The best restaurants serving British food in Sutton Trinity Birmingham West Midlands

Visited with my partner and sad to say it was very poor quality. The potatoes were very small with floppy skins not baked at all. I had cheese and beans which I left most of it and my partner had bolognese. Both were small servings and not very warm. My partner had a really upset somach within about half an hour and felt really ill. We had to go home. Whilst we were in there at least another 3 customers remarked at the poor quality and left their food uneaten. Sorry but will not be visiting again.

You know when you’re just about to finish some food, and you think to yourself “I’d love another one of those” well that was that bacon and mushroom sandwich on brown! Thank you!

Wow This place is great, good fresh coffee, excellent home made cake, good clean toilets, comfortable, warm, service with a smile too. Very reasonable prices. 100% recommendation

The Bar 1905 at Moor Hall Hotel is a place you can relax with comfort. The servers Jess, Jordan, Lauren & Zoe have a passion to serve and a pleasure to get served with a smile, great characters of personality and knowledge about the menu if you can’t decide what to have off the menu. Ps, the best day to winding up Libby about Piña Colada’s, where are they? To be fair Libby is good too.

Had another amazing night here. Always a great crowd and the acts are bang on. You wanna see Erasure? Here's the absolute best nearest thing. You wanna see Oasis? Here are a bunch of talented lads that give you that and lot more (guitarist and lead singer smash it and massive props to the drummer - always overlooked but this guy was mint!). My ultimate respect goes to the amazing bar staff who are so understanding, patient and efficient. Give these guys a pay rise! Top service under much pressure. Shout out to to Terry and to he who is known as Big Black Ball (he says it's not a condition but personally I think he should get it looked at). 5 stars all the way!

Amazing Indian food. The mixed grills are truly things of beauty. Occasionally has a good cask ale on, but not always. Has a couple of nice bottled beers though. Great venue to watch the football. Recommended (as of 2025)

Stunning hotel that I have had the pleasure of working at numerous times as well as attending as a guest on occasions. Staff are friendly and professional, service is always fantastic and the food is amazing. I see the hard work that the staff put in behind the scenes for every wedding and event and this really reflects on the day.

The staff are all stand out and really elevates this hotel to another level. Food. Special mentions to Jake, Ella and Salah in the restaurant for providing attentive and professional service, a real credit to restaurant that made the evening great. Meal was excellent, tasty, varied choice and perfectly cooked, served hot and delicious (and reasonably priced) and breakfast was equally high quality and varied, but some signage as to where the breakfast room would be my only criticism. Rooms are also good, old yes but very well kept, no chipoed furniture or stains on walls or carpet, housekeeping also excellent...and yet another special mentions to Gail who was incredibly friendly and helpful, another relief asset to the hotel. Bar prices were also reasonable with a pint of premium lager being £6 which isn't bad, the bar area is also nice with log fires and nooks to relax in. Didn't attend the spa or golf course so cannot comment on these but in summary an excellent stay where hospitality is clearly at the forefront of this hotel.

Really good location plenty off parking, £2.00 for 5 hours om a Sunday, greeted and seated quickly, ordered on app at table, food was very very nice full off flavour excellent poached eggs, all staff were friendly, sat upstairs as downstairs was almost full, definitely recommend!

I've always enjoyed stopping off here with friends when walking the dogs. While queuing for coffees I overheard the customer in front asking if the eggs were fried separately from meat products. I'm pretty sure I heard correctly when the staff member's reply was that everything was cooked together. Can someone please clarify whether the vegetarian breakfasts are cooked separately from the meat ones, because if they're not then you cannot call them vegetarian and no vegetarians would eat them? Looking forward to your reply.

Got served by Nav today for my daughter’s 18th birthday celebrations. Bottomless brunch, she made it great experience and a special time for my daughter.

The staff was very attentive great atmosphere will be returning !
