Tan decepcionado ayer nuestras dos cenas eran tibias, incluso la salsa no estaba caliente a mitad de comer nuestra carne nuestras comidas estaban frías y las patatas asadas estaban quemadas que había recomendado West Bulls a mi amigo también. El servicio era brillante, el personal era tan agradable que iba a quejarse, pero me quedé bastante, cuando llegó nuestro pastel de manzana y natillas estaban deliciosos y calientes, no creo que volvamos pronto

Verduras muy cocidas. La porción de carne se dio pequeña y tuvo que recordar que el tamaño extra del servidor se pagó. ¿La superficie de la mesa era pegajosa, no limpiada correctamente? Después de la cena, se les olvidó traer café.

Gran servicio todo el personal muy servicial y Annie ha estado allí para siempre y todavía un crédito masivo a la empresa Tenía el carvery todavía gran relación calidad-precio aunque las patatas asadas no era genial por un tiempo ya demasiado difícil todavía pero elección masiva en el menú y carvery así que todavía recomiendo y han sido un cliente desde el principio

Average quality products. Turkey was fatty and chewy. Had the dregs of the end of the turkey. Stuffing was hard and burnt. Not proper mash. The pub in general is dirty and needs at least a lick of paint. Toilets very smelly and toilet blocked in the ladies.

My Sisters and I go out to dinner every few weeks, we have tried various Pubs but West Bulls is by far the best we have visited, we were there last night, god quality, tasty food, and plenty of it, we had a main meal and Apple Pie and Custard for afters, the service was excellent, very friendly staff, no complaints whatsoever, I think we have now found our favourite place for our dinner nights out.

Nice as usual, no surprises. Carvery and freshly cooked pizza. however when carving meat the first thing to do is identify which way the grain goes and cut across it. Carving turkey on the bone takes a lot of experience, so perhaps buying in boneless breast would be better.

The table we originally sat at was sticky and old gravy stains on menus. We moved to another table and the cutlery was stained and there were food bits all on the floor. Cavary was below standard; no roast potatoes, green beans looked like they had been left out for ages, frozen carrot bits in a dish and the gammon was crusty left over bits. The dishes were not getting refilled, it was lunchtime and not at all busy. The only good feature was the pleasant attitude of the staff. Not the same quality as we have previously encountered.

Today we held a wake for our Mum here and it was great. The staff delivered everything we asked for. The food was lovely, everyone enjoyed it with not a single complaint from about 50 people. He listened to what we wanted and delivered it to the dot. Highly recommend for anyone looking to hold something similar… perfect!

The bar staff and floor staff were lovely but when i went for a carvery on the 21/04/24 the lady who was carving was very unpleasant and rude. I think her name was natasha. I wasn’t very impressed with my service from her. I was also not impressed when she asked if everyone else wanted 2 yorkshire pudding and didn’t offer to me.

If I could give no stars I would. Disgusting service from bar staff and ‘manager’. Never had a problem in the past ordering from the childs menu for myself because I have had a gastric sleeve 12 weeks ago. I can’t even eat a child’s meal let alone being refused one and forced to buy an adults meal. Asked for the policy on refusing an adult a child’s meal which couldn’t be provided to myself. Staff and ‘management’ proceeded to be rude and very unhelpful! Also says no where that this can not be bought and consumed by an adult!

The food and service is usually very good here. However, the state of the chairs is appalling. I had to mention this because they are so grubby and stained, one chair was stained and had stuffing sticking out. They really need replacing.

Went out for Sunday lunch as a family…not been in a while and was looking forward to a nice roast. We came at 1245 and the pub wasn’t busy like you would expect on a Sunday. We got 3 adult and 2 child carvery’s. Honestly I couldn’t believe the portion size for a 9 year old, 1 thin slither of Turkey. I never question the servers but I genuinely couldn’t believe it and asked if that was it. (I have attached a picture). The server said that that’s all kids get. I then got a small portion size of fatty beef and was told you get less beef. I can understand why it wasn’t busy because that would not fill an adult. Positives are that our waitress was lovely and the pudding after was nice and good size.

Gone down hill so bad, disappointing last time we went , lady chief blonde hair never even cracked a smile..and had to wait 10 mins for her to come out from the back, bell was pressed just me and hubby waiting.. felt like forever the food so dry meat was fatty gritty don't think we will be rushing back anytime soon ... such a shame...
