Lichfields hidden gem sits a two minute walk from Beacon park. This pub is by far the best value for money in lichfield from the warm welcome that makes you feel instantly at home to the amazing home style cooked food which hits the spot on every level. We popped in an a Sunday back when the euros were on, great atmosphere, amazing staff, a proper Sunday lunch with a massive selection of drinks for everybody, indoor or outdoor seating… we enjoyed a fabulous Sunday dinner before the football started, we stayed to watch the footy and then we finished the night off by staying for the live entertainment, this family run bar put a massive emphasis on making you feel at home, getting you well feed and watered! My fave things and new fave place to be. We’re going to start popping in on a Friday and Saturday night to check out the live entertainment. Thank you to Mike, Tracey, Tilley and the crew. Tuesday night open mic night just can’t be beaten, the best sound and light system in the area. A great mixture of local talent at all levels. I would recommend getting yourself down here either to watch or perform just a great family atmosphere. To cap it all Mike & Tracey throw in an evening supper F.O.C.

I dropped into the Feathers on a Tuesday evening following a recommendation from a friend. The pub had not long won the entertainment pub of the year and wow what a fabulous evening. Tuesday is open mic night with a host of local performers. The residents open the show weekly with a fantastic 3 songs picked at random, there is also a weekly showcase band that were great on my visit. The hosts Mike & Tracey with there team made me feel very welcome and personally introduced themselves which was a nice welcome. Great beer, great entertainment and a superb evening. The menu looks good and great value so ill be back soon to sample the food. There's also a huge beer garden and ample parking. Thanks for a great night.

Just had Sunday lunch with a friend at the Feathers Inn. The food was wonderful. We had the Sunday roast. Just about every meat to choose from. It was hot, fresh, plentiful and delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. So Thankyou. Yourselves and the meal were fabulous. Highly recommend.

Great spot, I go every time I visit Lichfield. Me and my boyfriend always go every Sunday for the Sunday roast and it’s beautiful. Amazing and friendly staff, the food’s great, and the price is amazing. I always feel so spoilt when I go, I love it. I can’t recommend this place more.

Greeted enthusiastically, nothing was too much trouble, a chair with arms and a soft cushion was found for my very elderly relative. The food was excellent good honest pub food at a very reasonable price. My husband went as far as to say it was the best meal out he’d had in sometime and he eats out 3-4 times month! We had wonderful time on Friday 10th Nov, this was our first visit so wasn’t sure what to expect. Our table was waiting for us along with a very welcoming service, great food. Loved my vegetation chilli option, very tasty. Watched a really good three piece Irish folk band. An excellent family run pub and live music venue that makes you feel part of the family. Mike and Tracey have created a pub that makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Great food (thoroughly recommend the Irish Stew), great beers, and a great atmosphere. And as a music venue it’s unsurpassed - I’d especially recommend the Tuesday night open mic, with a brilliant house band and amazing local musical talents. I’ve never had a visit to The Feathers that’s been less than 100% brilliant.

I’ve eaten here before and every time I come it seems to get better. The Irish Stew was perfect! The meat was tender, the oxtail base was silky smooth and packed with flavour. I will be eating here again, definitely! 10/10
