My wife and I visited the ketch on Wednesday 19th February for our tea. The meats were nice The vegetables were not a very good selection. The carrots were not even peeled.i asked what happens to the left over meats and I was told they all go back in the oven overnight. I said what they replied yes they go in for 20 hours. The Yorkshire Puddings looked good but they were a let down. As for ambiance all we could hear was the angry death metal music coming from the kitchen at full volume not good. Orher customers were moaning about the kitchen music aswell.

I expected the food to be of a fairly poor standard as all theme park food is pretty poor. However, this was worse than expected! The food is clearly pre-cooked and reheated. But not heated properly and was barely lukewarm. One of the worst meals I’ve ever been served. I know they have a captive audience but this is unacceptable.

Decided on a regular cappuccino. £3.40 Cup was small and less than half of it was actually coffee. Coffee tasted ok. The rest was froth which tasted nice with the sprinkle of chocolate powder on top BUT I wanted a cup of coffee NOT froth!! No saucer. No teaspoon given to eat the froth and no paper napkin given. I couldn’t find these on the counter for self serve and had to ask for them!!! This was not a good experience. The cafe was not busy by the way. And I’m not surprised. I won’t be going back.

Bad light lunch. Kept us waiting 1/2 after ordering due to uber order no one told us this was going to cause a delay. Offered Free coffee as apology. Food very quickly cooked and not enjoyable . Other table the same low quality of food.

What lovely people run this chippy, its become my daughter's treat after swimming, the food is fresh , nicely presented and tasty, good value for money. Card payments accepted or cash point next to shop. Highly recommend people try this place out. Thanks guys

Came for the pub quiz with some friends which made for a good evening. Friendly characterful service - only drawback as the nominated driver was the limited range of non alcoholic drinks

Fuimos a un cumpleaños en la Suite de enero 2017 tengo que decir que la comida que ponen en era excelente; Pizza caliente, patatas fritas, patatas fritas, rizado colación fría, abrir las mazorcas, un montón de salsas y negra/queso. El Sadlers amargo también fue excelente, y el personal del bar era muy servicial. Muy recomendado! !

Lovely refurb. Heather is an even better new addition to the place . Outstanding customer service esp the way I saw her with SEN and young children . Obviously loves her job and very professional and takes pride in the job. Asking us to come back soon we certainly shall. Recommend the carvery as very tasty and the gravy piping hot (win win). …had no room for pudding oops! 10/10

He sido cliente habitual durante mucho tiempo, años en realidad, y normalmente tengo lo mismo, carne de kebab pequeña y patatas fritas con ensalada. Después de la visita de hoy no volveré. Había un kebab fresco cocinando carne, pero optaron por raspar las últimas sesiones raspando carne sobrecocida y quemada de una lata en la parte posterior, que debería haber sido envasada. Voto con los pies. Me comí las patatas fritas y ensalada no muy fresca, pero envasé la carne. Peor £ 4. 80 que he gastado.

I stopped off in Tamworth to visit the castle and when I was finished it appeared to be lunchtime. I made a decision to pop into The Penny Black, just so as not to be rude, and I was pleased that the beer was cold, the staff were friendly and the food was tasty. Well done folks, I would highly recommend a visit here for yourself.

Appointments available same day. Helpful and practical advice from receptionists. Diagnosis and kindness from GP’s. Local residents extremely fortunate to have TFMG.

Food sparing and cold ordered coffee x2 cappuccino, 2x cheese burgers with extra relish. And. Single chips. FOOD WAS POOR COLD most annoying as we’d just stopped off for a snack and quick drink. Dreadful place to eat. Keep away.

Excellent chips! I enjoyed a Chili, my wife raved over the meat and potato pie with mushy peas - she is usually very critical of mushy peas, but these were “heaven.” Friendly service, delightful lucky find.

Lunchtime at 12.45 pm they had run out of soup, jacket potatoes, sausage and bacon. We had to have sandwiches at £4.75 each which were extremely poor and probably only worth half the price. Will not be eating there again.
