Tonight Tim brought us the Pork special in breadcrumbs with veg, a bacon and mushroom risotto ,bolognaise and piquant prawn starters with a delicious creamy rice pudding for afters. All were hot and delicious. What a treat to have a home delivery and be able to enjoy food without the washing up.Highly recommended if you live in or near Ludlow. Thanks to Chef Nick, the lovely Deborah and of course, Tim.

My wife and I visited Ludlow Tuesday 26th March, beautiful day, a few more shut down shops since our last visit, but a lovely stroll around the town was rewarded by the welcome and choice of Gluten Free food at the Wesleys Cafe, at a generour price.. Lovely volunteers helping, having a chat updating us on Ludlow activities. Well worth calling again on our next visit to Ludlow.

We choose this hotel as we were going to Ludlow for the weekend. Beautiful surroundings. Hotel very pretty and a delightful room. We had a drink in the bar which had a very large selection of alcohol for us to try. Food was outstanding and we also received the menu with our name on. A lovely touch we thought. Breakfast was also very tasty. We would definitely recommend. Finally all the staff were lovely, very friendly.

Amazing and delicious breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. I travelled with my daughter and we had a recommendation to try this place. We weren’t disappointed, the staff are so hard working and so friendly and the food is delicious. Really recommend.

Perfect little spot for a light lunch in pleasant surroundings. Excellent service, interesting menu, lovely music themed to the surroundings and, mercifully, not too loud. Would highly recommend the Ludlow Pasties.

Perfect English tea rooms very popular with tourists and locals it seems. We wished we could have had time to visit for a second time! We will certainly pop in next time we are in the area. Marvellous hidden gem this is!

Given up ,no longer go into the conservatory due to the debacle that is ordering/leaving dog tied up !!! Decided whilst waiting for shop to open I would get a coffee from the pantry (as I had my dog with me )stood at door ,requested oat decaf cappuccino “ we don’t do oat milk” was the response Really !!! it’s all a joke now ,what’s happened to what was once a very special place to enjoy quality food and hospitality ?I have given up now.

Popped in for food and drinks. Good range of beers and spirits (especially for gin lovers). Food was ordered and came out hot, plentiful and very tasty. Lovely big beer garden at the establishment and nice clean toilets! Couldn’t fault it. Great pub

An impressive looking Georgian style pub located just off the Market Square, it’s obviously been renovated at some point and whilst it might not be as traditional in style as it once was, it has nonetheless managed to retain it’s character. Bar staff were friendly and helpful, although this may change as apparently Punch Taverns have declined to renew the lease for the current landlord who has turned the pub completely around, and are instead putting in their own management team. There was a petition on the bar to try and get them to reverse this decision. The menu offered a decent enough selection of “pub grub” dishes, and my homemade beef lasagne with garlic bread and a mixed salad was decent enough, if nothing spectacular. All in all, a decent enough pub and well worth popping in.

Had dinner with two friends on a Saturday night. It was quiet and we couldn’t understand why. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and cosy with a nice fire. The small team looked after us extremely well and we had a very enjoyable evening. My English friend was raving about the quality of the food, she said that it was exceptional for an English pub to serve such good food. We thought it was good value and a really nice experience. Thank you.
