Lovely food. Clean welcoming atmosphere and Jen who looked after us was so nice, she really went above and beyond and made it a very enjoyable lunch.

For a Toby, this place was lovely as the quality across the chain is very hit and miss. We went for wraps instead of a carvery and I was generally very impressed with the service and food quality. Only thing that lets the review down is that the place wasn't staffed as well as it could be. A big restaurant that was mostly empty, yet it took a good hour or so for the food to arrive. Would happily return though, as I said, the chain is very hit miss in multiple locations so much as they are renowned for it. EV chargers are in the car park to the rear side of the premises. Questionable IHG hotel is very close. Also, can someone pick up the mouldy banana from outside the kitchen door grass area? Made me laugh seeing that as it looked like a masssive poo.

Shocking, didn’t even deliver to my address!

We booked here for our twin daughters 17th birthday meal. We had never been before. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by Callie. Bright, bubbly instantly made us feel welcome and making us smile. When seated they had even put up a banner saying happy birthday. A lovely touch. We then ordered our food. All the meals came out together and we're great. When one of our daughters meals had chilli's on the top (our fault as didn't know to ask to leave out) they re did her meal with politeness and efficiency. Again staff were friendly and polite. Costs are not expensive ang amazing value. We will definitely return. Extra thanks again to Callie who made our night fantastic. You are a credit to this venue. Very highly recommended x

I visited with my wife on Saturday morning. I expected it to be a little busier as we came at 9.45 but it was quiet. We were greeted by a warm and friendly guy who took payment and served us our juice. We chose a seat window with a lovely view. Breakfast is a buffet, self service and all you can eat. We grabbed a coffee and made toast. As it was quiet there was no queue. The food itself was ok, sausages were Lincolnshire and cooked in the oven over deep fried, they were a little overcooked as the skin was tough. The bacon was cooked again in an oven and well cooked. My wife felt it was a bit like cardboard but I covered mine in beans so was ok. The eggs were cooked well but would be better on a flat platter and not semi stacked There is everything available you would expect from a hot breakfast buffet. None of the food is seasoned so perhaps something to look at as it would improve the flavour. Not somewhere I would rush back to but if passing and hungry, it’s worth a dash in to fill a hole! Having said all of that, it’s a far better option than a Wetherspoons and better value for money. We gave the Yorkshire puddings and gravy a miss as not our thing for breakfast.

HI we called for lunch and sat out side in the beer garden ,my wife had surf and turf, i had a mega mixed grill the young lady behind the bar was very polite ,she also served are food which arrived quickly , are meals were great ,sizzling hot ,credit to the chef , we had been to the sister pub in bridlington, and i must say my mixed grill was much better at the rosette ,will be returning again. If you have kids the beer garden is great safe and secure for them to play. WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TRY IT.

Terrible comida, rodajas más finas de pavo, pudín Yorkshire era duro, verdura estaba demasiado guisada y suave pero los tallos de coliflor eran duros. No todo estaba caliente, peor que las comidas escolares. La música en el pub era tan fuerte que era difícil de escuchar y ser escuchado al hacer el pedido. No volveré y nunca recomendaría. 🙁

We have just been got a meal with friends at the Sitwell Arms in Whiston. The pub is very easy to get to and has a big car park which was great as we all took our cars. The pub had recently undergone a refurbishment and was done to a nice standard and had the added bonus of Sky tv and a big dining area, along with some smaller cosy spaces. The food was really good, coming out quickly and had good portion sizes. Lorna served us at the table, she was really friendly and made us all feel welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Brooke served us at the bar and cleared glasses from the table, and she also couldn’t have been more helpful. She was constantly smiling and extremely polite, and her and Lorna just made for a lovely night for us all with them and the whole staff team being sociable, professional, and extremely polite. Thank you to Lorna, Brooke and all the staff for making our evening so enjoyable, we will definitely be coming back.

Family meet up today. Very friendly helpful staff. Lots of choice and all was delivered hot. Really good food for all our chosen dishes.

We arrived later than our booking due to traffic , the team at nags head was very friendly and welcoming , there was 13 of us the food came out within half an hour and was excellent. Thank you We will be back

Shocking food,service and hygiene. Wait times unreal even though nearly empty. Dirty glasses etc. even for a marstons this was poor
