Every course was very good or excellent. The menu was creative without being over the top. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed.

Lovely pies packed full with fresh ingredients. Would highly recommend! Thank you for the Iced Meringue for my 2 boys, a lovely treat. Will be back soon!

The girls are always friendly here as food cooked fresh I always call up and my food is waiting when i arrive Come here weekly

Absolutely 5 star food and service. Couldn’t fault anything. Really enjoyed our experience. If I was forced to choose a favourite course it would be the scallop, my husbands was the Falliw Deer but I enjoyed every last morsel and if I couldve licked the plate I would have!! Special mention to our waitress, can’t remember her name sorry, she had blonde hair x

Had a 16th birthday for my daughter at the crown and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The service, the staff was just excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Such a lovely place and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Food was amazing. Thank you team crown for making it so special. Can’t wait to have more birthdays there.

Fantastic independent pub with friendly staff, warm fires, fabulous food and cocktails 🍸 Garden in the summer, real fires in the winter. Did I mention, the best Sunday roast ever, with great Vegan options 😋

Very nice family occasion in the evening. Excellent selection of food. All of the group enjoyed their meals. A group of musicians played. Possibly only on Wednesdays? Do try this pub you will not be disappointed Thank you

Went to the bell for drinks Thought we'd try the curry Decided to go for a takeaway and eat at home Went for King prawn curry rice and nan Well what a curry just the right spice for me everything was cooked lovely Defo go again 👍👍👍

Friendly staff and even better food. Worth the money. You can tell the fish is fresh and batter it crunchy 😋 as I've just moved to the area, I've found my local chippy

Great food with a fun and enjoyable atmosphere created by John and team. Few places I’ve recommended with total confidence but ever since those Pastiche days it has been so.

Popped in for lunch... had the smashed burger and chips. REALLY good food. The chips were amazing. Service very friendly and very quick. Will definitely return!

Never ordered a rump sandwich before as I find it too chewy but today at the drill was not short of a revelation it was beautiful and the accompliments also the wine too . I'll definitely be goin back ..ps great staff 👍🍺
