Food is really good here best kebab around however service really let's it down only excepts orders when they feel like it. Last time I ordered it took 2 hours tonight there just not excepting orders not reliable at all.

Excellent meal in a very nice environment. Good service from Harry helped us to make the right choices. Minor difficulty is the parking, likely caused by the popularity of this venue. Can warmly recommend Boat Inn to everyone.

We were seated upstairs and waited 20 minutes before I had to ask if I could order. We ordered and after another 20 minutes the next table was served before us even though they arrived and ordered after us. Staff watched us leave and no one bothered to approach us. Lots of staff/lots of chaos/no food.

Had food here today - husband had a burger and I had hunters chicken. My husbands meal was virtually inedible and mine wasn't much better . Had to wait a rediculous time to order our food too. When he complained we got no feedback at all from chef. We have been before and food was good but after today's experience we wont be back.

Food was great and the server (Yasmin) was very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work, all the best for the cold months.

Had a lovely family meal last week. All the food was lovely couldnt fault it great service off the staff think our lady was called Judy she was so warm and friendly explaining every thing to us about getting our meals my granddaughter was really happy with her pudding as well thank you see you again soon

Location is ace; the premises are filthy and the smell of the whole place reminds me of bin juice; Sour and horrid. The tables and Menu's were all grimy. We didn't stay.

Absolutely horrendous portions were really bad . Loads of peas but not enough chicken and chips it is childs portions for the price

Excellent food and choice! Great service from all of the staff. Carvery has a good choice of meat, potatoes and veg! Keep up the great service.

Had a very lovely dinner, the waiter Alex was very very polite and accommodating,went above and beyond, will definitely be returning!

We go Sundays to scalby manor for our carvery it's beautiful and warm friendly staff very good at what they do lovely and clean and the carvery is excellent hot and plenty of food eat as much as you want for a good price and the meat is so tender beautiful ❤️

Family meal. More bar staff needed and some did appear somewhat stressed. I ordered the rack of ribs, they tasted lovely but were no where near hot enough. Good JD sauce. The corn on the cobs were inedible, boiled within in an inch! My husband enjoyed his beef burger, but overall, for the price of food, it’s nothing special. Most of the party were just ‘erm, it was okay’. Good price on a bottle of red wine and the food came out as we ordered, we they wanted us to pay at the bar due to party size. Main male staff member greeting as we walked in was friendly.

Overall, burgers looked nice, nachos were large in quantity but cold but the steak was requested medium rare and came out mooing it was extremely undercooked. The mixed grill that included the steak for £16 is outrageous. Chefs need to do better

Went in for drinks on a weekend after food elsewhere. Great atmosphere and showing all sporting events. Dani was a great server and convinced us to come back again.
