Family meal. More bar staff needed and some did appear somewhat stressed. I ordered the rack of ribs, they tasted lovely but were no where near hot enough. Good JD sauce. The corn on the cobs were inedible, boiled within in an inch! My husband enjoyed his beef burger, but overall, for the price of food, it’s nothing special. Most of the party were just ‘erm, it was okay’. Good price on a bottle of red wine and the food came out as we ordered, we they wanted us to pay at the bar due to party size. Main male staff member greeting as we walked in was friendly.

Think it is an amazing place to eat. Staff are always polite and very knowledgeable. Nothing was ever to much. Danielle was fantastic. Not happy this venue is closing and transforming into an American style smoke house.

My daughter booked a birthday party here for my 2 year old granddaughter ,i think there were about 10 similar aged children invited and turned up,there's a play area which they all seemed to enjoy and then the party food is upstairs, it was well organised and all the children seemed to enjoy, we weren't rushed to leave,all in all it was quite good,this pub/restaurant is fairly close to my daughter and her family's home and they visit fairly regular

We visited for a family meal. Whilst the staff were lovely the food was terrible. The steaks were badly charred and took ages to chew. The garlic mushrooms were cooked within sight of garlic, but contained almost none. The peppercorn sauce was bitter and ruined the nice chips. Oh, the chips were nice. Highly recommend visiting if you only eat chips.

Absolutely fantastic service Emily and Liz were amazing explained all the rules and facilities and were very informative and helpful with explaining what was on the menu, they were also fabulous with the kids and were busy keeping the place tidy as well as looking after us and their other customers some of the best customer service we have had in a long time, couldnt do enough we felt they went above and beyond which is rare theae days, we just called for a bite after the pantomime and can say we will deffinately be back as it just rounded off a lovely family day amazing family pub staff and facilities and our food was fabulous such reasonable prices and the quality and taste was even more to our satisfactory so shout out to the kitchen team also this place is amazing.

Decided to pop in for a bit of brunch during the week. Had a full breakfast, what fab quality!! The rostis were lovely, maybe not quite a traditiknal rosti but the flavour was lovely. I'm a bit fussy with my breakfasts, so I do like to swap bits. They were very accommodating and did this for me.

I'm a Childminder and I use this Wacky Warehouse for my toddlers and After School kids. The staff are always very welcoming and really accommodating. There's always lovely crafts for the children and the play gym is always really clean. I think the Childminder pass is good value for money and I buy one nearly every month. The ladies who work in the Wacky Warehouse are Natalie and Emily. They're great at their jobs and always make you feel really welcome. I'm quite local and will continue to visit as long as they're both still there!!!!

The wacky warehouse play gym is a friendly atmosphere the staff working there make you feel so welcome and they are so helpful. Emily is a very thoughtful person and thinks of ways to engage children in things they like. Natelie is very creative and always leaves activities suited for the children on the table. Both are fantastic and make a great coffee

Not a very good visit. Went with friends. Service very slow. Coffee's cold. Food okay but scampi cold. Not good when it's shellfish. It seemed like everything had been left and not brought to the table whilst hot. The waitresses seemed unhappy and more interested in talking to each other at the entrance than serving us. Used to be so nice.

We really enjoy our toddler sessions 9-3pm. There’s play dough, painting, musical instruments etc. The playgym is clean and secure and great for all ages.

Went for breakfast with my family and we all ordered the full English. The pub has recently had a facelift and looks nice. The service was good as we were seated quickly and served drinks promptly….however that’s about it for the positives. The breakfast arrived and looked nice, however it soon became apparent that looks can be deceiving. I can only describe the food as tasting as if it had been left under warmers all morning. The sausage was hard and cardboard-like and the black pudding was cremated. The potato rostis were very greasy. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all so not sure why it was so poor. Having been asked how our meal was, I replied that it wasn’t the best and explained it tasted as if it had been sitting for some time. The server offered no apology and didn’t try to remedy the situation. I won’t be back as for nearly £9 for a breakfast I’d expect a bit better.

Nice place to visit to catch up with friends. Good sizes play gym for the kids. Staff was friendly but the only downside was the food me and my friend had Nachos which was homemade but unfortunately they wasn’t the best at all. Over cooked and very greasy wasn’t nice at all. Maybe strap the homemade one and stick with the already made ones. Also I noticed they wasn’t a light bites option like sandwiches/wraps it was all big meals. I think in the play gym it would do so well if that was option.

Lovely food and even better service. The young lady who served us (niamh) was very friendly, always smiling and very attentive. An absolute credit to the company. Will definitely be coming again
