We like the Brinton Arms because the food is good and value for money. They could do with more bar staff at busy times, but that's only because you can't order alergen-free food on-line, so we have to queue up at the bar to be served.

We popped in here today around 2ish. I had surf & turf, my wife had the mix it up 3 items from the menu. I must say the staff were great, so polite and helpful. Really happy to be working ect. The food arrived and was piping hot, cooked perfect, better than we have had in many an expensive restaurant! Had a bad experience with the food last year but gave it ago today and how glad we are that we did. Well done to all the staff. It was a very hot day and worse to be in the kitchen! Would give more than 5 stars. Will be back again soon. Doug Jones

Really nice atmosphere and food was tasty. The staff were rushed off their feet, meaning waiting over an hour for food, so our food was arriving & the rest of our parry were finishing. Not enough staff on duty.

We had a family get together for a birthday & Christmas today. Fourteen of us with some dietary requirements and the whole day was a success. The food was served well presented well hot and well cooked. The whole experience was excellent and everyone enjoyed it.

We’ve had many meals at the brinton arms and have all been wonderful. We ordered two pizzas and we were so disappointed. The base is usually thick and fluffy (aerated) and this was so thin. We were so disappointed with them. They were edible so obviously didn’t say anything but quite disappointed. Won’t be ordering pizzas again. We went for an early Mother’s Day meal.

Didn’t realise there had been a change in ownership the last time I went in. Food usually excellent in quality and value, however on this occasion the quality was lacking and the prices had gone up by at least 25%. Won’t be going back.

A great meal with my family to celebrate my birthday. We had a wonderful afternoon thank you to all staff.

Just want to give a big shout out to the lady on the bar with the red short hair who cope very well today considering how busy the pub was and seeing they were definitely under staffed, well priced pub and very busy.

Food was ok middle aged woman was rude waited over half a hour to get served ended up just leaving very disappointed

Went to the brintons arms this afternoon, lovely food, i could see they were very short staffed today but a big well done to the lady on the bar who kept smiling and doing her job as fast as she could.

Really lovely meal, great service. Even though the pub was really busy, nothing was too much trouble.

One bar person was moody but everyone else was nice. Kids meals were fab and good value, beer was too expensive though. The beef and lamb kebab meat smelled a bit suspicious but the chicken thigh was nice.

Mixed grill standard gone down since my last visit sausages small seemed warmed up.steak in edible onion rings rubbish as a business it doesn't work to cut food standard to offset lack of customers.

Warm, friendly pub. There's a real family vibe and you see people of all ages. I've always found it to be clean, the bathrooms especially seem to be regularly checked and cleaned which is always a plus. There is a smoking area with heat lamps and a good amount of parking at the back of the pub. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Theres also great entertainment, for example, a kareoke every Sunday open to all ages 👍

Pretty much unchanged since last visit. Reasonably priced pub grub. Prompt and pleasant service. As quite busy condiments were in rather short supply but food of a decent standard for the update price. Overall decent surroundings. Would use again.

Disappointed. Very large advertisement on the website for the 6 nations being played in the pub so came down to watch a big game- England V Ireland. Unfortunately although it was on, the volume was so low you couldn’t hear it at all. There were a lot of people interested in the game and those not watching it were all chatting loudly so it wouldn’t of affected them if the TV was turned up. Wouldn’t recommend for sport.

We visited on Mother’s Day! From arrival we were greeted by the very welcoming bar lady, she had the “nothing was to much trouble attitude” which made us feel very welcome! The pub was clean, well laid out and easy to navigate (we were a table of 7) and I had a 2 year old and a baby in a car seat, we had a lot of room unlike some pubs where they sandwich you in. The food was quick, hot and very well presented (compliments to the chef) & the home made pizzas were to die for!!!!!! Service was great, the table was cleared very promptly between courses. We spent roughly £130 which is very reasonable!! Every piece of food was eaten, puddings included. Thank you very much.. we will be back!!

There were over 40 people in our group.- a football team christmas outing! The food was great and was served quite quick with no errors at all. The staff very efficient, friendly and welcoming. There were no issues at all! Everyone was very happy.Thank you. Would highly recommend- especially if looking for larger group bookings!!

Lovely place for a spot of lunch . Was served by Sam who was accommodating for our family and even brought over children’s cutlery before request.

There were 11 of us having a group catch up. Lots of choice on the menu which also catered for vegetarian and gluten free members. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We were all served our meals at the same time - amazing. This is a clean pleasant venue with a nice atmosphere and we will be back again.

Cannot praise this place enough, great friendly staff and a good choice on the menu which is reasonably priced. All 11 of us were served our meals at the same time - fantastic. No complaints about the food at all and really good time had in a lovely atmosphere. This is the second time our group have been here and it was the same last time. looking forward to returning again.

Great pub with a great atmosphere, staff and food

Food very much freezer to microwave. Halloumi sticks worst I ever had, not freshly cooked like everywhere else. Mac and cheese stodgy in microwave dish without crunch onto, having only BBQ sauce squirted on. Salad limp and old, from a bag you get at Tesco, so no effort at all. I think they have a food prep person rather than a chef. Good place for pub nosh and beer and footy but that's all. Not great if you want good quality food. App never works properly either always end up at bar. Food very very over priced considering the quality you get. £10.50 for a bland microwaved cheese and mac that cost £1.99 in tesco.
