A small cafe with only a few seats inside, the menu has the usual cafe fayre. I opted for a tuna/onion panini. It arrived nicely cooked, but it was tiny, half the size of a normal panini and dwarfed by the size of the toasted sandwich my wife had for the same cost. I picked wrong today!

A warm and sunny Sunday in Stourport and the riverside is jammed with average looking takeaways and burger bars. Yet only a 5 minute walk up the High Street and you will find this gem away from the weekend trippers. Offering a value but quality menu, it has great service and a wonderful ambiance. The short walk away from the crowds is so worthwhile and I strongly recommend that you give this lovely establishment your custom

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Laura towards myself and my friend!! Have used this shop many times and often take work colleagues…but never experienced such disgraceful behaviour from an employee!

Lovely friendly service. A wide range of delicious meal options on the menu and the smell of the various cakes was divine! The ambience of the place was lovely and it was a lovely place to chill and have a latte and light lunch. Highly recommend

The cookie pies are really yummy. A wide selection of brownies, cakes, cheesecakes - I’ve tried most over the last year and all are amazing. Bagels are tasty for lunch and there’s lots of other options too like pasties, pizza, salad and soup.

The coffee was really good but it was a pity the cookies had ben warmed up. They didn't need it and would have been nicer left cold.

We only ducked in to this cafe because it started to rain, but we were glad we did! The cakes are delicious, decadent American style brownies as well as traditional cakes (husband said the carrot cake was delicious). There was a nice little range of gift items for sale. Best of all, it was very child friendly and my 3 kids loved the play kitchen, kept them happy for ages, as well as lots of books and colouring sheets. It’s beautifully decorated with nice prints on the wall and a free water dispenser. We spent an hour and a half there and would love to return.

Visited with a friend and we were both spoilt for choice, even my friend who is vegan couldn't get over the amount to choose from - drinks with various plant based milks, bagels with hummus, vegan cheeses and bakes off the counter too. The vegan biscoff cookie looked and tasted AMAZING too! Great coffee, can't wait to go back to try something else off the counter as they all looked delicious. A lovely little place to sit and chat with a friend too.

Recently visited the bake house with my wife and son. Great service, tasty food and perfect coffee. We normally visit at least every two weeks as there is always something for my little boy to do when there!! Highly recommended ⭐️

Arriving into an enormous car park and a brick building you feel a bit underwhelmed. BUT after check-in you enter the main hall and the fantastic gardens and all is well. The gardens are beautiful. Well tended and large. With knotted hedge work, oaks, ducks, rabbits and other wildlife. It is a great garden. The staff are courteous and chatty. The bar staff were particularly welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean, could do with some real coffee for my liking, but better than most. Comfortable beds and decent sized bathroom. I did not have a garden view so cannot comment on that. There was a lot of noise from the plumbing but it was acceptable. The sound of birds in the morning was lovely and provided a better alarm than the phone. Food, both the meal in the evening and the fantastic breakfast was top notch. A great hotel in an amazing location.

A really switched on crew on Saturday (nice guy and his trainee); less so Sunday where, despite me having 3 glasses of wine, they insisted on charging me full price each instead of for a cheaper whole bottle. The lift is really slow, so much so there's a sign in the lift to make you aware 😁! Reception is on floor 4. The main entrance is a modest little doorway.
