Great breakfast set me up for the rest of the day I was served with Yasmin it was a pleasure to meet you keep up the good work be seeing you all again soon

Tuve la desgracia de comer aquí recientemente. Comida repugnante, las zanahorias eran tan negras que parecía que acababan de ser desenterradas del suelo. Bruselas, guisantes y coliflor como balas tan duras y secas. Parecía que llevaban horas sentados allí. Puré más grumoso con cero sabor. El queso macarrones que es aleatorio como el infierno en un asado de todos modos era que seco y duro que no era comestible. El lugar estaba vacío, pero el servicio sigue siendo basura, pagamos en el bar, ya que apenas vimos a las camareras todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí. Coloque también una capa gruesa de polvo sucio cubriendo la madera en la cabina en la que estábamos sentados. Basura total, no volvería a comer aquí si me estuvieran pagando

Muy pobre hoy no impresionado tuve que esperar una mesa a pesar de que casi no había nadie en entonces tuve que esperar al chef la comida estaba seca y no muy caliente no había salsa así que tuve que esperar de nuevo no buena comida o servicio he decidido no usar más porque el lugar está bajando cuesta abajo en mi opinión también el lugar se ve deteriorado y está en mal estado necesitando un cambio de imagen ventanas y paredes moquetas están bien no en buen estado incluso el exterior se ve desastroso

Siempre me levanto, pero esta noche tuvimos una camarera llamada Judy en nuestra área y ella absolutamente brilló, necesita una mención. Nada demasiado problema e incluso la vimos ayudando a una mamá con 2 hijos, vigilando a uno mientras mamá se fue a cambiar al más joven de los dos, ella es absolutamente natural y es un activo sangriento para su equipo. ¡Bien hecho Judy! ¡Y bien hecho Toby por otro buen té que me sacó de cocinar! X

I visited a month or so ago and had some issues which I mentioned at the time, they weren’t fully resolved as the manager was unavailable (they were called away to the hotel) I followed up with an email and the manager (Scott) couldn’t have dealt with it any better. No quibbles, he wanted to rectify the situation. I visited at the weekend and everything was great, plenty of choice, freshly cooked meat and vegetables and regularly replenished. Well done Scott for dealing with the issue so well and I’m glad I gave them another chance.

Been to Toby Carvery at Willerby loads of times but won’t be going again. Greeted by nice staff. Took us to our table, took drink order and said help yourself to the carvery. There was no queue so got served straight away. Got our meat and worked our way along to the vegetables. They had run out of 2 dishes of veg so had to ask if they could get some. 5 minutes later, queue forming they arrived. Put gravy on and said at our table. Looked out at the view. 10 foot high, nettles, weeds, ivy, could not even see the sun that was shining. Back to the food……. Beef tough, roast potatoes undercooked even though I got the ones that had some colour to them, cauliflower hard and sauce cold, garden peas were nice!!!!! Put loads of gravy on, good job really. Left quite a bit which is very unusual. Won’t be going back, which is sad because we have been a lot our the last 10yrs!!

Don't normally do reviews but was so underwhelmed felt like I had to! Served Yorkshire pub n gravy that no one touched in the 1hr I was there, would of been better spending the money in doing black pudding instead! So as I love toby carvery I thought I'd try the breakfast 2 eggs was there when I arrived 7 people eating sat half an hour no eggs so staff clearing away go in back I presumed shed of told him no eggs by this time 2 more people's had sat down to eat, 20 min still no eggs so I asked the lady o yes ill ask him to makes some so she hadn't even bothered 20 min before when she saw they wasn't any! , 4 more people come to eat at this point and the chef brought 6 eggs out lol for all these people and this is ment to be an all you can eat, what did they want us to do half them better us! Very disappointed Toby

Courtney greeted us with a smile to show us to our seat. Go straight and help yourself. Brought out drinks to the table. Tamsin brought us our pudding, too. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Will call again to see if its the. Same.

Staff not interested, place dirty, food cold/dry/ limited, gravy none. Carvery deck very dirty and untidy. Air-con on tooo high. I could go on but my experience here isn’t the best. I’ll be going to head office

One of the food counter staff (Sean) made my wife & Son who both have ADHD & Autism feel exceptionally welcome and at ease! He explained he has adhd too and told them to take their time and spoke of a few of the symptoms of ADHD which made both wife and son smile brightly! This man seriously needs commendation on his excellent customer service and genuine demeanour!!!

Judy and Clare at the Willerby restaurant were lovely and so helpful. Our daughter has autism and they went out of their way to make her and us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as they made our daughter’s 10th birthday meal a really relaxing treat for us all.

Total chaos behind the server counter. The guy on the carving station was very polite and friendly, but oh so very abandoned by the support staff. For some reason the priority to serve the Just Eat customers was higher than the people in the queue. The meat selection was... Empty... The roast potatoes were 'rushed' out to fill an empty tray.. the rest of the veg was average to mushy. Possibly one of the worst experiences at this carvery to date. But at least the manager was able to supervise the chaos, from a distance of course. The place also needs a good clean.. tables, chairs, toilets, floors, carpets... All filthy. Get some staff in.. and pay them to clean! Please fix asap.

My Employer who is in a wheel chair loves going to the toby Carvery in Willerby , he takes his mum who also loves the carvery here . The staff are amazing & the food is a decent quality. Just saying a big thanks to Yasmin & Judy who always look after Neil & his Mum . Would def recommend.

Awful service spoken too by the manager rudely, other staff just chatting to each other and not serving, food was cold and under cooked veg, bill was wrong had to teach them how to add up. Will never go back!

I've just been with family to Toby Carvery,in Willerby. We were met at the door,by Judy, and shown to a table. Judy gave us the menus and came back to take our orders ,nothing was too much trouble for her. She was extremely polite,whilst also being effiencent. The food that we had was hot and really tasty. We will be back again very soon.

Great value for money. 5 epic meats, king size plates and such a great selection of vegetables, sauces and gravy. Highly recommended

The lamb roast was Delicious and I would like to give Sean the carver a mention. He was so busy yet extremely polite,professional and appeared very happy in is work despite the apparent staff shortage…..thank you Sean and Toby staff. :)))))

I would like to show my appreciation to the carvery Sean, despite being the only carver on duty, he remained polite, apologetic and a consumate professional, he even declined the offer of refreshment despite being clearly overheated, food was, as always, brilliant, just wanted others to maybe consider how floor and bar staff receive tips, well earned I might add, but the carvers who also work very hard maybe do not, top lad Sean, asset to the team, great services from all staff and great food 😀

I prefer a roast to a carvery, but it’d been a while since I last had one. My brother got us a discount with his Blue Light Card. There were 4 meats on offer, as well as a reasonable variety of vegetables. Spoon the stuffing inside your Yorkshire Pudding to make a bit more space. The vegetarian offer wasn’t fantastic for our non-meat-eating guest. We had a very attentive server, which is always nice!

The outstanding part of our experience were the very helpful and friendly staff. The food was pretty decent , just what you would expect at a busy carvery.

We came here because Home Farm was fully booked. It is not a place we will come back to for breakfast. Low standards and poor food. The bacon was the a deep tray of cheap off cuts, some burnt to a crisp and some still oinking. The eggs and hash browns has been sitting around for a long time and the water dispenser was broken. It is expensive and poor quality. The staff were very disinterested. Don't bother.

service here is terrible, you get better service at mcdonald’s, girls too busy talking and no interest in actually servicing customers or being polite

Me and my family visited you on Christmas day 2023. There was 8 of us altogether in two party's of four. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in. We received a very warm and friendly welcome and our tables were ready for us and they had very kindly moved the tables next to each other so we could all be together. A waitress double checked our order to make sure we would all receive exactly what we had ordered and within a few minutes we were all tucking into our starters. We had all ordered different starters and they were all excellent quality and very good portions. We had all ordered the carvery, you had a choice between 5 different meats, It was all piping hot and excellent quality and once again we received very good portions of what ever meat we wanted and obviously we helped our selves to as much potatoes and vegetable's as we wanted (of which there was a very wide variety ) once we had finished our main meal out came the deserts, once again we had all ordered different things and once again they were all excellent and very good portions. In between all this a number of very friendly waitresses kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we wanted and to make sure everything was ok. We actually visited this carvery last Christmas day (2022) and everything was great then, hence our return this year and although everything was ok last year, I believe this year was an improvement. The food seemed to be of a better quality and the starter and deserts were larger portions and the staff were faultless. We would recommend Toby carvery in Willerby to anyone and we will definitely be back for Christmas day 2024. Thank you to all the staff who made it such a wonderful day. If I could think of one thing you could improve on that would be to have a table cloth. Even if it was just one of those disposable ones, A red or white table cloth would just finish it off. Me and my partner went for a meal last night and were throughly disappointed. We are a huge fan of Toby carvery and visit many of the locations. We booked online and put in the comments please can we not be sat on a walk way, the table they seated us at was a walk way. The table was dirty, a member of staff came and wiped it while we were sat at the table. The table was without cutlery. I work in hospitality myself and was unhappy with the customer service we were presented with, training is needed. We ordered a pot of pigs in blankets- £6.95!! They were cheap quality and I couldn’t eat them. We got 6 mini pigs in blankets for £6.95. Shocking! We went up to the carvery to get our food. The food was old scraps. The stuffing was hard and dry, even the new batch they brought out. The beef joint looked a good size but the quality of the beef was poor, it was very fatty and I only was able to eat a small chunk of beef. Very disappointed!

Arrived 15 minutes late due to sat nav difficulties. When traveling from direction of Beverley post code does not take you to address which due to lack of local knowledge required a bit of a search. ( it says your there when a mile or so away). However on arrival staff were unfazed and our table was still available. Restaurant was very busy but there were plenty of staff present and we were soon seated and drink order taken. We had the carvery and despite having to queue a few minutes were soon back at our table tucking in. The food was very good. Rhubarb crumble was very nice. A nice meal in pleasant surroundings with nice staff looking after us. Whats not to loke. Would visit again.
