I have been to the lounge several times and had Miami brunch, every time, which has always been tasty - this week with a friend had the same meal which was a very poor small portion. Very disappointed not sure we will go again.

Went for afternoon tea as a birthday surprise. Very disappointed. Staff werenât very friendly and unprofessional. Lacked atmosphere. Menu said beef sandwiches and it was ham. Website needs to get updated as to whatâs on offer. Thought it would be a lot better than it was. It had a very cold atmosphere.

Beautiful takeaway! I called up to order a quiche box, it was ready when I arrived. Absolutely gorgeous! Perfect jacket potato with butter, dressed side salad, slaw and a lovely individual quiche. Itâll be a weekly treat for me from now on, such great value at ÂŁ6.60. Thank you so much!

The station at Great Malvern is an architectural gem and has just been re-vamped, so we went to take a look and it really is a gem. There's another gem to be found there too - Lady Foley's Tea Room - which has been family run for well over 30 years. We had a few coffees and a pot of tea which hit the spot and we were made very welcome. If you're on the station to catch a train, take my tip - arrive about 10 mins early and treat yourself to a hot drink and a slice of home made cake - excellent !

although the decor inside could be nicer. Was lovely to learn of its history & to sit in the area outside. Limited basic (vegan) menu & only filter coffee.! The toilets were filthy, & had no paper. Steep incline to reach the cafe, fine for buggys & wheelchairs. Parking in the main town and about a 10-15min walk.

We were part of the visiting company for a play, and we booked a table for between shows on a matinee day. Time in-between shows was limited, as we had to get ready for the evening performance. We were very much looking forward to a nice meal in pleasant surroundings. However, although our first course arrived quickly, we then waited one hour and ten minutes for the main course to appear. When it did, it was lukewarm and quite frankly, tasteless. We had only ten minutes to eat it. We expressed our concern about the time we had to wait, but to no avail. The Restaurant Supervisor/Manager, who was present at the start of our meal, suddenly vanished, and instead, sent a young waitress to deal with the situation; (which she did badly).
