Alturo Lounge in Malvern Hills

Lovely decor i could of sat there for hours looking at everything, the food was good & service very responsive, all in all a lovely place to pass time or meet friends.

Came for breakfast, eggs Benedict was swimming in the Hollandaise sauce they put far too much on. Big breakfast cost over £15, hash browns were over done and stale, eggs were gloopy, toast with no butter, sausage was ok however the whole plate was Luke warm / cold. Breakfast used to be better than that. Wetherspoons up the road would have been better In my opinion. Laziness, definitely can do better than that.

Dropped in for a coffee and then saw their menu so decided to "upgrade". Service was very prompt and my meal choice was superb. Really well presented, full of fresh flavours . I will defiantly want to return as the experience was so good

Best place in malvern for lunch

Came in on a Monday night, expecting it to be quiet, however the kitchen at Wetherspoons was closed so it was anything but. Just to top it off one of the tills was out of service and the Internet was playing up, so card payments were slower than usual. Despite all of the previous factors, food arrived in good time and was excellent as always. Although obviously rushed(as staffed for a Monday) the level of service was still on point and far above the average. Clearly a well led team. Cheers guys

We came here because The Foley couldn't accommodate our order ( no food left?!) SO GLAD we ended up here - the food was 100% , the service was quick and professional and the atmosphere was great. The food was worth every penny. We are already planning our next visit.

What an amazing night! Myself and my best friend came for the valentines paint and sip session and I would do it every weekend if I could. Lydia served us and was amazing from the get go, clearly described how to order and was involved with the session and care of customers throughout. She was extremely attentive, checking we were okay throughout the experience. Such an asset to the company!! The event itself was amazingly put together and we loved every second of it, we also enjoyed the build up up to it delivered through social media, which I must say has been very entertaining recently!! While paining myself and my friend got another drink one of which being the new valentines cocktail which was amazing too! Overall what an amazing night and was so pleasant to see something so well delivered.

Really nice food at a decent price, only downside is the price of the drinks.

We've been to several lounges in different parts of the country and they've all had great food and atmosphere. All very dog friendly too.

After a fantastic walk on the hills it was great to find somewhere so relaxing, great atmosphere, and the food was excellent, absolutely will be returning 👍

It's a part of a large chain, but it is still really great! A good variety of food. Most importantly they accept dogs!

It has great decor with a quirky yet warm vibe. There are some comfy chairs and couches as well as a lot of tables and chairs. Nice coffee and tea but the choice of cakes to go with them was poor. We ate there in the evening as well and the burger was pretty good but the mezze salad was far too dominated by sweet flavours and not great for a main course as a result. Would go there again for coffee but maybe not an evening meal.

A lovely place, and dogs allowed

A lovely lounge design and felt very cosy. Sadly, service was pretty poor. Ordered online as suggested at table, waited half hour for an order until having to go up to the bar to ask for an update on the order. The ticket hadn’t even been printed to commence the order. Also, alcohol shortages led to watering down or mixing drinks.

Came across this cafe / restaurant totally by chance, what an absolutely gorgeous place to chill out and relax with outstanding service, food and drinks and the Art Deco style furnishings just made it the perfect place ❤️❤️❤️

This is the second time that I have been here, went with half a dozen people that I work with. It was a quite busy evening just before Christmas. The service was a little slow but understandable at this time of year. They completely left out one of the orders we had to ask twice for it, so one of the diners had to eat their food when everyone else had almost finished theirs. The food was good and reasonable value for money. There was an old chap playing guitar dressed as Santa Clause which was frankly absolutely terrible. We thought it was a joke at first. What were they thinking of ? All in all not bad but not great either

I have been to Alturo Lounge in Malvern several times, the Lounge Breakfast is made of the best ingredients, and Imelda makes great coffee and provides great table service. Great venue, lovely staff and a very positive experience overall.

Four of us met yesterday for coffee & lunch. Friendly efficient service, great food, well presented. Would recommend & visit again. It's always so relaxing to visit there.

Nice place friendly staff had a good English breakfast and a pot of tea would return again.

Dietary requirements were not an issue. However, due to the busyness of the tune we went, we had to wait awhile for our food. Staff were pleasant and attentive.

The service is very poor and the food is served slowly.

Great atmosphere and good drinks

So first of all, the place is very spacious and really nicely decorated. There are several areas with different broad themes where the tables, chairs, and walls, floors and ceilings vary. When its quieter you have a great choice of places to sit. The menu is also broad, and website has a great allergy filter and info. Staff were great with allergies, and friendly as well though on Sunday there was a bit of a queue to order. I had the halloumi burger which to me didn't have much flavour beyond the chilli jam in it and wasn't totally filling, but I tasted some of a flatbread and we agreed that was fantastic. Even without being too keen on the burger I wanted to go back the next day and try something else. Monday I had very little wait to order, plus the staff remembered me and my allergy. That time I got the bang bang cauliflower and tried the squash orzo, both were very delicious and filling. They took slightly longer to arrive but not an unreasonable time. For dessert we shared the chocolate sundae that came free with the Monday offer, again tasted great. So I'd definitely go again!

Came here last year a little while after it had opened, it was great then and just as good now, maybe a little bit busier. Shame they didn't have any IPAs on at the time, but the food and drinks were great.

Avocado smash, for the win! I've eaten this dish a lot, in different parts of the world and this version wins hands down, for me. Husband liked the large plate for the big breakfast, as it separated the food items and the baked beans in the cup meant no sauce seeping into other ingredients. Cruisy soundtrack, chilled atmosphere. We'll be back.

I always love coming here! The food is delicious! The iced coffee is divine, and the staff are always really lovely. I've been a few times now, tried something different each time... Honestly, I can't pick a favourite, they're all delicious. I swear each time I find something else cool on the walls too.

Use Alturo regularly. Great atmosphere, quirky decor and decent menu. When Georgina is on duty you always get a friendly greeting and great service.

A very beautiful place decorated in a quirky style, plenty of space between tables every staff member is friendly. Went in to have a breakfast but ended up having something else instead when i saw they have a gluten free option's there is alot to choose from on there menu for everone and different drinks hot and cold alcohol non alcohol cocktails milk shakes it goes on. I would definitely be going back when I go back on holiday again or even drive up again for a meal there again. The food was tasty full of flavour we enjoyed our food breakfast was good too. I did take pictures, but my phone had a meltdown and lost all recent pictures 😔 sorry but if you are down there, go look and try it out for yourself.

Went for breakfast and thay did manage to burn our pancakes but did replace them very quickly. Very good vegan vegetarian and gluten-free menu lovely atmosphere much bigger place than it looks will definitely be going back again

This is my regular spot whenever I'm in the area, the food is always gorgeous. High quality, incredible flavours and reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend. Great options for different diets too e.g. pescetarian, veggie and vegan.

Visited Alturo Lounge for lunch with my grandson today. The food was excellent and I would have rated the restaurant 5 stars but unfortunately I have only given 4 stars. This has no reflection on the staff , only 2 young ladies on duty and the place was extremely busy with tables not cleared of dirty dishes etc. They were both rushed off their feet but coped admirably under the circumstances. I think they were called Poppy and Imelda as I asked them as I left and congratulated them on how they coped under the pressure they were under. Well done to them !

Always good especially for those with dietary restrictions! The meal has a flag in it!

Great place for lunch well cooked pub food.

We come here quite often for a quick meal before the theatre or cinema as you'll always get a table, the atmosphere is pleasant and we've always found the food to be tasty and good value. It's not fine dining, but there's a fair selection to suit everyone. We visited in July with a big family group, ranging from babies to grannies! The staff were great, the mood relaxed, everyone had a great time. The younger members of the group left early for bedtime, whilst the rest of us stayed on for a couple more drinks, which is what makes the place so comfortable. A great addition to Malvern's eating scene.

Nice find. It's bigger than you think too. Quirky interior. Their breakfasts are served all day. Find yourself a table and order at the bar. Food came out quickly and was well cooked. Would recommend.

Great find, relaxed atmosphere with quirky interior. Buddha bowl was excellent, several GF options to choose from. Very reasonably priced and made it in time to enjoy 2 cocktails for £12.50.

Wonderful find, on our visit to Malvern. Me and my son 12-year-old thought the place had a cosy, quirky vibe. The food was amazing. Very wide gluten free menu, which was a treat.

This place is fantastic. It shouldn't be missed if you're visiting Malvern UK... The place is huge, but decorated perfectly. Feels like a cross of a fancy tea house and pub. Each table is unique. They have secluded couch areas. Very unique... The menu is pretty extensive and very eclectic. There were even some specific Indonesian dishes along with beers, wine, cocktails, pub food, afternoon tea items and full lunches and dinners. There was something for everyone. I had a large sundae with a beer... The service was fantastic too. Warm and friendly folks at the bar. The server who brought the food was attentive and great. They all worked as a team... This place makes me want to return to Malvern on my next trip.

Great place to pop in for a bite to eat. Order from the table via QR code or the bar. Both work well. Food is generic but nicely served and good for what it is.

Visited here for the first time but have visited many others in the chain and all are great. Quirky decor with lots of artifacts and paintings and this venue is large. Toilets are individual all with their own sink and hand drier. This venue is on the main road in great Malvern not great for parking so maybe a short walk required. I love the Miami Brunch a great mixture of hot and cold food and very little carbs so a good dish for protein Service and Coffee is all good and you can even take your dog

Nice food. The place was a bit random. Random pictures on the wall, random chairs and tables....but all together was good. The service was a bit slow, and caothick...2 of us finished the starter while 4 of us still waiting. And that was the situation with the main and the dessert as well.

Great place for good range of glutten free food.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was really impressed with this place. We ordered two Big Lounge Breakfasts and two Iced French Vanilla Lattes, the food was clearly high quality, cooked to perfection, the vibe was really relaxed and comfortable and the hostess was what put the icing on the cake - lovely lady with short hair I didn't get her name but she was so bubbly and had time for every single person and paid so much attention detail. The whole experience was just perfect.

I find it weird having to order by app. Apart from that the food and decor are both very tasty.

Has occasion to have dinner here last week . Needed a dog friendly place and they were recommended and were great. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food , it seems like a cafe , but the food was excellent as was the service . So good we went back there the next night to try different dishes . Can't fault it at all ... Very reasonable too in price .. highly recommended ( think the name has changed now but the recommendation stays)

Not good. Our first time here and looking forward to a lovely lunch. Ordered burgers and chips. One order of chips came cold. Asked for replacement and chips came back so greasy, as they had been ‘ refried ‘ !! Finished our dinner and it took staff 20 minutes to take away our plates. Will not go again.

A group of us went for lunch on a Friday. Place wasn't busy. Ordered drinks and were served quickly. The avocado smash open-faced ciabatta was tasty.

Food took literally 70 mins to come? Staff are lazy & just incompetent. Ask for a drink 3 times without ice.. all drinks came with ice? Like seriously? Waste of time

Food took over 70 minutes to arrive for a table of 4. Food is great and the vibes are nice but service is wildly unhelpful and giving generally negative vibes.

Looks lovely, went in at 4pm for lunch, it was relatively empty. 5 staff members gathered near the door talking, no greeting just got a dirty look and left as didn't feel welcomed. Strange. Shame as the menu looked amazing.

Order on the QR code as it’s quicker than queuing. You can’t book for parties under 6 people and parties over require £5 per person deposit. Can get quite busy so expect to wait for a table in the evening. Breakfast and mid morning no issue. Breakfast nice, reasonably priced and tasty. Evening food expensive for what you get. Burger, chips and coleslaw about £15. Some if the staff are amazing, friendly, attentive and chatty but one or two act like they’d rather be anywhere but there. Great decor, clean and tidy.

Popped in for lunch post camping as we could take the dog, food was great, lovily burger and a chiabatta, reasonably priced, would return. 8/10
