lunchtime - one bar staff serving drinks and doing orders for lunch. One young girl in the restaurant serving meals , clearing tables and wiping tables and setting them PLUS taking bookings. The chef, cooking meals, filling up the veg containers, serving lunch and carving meat. We have been going for Sunday lunch every week for over 2 years and as staff have left they have not been replaced. Something needs to be done before they start losing custom.

Visited here with a family of 6 for a Saturday lunch. The staff were all very polite and professional. Good selection of drinks, served in clean glasses. Food was delicious and perfect for a light lunch. I had the soup and a sandwich option and the rest of the family went for the sandwich, chips and salad garnish option. All lovely. You could tell the meats were freshly carved, and that the coleslaw was homemade, as were the chunky chips! A really nice lunch trip, in a beautiful setting; just what we were looking for. Thank you to the staff of the pub and the kitchen.

I visited this restaurant twice for dinner in 2 days, once with a large group of fellow conference delegates and a second time with my parents. The restaurant exceeded my expectations on both occasions, particularly on the first night, when with less than a week's notice (due to being let down by another establishment), they managed to serve a group of more than 20 (with no pre-orders) in a very quick and efficient manner, whilst waiting staff remained polite, efficient and professional throughout. There is still enough choice on the menu to have caused difficulty choosing on both evenings. I would be more than happy to visit again if in the area.

We had a lovely meal here last night - me and 6 other members of my family. Compliments to the chef, Kinga, and the service was fantastic!

Plenty of outdoor seating in a pleasant location even though its situated next to a (minor) road. Staff were friendly and ham and cheese toastie was lovely although the side salad was a little small. Plenty of cakes on show inside but they don't offer...

We were meeting up with relatives that we had not seen for many years and at our suggestion met at the garden centre as a halfway point between our houses. We had last stopped for quick refreshments a couple of years ago when it has just re-opened and we quite satisfied then but not this time. We arrived late morning and staff told us that the breakfast menu was still available. Service was very slow; the men's order eventually arrived at least 3 minutes before what the ladies had ordered and then when those arrived they were dire. Both orders were wrong in some way; presentation could have been a great deal better and hot food should be served on warm plates As our relations had said they would pay I felt very embarrassed that meeting up at the garden centre had been our suggestion.

Dropped in today whilst out for a walk, terrible experience. Walked in and placed and order for food and drinks, immediately got snapped at that short staffed to day so we would have to ‘make do’ with what we were given! Really!!! It is 2022, not 1922! Interestingly the ‘make do’ food and drink was charged at full price!

Sadly this branch has lost its battle with house flies. AST least they had put netting over the pastries counter but they were too numerous for us to enjoy the experience.

No drinks, no bread, no service. Rude staff who was only bothered cos the shop should have closed 5 mins ago.

Afternoon tea for 2 was perfect, very friendly staff, delicious, fresh, tasty, dainty food. Excellent presentation, lovingly prepared by Jay and Danielle. excellent value for money

Always go this bar when visiting bridlington very friendly and old fashioned but traditional great food great beers and george is really friendly and talkative keep up the great work george👍👍👍👍
