All fine - nice people, nice coffee and croissant, nice place. Recommended. Don't sit to the left of the forecourt space if you don't like the smell of patchouli that comes from the adjoining shop.

Great little coffee house, lovely food, and good service. On the negative side, you have difficulty finding a seat because of the number of tables taken up by people working on laptops and drinking one cup of coffee every 3 hours - very unfair on customers who wish to dine in!

You can't get better than this! (And I'm not even receiving a penny here! ) : ) I'm a local, (too) keen coffee drinker and this is the best place in Malvern. Plus the selection of teas isn't too bad either. Whilst others have come and gone, Tom managed to keep his shop going through 'Covid' times and beyond. All the staff are hard working and keen to provide the best service possible. And the 'homemade cakes' (vegan options available) are to die for!!

Cracking coffee but the ciabatta was a brilliant lunch find. We had the "great malvern" which was deli meats and cheese with quirky additional touches like sliced apple and garlic mayo and the "middle eastern" which was falafel, hummus, peppers and chilli jam. Fresh bread and fillings £6 each = absolute bargain. Delicious, we will return. Thank you

A lovely little cafe with delicious cakes! All cakes are vegan with a few that are gluten free as well, which is fantastic for people like me who can't eat gluten and are vegan. The coffee was delicious also, with vegan milk alternatives and compostable cups. There were a variety of sandwiches and savory baked goods available, loads of vegan options like vegan pasties and sausage rolls. However there was nothing gluten free to eat for lunch other than cakes, which was the only downside. Fantastic for vegans, great for cake and coffee, but not the place to go for gluten free lunch options. Nevertheless still a lovely place to visit. ❤️ Staff very friendly.

I am local, however this is the first time I've been here. It seems popular, however table surfaces were sticky and there is every little room between tables. Food was not out of this world (we had breakfasts). While waiting (a very long time) for our food the young people creating the food had clearly burnt the previous customers toast and the unmistakable sound of burnt toast scraping came over the counter. When it finally arrived food was average at best. Vegan sausage sandwich was very greasy. Such a shame. Probably won't go again.

As a local person I like to support independent businesses, so called in for coffee late morning. Sat facing serving counter and could not help but observe staff. One in particular, who I assumed was on food prep was standing doing something with her mobile phone whilst twisting her hair, putting her fingers in her mouth and around her nose. An order came for food, mobile away no washing of hands straight onto handling food. Owner needs to take action as washing hands is basic health and safety. Would I visit again, yes for coffee. Limited menu, although some specials were on the board.; good choice of desserts. A very busy pub with people constantly pushing past from the garden and caravan site. Did not like the fact that the cat sits and walks on top of the tables and that there is a notice implying that the cat is not too friendly. Manager is a little brush, which was off putting and we have not eaten there since.
