Visited with my partner and sad to say it was very poor quality. The potatoes were very small with floppy skins not baked at all. I had cheese and beans which I left most of it and my partner had bolognese. Both were small servings and not very warm. My partner had a really upset somach within about half an hour and felt really ill. We had to go home. Whilst we were in there at least another 3 customers remarked at the poor quality and left their food uneaten. Sorry but will not be visiting again.

Had a buffet delivered, gold star for 10 people.. when it arrived various items missing had to make a couple of texts to ask for the missing items to be delivered. Tbf, some of the buffet was okay, but salad/crudities were not good, cold mangetout, horrible cold mini corn.. A lot of money for what we had. We did get money back for the missing dips and coleslaw (only 1 delivered) they did send a lovely lady round with the missing items, by which time all our guests had arrived. We were celebrating big birthdays across our family

Popped in here for lunch with my husband and not disappointed. Warm, clean and comfortable with friendly staff who are volunteers. Food is delicious, recommend the ham, Brie and cranberry sandwich, and reasonably priced. Two coffees, a wrap and a sandwich served with crisps and salad for £10.

We were welcomed by Joe who was extremely helpful and gave us enough time to study the menu. He gave good advice about what would be a better combination on the waffle. The food arrived quickly and Joe checked to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend Treatz and we will definitely be returning. Thank you

The Bar 1905 at Moor Hall Hotel is a place you can relax with comfort. The servers Jess, Jordan, Lauren & Zoe have a passion to serve and a pleasure to get served with a smile, great characters of personality and knowledge about the menu if you can’t decide what to have off the menu. Ps, the best day to winding up Libby about Piña Colada’s, where are they? To be fair Libby is good too.

Had another amazing night here. Always a great crowd and the acts are bang on. You wanna see Erasure? Here's the absolute best nearest thing. You wanna see Oasis? Here are a bunch of talented lads that give you that and lot more (guitarist and lead singer smash it and massive props to the drummer - always overlooked but this guy was mint!). My ultimate respect goes to the amazing bar staff who are so understanding, patient and efficient. Give these guys a pay rise! Top service under much pressure. Shout out to to Terry and to he who is known as Big Black Ball (he says it's not a condition but personally I think he should get it looked at). 5 stars all the way!

Lovely afternoon tea using gift voucher I received from friends. Our server was very pleasant and chatty. Plenty of food so much we had two boxes to take home full of cakes. Had trouble parking no disabled spots available and both car parks were packed with leisure club members and two big corporate conferences taking place in hotel.

Stayed at Moor Hall for three nights from Friday 1st November and had two evening meals in the Oak Room. The food was to the highest quality, hot and presented to a high standard. The young staff over the two nights include Amy, Ben, Jake (dingle), Eloise, Sophie, Marma and Chole were not only cheerful and receptive were polite and always at hand to tend to our requests and needs. Overall, two very pleasing evenings after what were very long days. Thank you team! Debbie and Stuart (Baggie) Portsmouth

A very honest but disappointing review. My partner and I came for a meal here today as it was my mother in laws birthday, we thought it was a great idea as we always come for a coffee and a walk however have never ate here before. On arrival we were seated promptly and the waitress was friendly and took our drink order and food orders. My partner and I had the chicken Sunday dinner and my mother in law had fish and chips. The starter came and that was lovely, it looked the part and tasted even better! Then the mains came out, again appearance of the food looked lovely we were really looking forward to it only to find the chicken was very undercooked in fact it was raw! It was freezing, slimy, an odd looking colour and running with blood. As I didn’t want to make a scene I called the lady who may have been the manager I’m not sure only for her to tell me it was not raw this was repeated 4 times and she was very stand-offish, in the end she said we could have a new plate of food however we where very put off! We had to wait another 15 minutes which meant my mother in law having to eat her food on her own, this was never acknowledged! Once all was finished we was given the bill by a different waitress to see they had still added a 12.5% service charge! My partner kindly asked for this to be taken off again not wanting to make a scene. The bill was over £140.00. I understand cooking may not always go to plan however we are utterly gob smacked and this should be a trading standards matter! People could become majorly poorly, this needs to be sorted asap. We won’t be returning.
