What a place...... we called in after the Rocky Horror Picture Show on Saturday night, and the place was rocking. The atmosphere was incredible and the staff were even better. Even though it was so busy, the staff were friendly and so helpful. My only complaint was that it closed!!!! Matt has also been incredible as my wife lost her handbag, I contacted him and he went out of his way to find it for me. If you are in the area, please make sure you call in and experience this place, its brilliant. We hope to be back soon.

Visited Great Malvern for the 1st time with friends. I chose this place due to it's good reviews and it didn't disappoint. Quick and friendly service. I had a lovely mushroom soup with bread, others had sultana scone with butter and jam, ploughmans , panini and a bacon omelette with jacket potato. Apple juice, various teas , americano and hot chocolate also consumed. Everyone loved it and I will definitely go back. Very reasonably priced too! Thanks and keep up the good work.

Brilliant place, staffed by volunteers for a local charity . We sat outside in a charming courtyard, and ordered ploughman's lunches. Excellent! Chunky roll of ham, first class Cheddar, beautifully presented, generous salad, fresh roll and butter. Coffee excellent too. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The station at Great Malvern is an architectural gem and has just been re-vamped, so we went to take a look and it really is a gem. There's another gem to be found there too - Lady Foley's Tea Room - which has been family run for well over 30 years. We had a few coffees and a pot of tea which hit the spot and we were made very welcome. If you're on the station to catch a train, take my tip - arrive about 10 mins early and treat yourself to a hot drink and a slice of home made cake - excellent !

The hotel has an excellent location but seriously disappoints. Beautiful period building with a depressing and cheaply furnished interior. Room was well-heated, but gloomy and very basic. Duvet and pillows very poor. Nasty cheap carpets throughout the room and whole hotel. Reception not manned after 8pm. Atmosphere was soulless, dismal and depressing. Everything appears done on the cheap, (except, maybe, its restaurant, which appears to be promoted for non-residents). I did not dine, so cannot comment on the restaurant food. Service at breakfast was almost non existent. Tables not laid. Very limited cold selection. Hot breakfast food was OK. Sadly, I regretted having booked and paid for a second night at this hotel. What a shame for such a nice town and iconic location.

Lovely traditional atmosphere with nooks and crannies and log fires for when it’s cold. We hoped for a Sunday roast today but arriving at 1500 they had sold out so we chose ham, egg and chips instead which was still excellent. Popular, unpretentious, plenty of staff to welcome you. Great beer and cider.

although the decor inside could be nicer. Was lovely to learn of its history & to sit in the area outside. Limited basic (vegan) menu & only filter coffee.! The toilets were filthy, & had no paper. Steep incline to reach the cafe, fine for buggys & wheelchairs. Parking in the main town and about a 10-15min walk.
