The farm shop is well worth a visit. However for us the cafe let it down. For some reason and this may be ok for some, there were a lot of children there. Some appeared to be relations of staff so perhaps it was unavoidable but it was noisy. Also it wasnt a warm day and the patio door kept getting left open. This i could have put down to being one of those unfortunate things but then the food let it down. I had eggs benidict the hollandaise sauce was nice and the poached eggs were perfect when it came out. Sadly the ham was ice cold so the eggs congealed and the muffin took some cutting. My friend had the bacon sandwich which was ruined by the sauce on the table. Not traditional tomato you would expect but something pretentious made by marks and spencer which did not taste nice at all. As i say the farm shop is well worth a visit. And i will give the place another chance at another time as i always do.

What I can say, me and my lady came for valentines this evening, starters was extremely delicious. But the star of the show was a main dish braised beef. Extremely tender. Beef gravy was nice. My lady loved every minute of it too. Highly recommend, drinks was amazing, the decor of the place reminds me of home. Very nice.

Thought that I could use my Taste Card giving 25% off but was not allowed to use disappointing. However the food and service was good.

Third time I've been with in laws and every time the bill has been wrong. We do get it sorted but always have to query it. Either food charged wrong of drinks added on. Occasionally mistakes can be made, but please on every visit. Doesn't bode well I afraid.

I allways use the three crowns and sugar loaf as my local pub . The staff, Lizzie, charlie and kelly are allways nice. The food is great and lovely allways hot and on time as well. To be honest i cant fault the food or the staff. Great service ! Glyn.

First time here, for a midweek catch up lunch with friends on a table booked for six people. Car park was full on arrival and no tables free as we were taken to our table, so booking advised. A comprehensive menu and excellent lunchtime offer of two meals for £14.95. There were no food complaints from this table and a special mention for the all day breakfast and the fish and chips. Service was good with no long waits despite the restaurant being busy, our six meals arrived piping hot and together. A great find for us, we have already agreed to meet up here again.

There was a great selection of sandwiches and cakes and more than enough to eat. Very good value. Staff were really friendly and frequently checked if we needed a top-up of tea and coffee.

Went for Sunday Lunch last week 8th Oct , excellent food service great Sunday lunch we believe this was a the first time the chef had taken the kitchen would recommend .

Had a brilliant afternoon tea delivery from gingers, cakes are home made and freshly baked, evrrything was spot on!!
