Fantastic breakfast with my granddaughter birthday and service.

My friend and I visited Heather and Batch today and we had a lovely piece of cake and drink. The staff were genuinely lovely and really helpful.

La carne fue cocinada a la perfección. Incluso las chuletas de la lámpara eran tiernas como deberían ser las de cordero. La masa de pakora de pescado era crujiente y sabrosa. Las picaduras de pollo eran celestiales. También pedí un naam de queso y chile que era divino. Lo que realmente hizo este lugar era el personal y los propietarios. Una cálida bienvenida y eran una pareja encantadora. Es un pin hogareño y un montón de habituales, así que obviamente un pub bien recibido. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente.

Breakfast with family. large breakfast £8 all items hot and cooked well fried bread excellent. Coffee really good. Seems popular for lunch menu.

Searched for pubs in the area to eat at whilst away for a night in Clive and we found this absolute gem of a pub. Although it was busy they found us a seat in the window. Cozy, welcoming and the most delicious food. The lady who took our order was so lovely as were the other members of staff who served us. I had steak and ale pie, my husband had steak, both were mouth wateringly good. If we ever visit the area again, we will be sampling more of the menu. Thank you for an enjoyable evening meal

Not been there before, wanted to go out for dinner so late booking. The food was really good well presented and very tasty, welcome very warm and service excellent. We were very pleased with the experience. I would recommend it to everyone but then getting a booking will become more difficult for us😁

Beautiful pub, garden, staff all very wonderful garden looks superb and spacious

First time here in many years. Looks a lot more welcoming inside than it did before. Food prices are very cheap but the quality is high. Sunday roast is limited to pork or beef with Yorkshire Pudding but that's fine and the meat isn't chewy. The interior is due for a full refurbishment in the next month or two so should feel even nicer when it's completed.

Wonderful place to eat.Staff and food really good.Had the lamb for Sunday lunch which was amazing so tasty . Highly recommend.

Amazing food. My daughter and I were able to take a short break during a visit to a relative. Lovely to have such good food so close by. Scone was still warm and incredible. We were able to eat outside the sunshine. Another lovely experience today. Tuna mayo sandwich and slice of quiche. Jacket potatoes were on the menu today. Superb. Just what we needed

Cheapest quality pint in a pub I've seen in a long time, staff were lovely too.

Lovely venue, very welcoming and accomodating. Rocky Road exceptional, could be smaller and cost less. This is an extra word.

We had for parties, It was for my moms 80th in June 2024 and my 40th January 2025. We both had an amazing time. The DJ's at both events were brilliant and played the track list we would like after sending 1 to him. The buffet food was tasty and it catered for all dietry needs. The drinks were reasonably priced and great value for money. The staff were lovely and kept us informed of times we would like for speech and buffet food etc. We had a fantastic time at both events. Hope to book again in the future. Thank you.
