This ice cream parlor is a small hidden gem! The atmosphere is genuinely fantastic warm, comfortable, and just ideal to indulge in a sweet treat. The service is amazing; the staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel at home the moment you step inside. As for the ice cream itself, it is just amazing! All of the flavors I had tried were so rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. Whether you’re looking for a cozy place to relax or just craving a fantastic dessert, this place is definitely worth a visit! Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Today me and a friend visited the store in Sutton Coldfield. Lovely food!. Amazing service , last time , we were looked after by a girl called Isabel who was very helpful and this time we had Niamh(hope I spelt that correctly) both girls were lovely and we even got given some free chocolate strawberries which made our day.A perfect treat once in a while , we will definitely be returning. Xx

Very tasty dessert and good sized portions. Not had a bad dessert yet, the only thing is that there is so much choice it is hard to control yourself!

I have ordered from here many times and despite ordering extras with my food, I never receive these extras I paid for, and have to reclaim money back from Uber time and time again. It's very stressful having to do this every time I make an order.

Impeccable service. Lovely staff.. Deserts we're lovely, French toast could have been sweeter and the crepe cooked abit better to be softer, tasted like eating a wrap more so than a crepe. Brookie to die for and waffle lovely and fluffy. Thank you again

Amazing atmosphere and service, food was quick and fresh and the staff like Zaf were lovely. I ordered the pancakes and hot chocolate and they were a bit too much in terms of sweetness in my opinion but everything else was great!

Always come to Treatz and it’s always perfect. Came when it was quiet and was served by Haarris. We was served fast and despite Haarris taking multiple orders and phone deliveries while we were here. Great and polite and service.
