Great traditional English pub!!

This is a pleasant place but the food is overpriced and inconsistent. Home cooked cottage pie was sparse in meat and the gravy was like water. The steak and onion pie was bland and the pastry like concrete. Breakfast items are a better offer so I will stick to those in future. It was an expensive lesson. Better food and value elsewhere. Staff are lovely and the on-site shop is a treat but cafe food does not reflect the home grown angle they are promoting.

Boda reservado aquí con el director anterior que era muy servicial. Desde este administrador de izquierda que no han podido contactar con nadie sobre la recepción. Intenté contactarme vía tantas rutas sin éxito. Personal no parece en absoluto molesta, pero también parecen ser incapaces de contactar con el director o saber donde él o cuando la siguiente. Ya encontré un anuncio para la venta de la propiedad.

My lovely family and friends organised my hen party two Saturdays ago. We had a cocktail making session followed by a champagne afternoon tea. Can I say how wonderful everything was, we were well looked after by Victoria, Ricardo and another lovely lady, sorry but I don’t know your name ... all the staff we dealt with were brilliant and helped to make this a wonderful experience, enjoyed by everyone. I can highly recommend this venue, and will certainly be returning very soon.

Salimos a tomar unas copas y nos dieron la bienvenida con la mejor pinta que he tenido en Birmingham y más tarde nos dieron algo de comida gratis. Servicio absolutamente increíble

Terrible, plates were not warm, two plates were the same, another was different with a chip it in but we all had the same cooked breakfast. Everything was just mildly warm, bacon was over cooked and like chewing leather, the sausages were recooked and were barely edible, I left one Uneaten! Cold environment, I left my coat on which is never nice went eating. Very disappointing and nearly £40 for two adults and one child. We like to support small businesses but I wouldn’t bother with this one!

I booked Edwards for my mums 80th Birthday and can honestly say it was amazing. I pre ordered afternoon tea. Nothing was too much bother for them they sorted a table for 8 in the corner which we were allowed to decorate. My mum thoroughly enjoyed it along with friends and family. A big shout out to Natasha who was backwards and forwards with refills and anything else we needed Thank YOU.

A unique little cafe in the heart of erdington inside a beautiful furniture shop, a lovely hidden gem. The staff a young girl i believed was called Natasha was an absolute treat she went above and beyond with excellent service and manners and nothing was to much for her a real credit to Cookes and to Edwards, myself and other members of my group would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

A great menu and good service from the staff. Primarily a restaurant if you are staying in the Hotel but could be good even if you are not staying. Expensive, as it is a hotel, but would recommend.

Absolutely love this bar, amazing drinks and amazing staff Atmosphere always great no matter how busy Always spend celebrations in the bar drinking ten legs. Thank you so much 💗💗💗💗

Una noche en el teatro Rep para ver Un villancico de Navidad, fue una excelente producción muy profesional, bien vale la pena la visita.

Entró a tomar una copa de Navidad después del trabajo en diciembre, pagó el estacionamiento, pero perdió la noción del tiempo ligeramente mientras charlaba. Terminó recibiendo una multa de 60 libras por quedarse más tiempo en el aparcamiento. Comprendo perfectamente que es mi error, pero castigar a sus clientes con multas de estacionamiento por permanecer demasiado tiempo en su propio establecimiento parece una extraña manera de hacer negocios a mis ojos. No volverá.
