A lovely place to pop in for lunch with friends and our dogs. I had a jacket potato which was lovely and my friend had the vegan soup which again was very good . Very nice staff. Good price for lovely food. Thank you.

Food excellent service in cafe could not complain BUT their answering of the phone is despicable I tried and tried to no avail that’s really why you lost a point

An independent cafe in the city center, with a small menu, but tasty food. We sampled their savoury crepes, tuna & onion, which were reasonably priced and came with good service.

Had Coffee and Tea Cakes, Coffee not very hot and the Tea Cakes tasted very bland. Carpet looked shabby and coved in bits, gone down a lot since our last visit 2 years ago will not be returning

Has potential to be one of the best cafes in Kidderminster. Jacket potatoes are lovely, although the fillings are minimal in my opinion and they charge you extra for a small side salad. Not like it use to be for me

This place has been going downhill for a while now, incredibly rude & unwelcoming staff, who stand gathered behind the till, laugh and talk about customers & ignore customers that need help, uncomfortable and cramped atmosphere & mediocre food. The food is okay but the jacket potatoes are stupidly priced, they charge you extra to have salad with it which is mad, they give you the tiniest little portion of filling & make you pay extra if you want a little bit more cheese or butter. Atmosphere is awful because it’s so cramped in there and the staff clearly have no customer service training. One member of staff ‘Ellie’ was incredibly rude to a young lady with clear learning disabilities & ignored an older gentleman who asked for a fork to eat his cake with, she ignored him for that long that he ended up saying to her ‘I’ll just eat it with my hands shall I?’. Such a shame it’s one of the only cafes in Kidderminster because I wouldn’t keep going in there. Some serious customer service training is needed.

Amazing place with a great atmosphere, totally recommend for breakfast/ brunch. Portions are great value for money, and the best drinks. The peach ice tea is amazing, but could come in a larger size possibly. Bacon sandwich is great too, would be nice if bread was warmed up. Overall amazing 🤩💗

Literally hoovering up with a stinky Henry hoover an hour before they close with customers sat inside. Was actually in disbelief. More in disbelief when she started hoovering under our table and hitting my feet with the hoover. Rudest thing I’ve ever come across

To be honest we've been here before and should have written a review back then! We were both peckish and decided to try the cafe again . We had to small breakfasts + Coffees Absolutely wonderful and we said it's not changed one bit which is a good thing ! Staff were polite The food was cooked lovely and enough bacon egg beans a round of toast and a sausage. The only minor issue was the knives they have there. I've never seen such thin knives especially the handle which are the same thickness as the blade . In fairness we are both of an age and they are not comfortable to hold. We did mention this to members of staff of our feelings. But apart from that We were both very impressed

My favourite kidderminster coffee shop. Coffee is delicious, atmosphere and staff are warm and friendly. There are also games and toys for children which helps it be family friendly. Toilets are up two flights of stairs but are well looked after. Disability access for downstairs only. Also, as toys are upstairs may be an issue for pushchairs.

Food was OK but not exactly as ordered table cleaning not very good as cup stain on ours and only partial wiping when customers had left much higher standards at our local cosy cafe in northfield where they are constantly cleaning tables not only using cloth but also always carry and use cleaning spray will not use kidderminster store when we are next in area

We pop in now n again for a cuppa and a T cake,staff are always polite and helpful. It’s a great stop off if you want to rest your aching feet after doing some shopping .

After a hectic morning I popped in early afternoon and ordered the all day breakfast (small version) and a mug of tea. Both served quickly hot and fresh. Excellent.

I'm actually still sat in here now. I had the large breakfast with extra hash brown and my partner had the Baked potatoe with cheese and beans. I didn't even know this place existed till today as I moved away from Kidderminster years back. But God do I wish I did. I can't fault it. The staff are lovely helpful talkative and well presented. The food came piping hot and quickly and was really really tasty. 10/10 highly recommended

I did wonder if I was too late for breakfast but no worries...they do an " all day breakfast " The coffee arrived within 2 minutes and my breakfast in about 6. Excellent. I had requested my bacon " well done " and it was. Very well cooked ( not greasy like some places ) Highly recommended

Love popping in for a quick cuppa and a T cake, seems like the prices have risen like everybody else’s have had to,but it’s still good value for money and there quick at serving you at the table .comes recommended

Been here a few times I like the full English breakfast, and the jacket potatoes. The crepes are big. The downstairs is often busy but upstairs is quiet. Toilets are on the 3rd floor. Great place for a quiet chat x

I just spent a very enjoyable couple of hours touching down at Cosy Coffee while my car was in for an MOT. Lovely Coffee, great WiFi so I could get some work done, power points for my laptop and phone, awesome 80s tunes, what's not to like?! How great it was to find this little oasis in Kidderminster - I will definitely be back.

Good food and extremely pleasant staff well worth visit

Tried it for first time Saturday. Gave us the wrong order and assumed it was our mistake. Turned out there was a table confusion, 3quarters into my cheesy beans on toast what I thought was a stringy bit of cheese turned out to be a long brown hair. Safe to say what could of been a good experience turned into us wishing we hadn't walked in. Staff and place is nice enough I just can't compromise on standards especially hygiene

Found the Chinese lady to be extremely rude Food nothing special I’d give this a wide pass and avoid

I wanted to like this, however I am 99% sure I was served a latte with soured milk. The aftertaste was not awful but it had that fruity after tone which was not pleasant

Second time of visiting, food is decent standard. Ordered sausage and bacon omelette and a vanilla latte. Food was fine but the Coffee was really excellent, unique flavour and smooth taste.

Lovely pleasant cafe with great food, good music and excellent staff. Also a loyalty scheme. The only thing that some may feel inappropriate, it may be that I just don't do PDAs, is one of the members of staff sitting with her boyfriend and kissing quite loudly. Didn't really want to hear all that in my ear when I'm trying to chill out. Best kept behind closed doors, regardless of age Otherwise a lovely place and my mums favourite.

Called in for light lunch. Flatbread at £3.95 outrageous. One small super thin flatbread one slice cheap ham and some awful yellow cheese. Not a bit of garnish in sight. Carrot cake dismal. Didn't even look like carrot cake. Was a pretty regular customer at one time, but Haven't been in for nearly 2years, really, really disappointed. Owners need to rethink menu and prices before I go again. Awful

A massive amount of egg shell in my cake which was dry and coffee awful and bitter. When complained got the offer of some biscuits which I declined. Not for me.

Come here weekly for a hot chocolate and a catch up with my sisters each week, staff are always polite the drinks are better then costa's they are reasonably priced staff are polite and friendly its a friendly environment and look forward to returning.

Just lost another customer. Ordered two Crepes. Similar story to Tina M's below. Not very busy but had a long wait then delivered a good 10 mins part. Mass produced pancake, thick, under-cooked and tasteless. Thrown together with basic grated cheese and 'ham"? cubes. Left 90% on plate as just awful and not my understanding of what a freshly cooked crepe should be. Having paid up front at point of ordering, I politely complained to the member of staff who appeared to be in charge - got a very blank look and total silence for a reply and no apology. I suggested a refund would be a good way to recompense but again got a blank stare. At least the lady who made them had the sense to offer to supply the same again but what would be the point. Whoever owns this place needs to employ adults, invest in basic customer care training and produce a descent product to sell. Waste of £15.00 and 45 mins of our time.

We were recommended this place several years ago when looking for a light lunch and have been going there ever since. Food has always been good, they are family friendly and staff have always been welcoming. We have been back recently and were pleased with the COVID procedures they have put in place. Food and drink was as good as always and we were made to feel very welcome.

We ordered 2 savoury crepes for lunch, one arrived around 10 minutes before the other. There was no salt or sauce offered. I know obviously we can’t have things on the table because of COVID but there was no offerIt was very dry. I ordered tuna and onion but got tuna and cheese. There was lots of pancake and no filling. Won’t be going again, also not that cheap.

We had a sausage nap and asked for brown sauce when it arrived the bottle was dirty when we complained they bought another one and that was the same

Myself my friends and family go in here at least three times a week, wonderful staff, clean and better value than the big chain coffee shops, a joy to pop in

My mother and I popp in several times a week, as it's clean, light,bright,and the staff are bright and breezy. We never wait for too long for our drinks or food. A lovely place for a quick visit, a pop in snack,a take away bite to eat or a sit down lunch. No matter the time you stay you feel welcome and appreciated, a delightful coffee shop

Overpriced and always forget the cream or vanilla shot even when I ask for it.

Usually really enjoy the jacket potatoes from here. But today there was a young gentleman who was making the jacket potatoes who did have gloves on. However an older gentleman who was taking orders came over to " help", without gloves on, didn't wash his hands, and came and pushed the cheese down with his hands on the jacket potatoes. I wasn't impressed to say the least. Especially when you can see his nails aren't very clean either!

They do the best Oreo cream deluxe depending who's serving most of them make it perfect and lash it with chocolate sauce but some make it taste very watery and hold back on half the ingredients that you look forward to when your paying nearly four quid for a drink you want it made how it's meant to be. A nice place to go for coffee, available for groups meetings and little events a good place to go to do some work on a laptop or tablet and sit quietly with a drink. It's definitely a cosy cafe

Tom made us very welcome when we asked if we could enter with our border collie, Ellie. There were no avaliable seats on the ground floor so we were able to go up stairs! The tea cake was the best I'd had in ages and the place was a gem of a find!

I popped in here about a week ago and the place was full. Lots more room upstairs as well so I got a table.Service was very nice and the food was good for a smaller outlet.It always gets plenty of customers so I don't need to say any more than that.
