Nice atmosphere Good Staff NO ENGLISH MUSTARD !!

I know this sounds extreme. But hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Delicious. Also service was lovely 👏🏻

Excellent food. My husband is coeliac and there was a separate gluten free menu with good choice. The staff were very good and knowledgeable.

Great welcoming and friendly staff who cannot do enough to please you. Extensive gluten free menu and staff awareness when ordering. Food arrived in good time and was excellent.

Have thoroughly enjoyed each meal I’ve had here. The menu is much better than when I tried it when it first opened but I’m knocking off a mark for the constant noise of crashing crockery and glasses that the staff keep on making which is very distracting.

Really polite staff I had the breakfast with an added smashed beef patty. Beef was very dry and no seasoning the rest of the breakfast was top class hash browns were unreal and the pink lemonade was 10:10 would definitely use again

We visited here with 3 other couples on 7th December, we had the festive 3 course menu and it did not disappoint. Tapas sharing starters were great, I had the pork belly for main, delicious!! Followed by tasty pudding, portions were generous and the service we received was outstanding. Will definitely returm

Freind and I had brunch. The food and desserts were good. Restaurant and toilets were clean. Nice relaxed atmosphere and freindly staff. There is no designated parking, but free parking on the side roads on Sundays.

1st time visit for food and drink and certainly a pleasant and delightful environment... Even better when offered a complimentary glass of mulled wine. Will definitely be returning.

I've been here quite a lot especially over the past couple years, before I even went vegan -- I'm surprised I haven't left a review left, regardless, the staff are all super friendly and the atmosphere is lovely, especially on the occasional candlelit evening they have. I come here if I want to go a place I know is consistently tasty with a long list of vegan options and fast, efficient but kind service. The main thing that draws my partner and I in aside are the fact they are pet friendly (we bring our cats here) and the evening open mics every other Tuesday as these are both things that make us want to keep on returning. I have also been here with a friend who has several allergens (to name the ones I know off my head shellfish, soya, crustaceans, peanuts and mango) and he has had a positive experience with the team when ordering as they were able to work with his allergens and ensure that everything was safe for him to eat -- not only did they do this through verbal confirmation at the bar but they also have an online allergen matrix which is regularly updated with the allergens of every item on the menu which is super helpful for people with allergens in their party to be able to check what they can eat prior to visiting. I can't overstate how much I love the brunch menu, I have tried the burgers and whatnot but they always fall short of the main menu. As for drinks the house specials are really good and alone a reason to go. The teas are a little lacklustre when compared to next door but you can make them work.

My children had a party to attend at the pizza express just down the road on a Sunday morning. I visited this place as I hadn't been before just to have a couple of coffees and get some work done whilst killing two hours waiting. Nice peaceful environment to get some work done. Mixed people all enjoying the elements of what Quinto provide. I didn't eat here but I will most definitely be back with the family next Sunday as the Food served to others looked amazing. The staff were unrecognisably friendly. I haven't visited a venue with polite, well mannered and happy to help staff for a while. I'm not really one to leave a review but the service received here this morning definitely warranted taking 5 minutes to leave them a review. Good polite staff are hard to find these days, so It's always good to give credit where its due.

Have been here a few times . On Recent occasions music has been far too loud. When we asked if they could lower the volume a tad , we just had a sarcastic reply . Foods average drinks are ok .

Don’t walk in here if you are Latin American. Walked into this restaurant looking to have breakfast. I thought I was dressed ok, wearing olive green 511 long cargo pants and a “Columbia” navy blue Bahama long sleeve shirt. So I guess they just didn’t like my tanned skin tone. I walked in and noticed empty tables, I looked around and made eye contact with one of the staff ladies and I asked her: “can I sit anywhere?”, she replied: “ yes, just pick a table.” After sitting down another staff lady came by to clean the table and I asked for the restroom so I could wash my hands. Upon returning I saw two menus on the table and I must have taken about 2 minutes to figure out what I wanted to eat, I just wanted something for breakfast and coffee. I put the menu down and just waited for someone to acknowledge me and ask me what I wanted to eat, no one cared. I was given the invisible man treatment and everyone just pretended I wasn’t there. I waited for 15 minutes but by then I knew what was going on… The place was not crowded, the staff just didn’t want to help me.

Nice trendy bar with interesting decor. Food is good, service is OK, apart from the total absence of anything resembling english ale, either in cask or bottle.

Have been to various lounges and know what to expect

We only popped in for a drink but were really impressed with the friendliness of the person who served us. We felt very welcome. We will definitely go back to eat there.

We had a group booking for a surprise get together for my mum's 70th birthday yesterday. Dean the manager went above and beyond to make sure the afternoon was really special for my mum. We had the Snug corner to ourselves (which is a big space) and we had tapas buffet which was delicious. Dean was professional, friendly and approachable, he kept in touch with me leading up to the event and was able to answer my many questions. Thank you to Dean and the team, we had such a lovely afternoon thanks to you all!

Have a large varied menu, breakfast is served all day. Dogs are allowed in which is brilliant. Popular with people with very young children/ babies so can be noisy. It was noisy when I went at lunchtime. Staff efficient and friendly.

Service was very friendly and food was good but I thought it a bit expensive for the amount of food you are served. I got the tapas board and hoped there would be a bit more to taste.

Walked straight in for a good old Lounge breakfast on a Sunday morning. No wait required. I was so hungry, I didn't even take a photo. At this lounge you don't have to wait to be seated. Service was fast. The order was correct. Food arrived hot and in very good time. The freshly squeezed juice is lush!!!!!

great food here,staff no problems,but manager seriously needs to reel his neck in abit,I don't think saying what you want too to your customers is on,all staff are ok,but manager,his attitude isn't right.. just because you are a manger doesn't give you any right to think you can say what you want to your customers in a sly way..I'm talking in general you should have the ability to deal with people, and adjust yourself to your customer,not the other way around. ! bordering on rude .. today customer told him out right about being cheeky! one these days will say something to the wrong one .

Nice place for a chilled Saturday afternoon family get together. Had the English breakfast, cheeseburger, buttermilk chicken, cheesecake and churross. Everything was delicious!!

Great place for some lunch. Lots of variety on their vegan menu and the table service (using the app) is quick and easy. Staff are all very polite and helpful. Food is great and good value and the spot is dog friendly which is a great plus! Recommended

Ordered a sandwich @ 9.95 and got to say the biggest rip off ever. Just a sandwich with no extra on the plate. Total bill £30 and left hungry. Raised it with the waitress and her attitude was you can get it cheaper in spoons. Not a great experience, no interest in our feedback. Won’t be bothering again.

First time of visiting (bank holiday afternoon). Loved the decor and ambiance. Very pleasant and helpful member of staff (Danny). Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed chilling with a glass of wine - will definately be back 👍🙂

Wow ! This place is amazing really don't say that much about food places but really this is a wonderful place for a coffee, food or drinks. The atmosphere is by far the most chilled relaxed and customer friendly establishment I've visisted. From mother's having a morning catch up with there babies to a dog friendly area there is so much to say regarding the place itself the style the ambience is really just wonderful. Now the food again wow the food is beautiful I highly recommend anything on the menu the coffees taste good freshly squeezed orange juice finaly. Its my new place to go and I will be returning and letting others know about this place. Very well done with this place you've hit the nail on the head so to speak. Also the Gluten free Chocolate & Raspberry Torte Mmmmmmm!!!!!!

Seating varies from dining tables and chairs to sofas and lower tables. There is a varied menu with an online ordering app or orders can be placed at the bar. Kid friendly and dog friendly.

We were given a mouldy avocado in our burger and after them offering a refund, they deposited the worth of an avocado in change in my hand, this ruined the meal and the service was poor

First time attending and we weren’t disappointed. Decor was quite cool. Friendly staff on arrival. Orders can be made on the table via a QR code or at the bar. Great menu, really spoilt for choice but we settled for a full breakfast and Shakshuka with a latte and flat white. Drinks and food came very quickly to the table. Food and drinks were great, no complaints. We would definitely come back again. Please note 1 hour free parking is available on the main road but be warned it can get busy, we were lucky to get a spot.

First time visiting the area and heard they do a good breakfast ad wasn't disappointed. I had what can only be described as a monster breakfast, the quality of the food was top notch. My kids who can be fussy were almost licking the plate. We will be coming back even though it's 20 miles away, we'll worth the journey.

Love this place. Food is good value for money. There is plenty of room to move around. Easy accessible for prams and pushchairs. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and inviting. Dogs are allowed, and there is water on offer and a treat jar. The menu offers such a lot of choices for vegans and vegetarians. Give it a try. You have nothing to lose.

Dog friendly. Order online which is convenient. They take allergies super seriously and the food is great. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. I go quite often because it is consistently nice. Definitely recommend!

Just wanted to compliment the staff today on my my Mother's Day visit with my children and mom. They made it really special. The restaurant was clean, the food and were delicious but most of all the staff were great! It's lovely to be greeted and served with a smile. Thank you! 🙂

Catch up with an ex-colleague. Bacon, Egg and Cheese Muffin plus pot of tea. Order taken promptly at the bar and delivered to the table within a few minutes. Will visit again when next in the area

Absolutely amazing place. I was visiting from Canada. The minute I walked in, I was greeted warmly and asked how my day was. I wanted to do some work and get some breakfast. The staff including management were present and table touching. The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Always have a lovely time at Quinto. Food is fast and always delicious. My favourite is the Lounge eggs, and Iced Latte! The staff are always on hand and always so friendly and polite. Lots of seating, couches and window seats. Dog friendly and they provide little treats for our furry friends. Would highly recommend!

Amazing food, we cannot wait to come back even though it’s a 30 min drive from us. The manager is so lovely and very welcoming. So many options we can’t wait to try them all! And also lovely touch in the women’s bathroom, made me feel comfortable and welcome

Lovely spot for a bright lunch in Sutton. Refurbished pub from a dark boozer into an airy cafe/gastro pub. Decent selection on the menu with excellent signage on allergies & preferences. My gluten free friend was happy to receive the shashuka modified to include gluten free bread and the friendly staff gave her a complimentary gluten free flapjack for dessert - cute touch!

We enjoyed a tasty meal here last night. We loved the decoration and ambience of the restaurant. After getting our drinks from the bar we checked out the menu. There's a great selection of light snacks and tasty mains. I chose the Goan cauliflower curry which was delicious. It had a slightly sweet and sour flavour and I loved the roasted cauliflower and sweet potatoes. The portion was just perfect. We all enjoyed our meals which were great value. Service was excellent and friendly. We would definitely return here when visiting Sutton Coldfield.

Lovely place, been twice with my 7 year old and even though you get seated and they see I have a kid I never get offered a kids menu. This time I made sue I asked for one. Drinks are amazing, burgers aren't for me here. I had the Bombay chicken burger which wasn't great, the Bun chicken and bacon over cooked and the curry mayo upset my stomach, even the morning after my stomach felt as if it was burning. Fries are great though. Last time we had a breakfast and they were good. My daughter loved the halloumi fries, she wanted pancake but they weren't available. My daughter's chocolate brownie wasn't as good this time either, it crumbled on the plate which told me it was dry and the portion size for the price wasn't reasonable.

I have been going to Quinto lounge for many years now and I have never been disappointed with either the service or the food. There are so many vegetarian and vegan options here compared to the 'standard' at most places, it is dog friendly and the vibe is great. The Beyond Meat Cheeseburger is unreal, and their lounge eggs are a favourite too!

I visited here on a rainy, Wednesday afternoon with my family. It is part of the 'Lounge' brand with a vast menu. They cater to kids, vegans and gluten free folk. To avoid queuing you can scan the menu and order from the table. Our food and drinks arrived swiftly. The kids portion sizes were appropriate and were good value for money. I ate the vegan beyond cheeseburger w/ fries. I also ate the cheese cake which had more of a fruit cake consistency imo.

Visited for works Christmas party. Food was pretty nice, not a huge amount of space but staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Great place with nice staff. However the breakfast wasn’t very tasteful. The veggie sausages were not nice and had only 4 very tiny mushrooms. Some more seasoning may help :) The restaurant was nice and clean :)

We went here as a group. I had tapas i was a little underwhelmed...probably ordered the wrong the things. The beef brisket was too fatty and hardly and beef so i couldn't eat it. I had the hummus and bread which was lovely amd the whippef feta..but the whipled feta didnt come with any bread or anything to dip into??? Who its cheese without at least a cracker? So bit of a waste of money for me. My friends had burgers etc which they all enjoyed. Cant knock the service or atmosphere, really friendly and comfortable.

This is the 2nd time my food was over cooked. First time I didn’t say anything because I thought they were short staffed in the kitchen but this time I’m disappointed because my fritter was over cooked and left a burnt after taste. I’ve had fritters plenty of time's before and I know what they should taste like. When we asked for new fritters, they brought only 2 rather than what should have been 3 and left them on the table and walked off. It was burnt the 2nd time aswell. I’m not here for a free bee but it would have been nice if someone came and checked up on the meal, rather than left them on the table and walked off. I wouldn’t have wrote a review but the service with the food disappointed me and I hope it gets better.

I really like this place, we came here many times with my fiancé. It's one of his favorite places. The food is amazing. The service is very good. Every time we were here, we were soo hungry that we didn't have time to take a picture of the food, but i took a picture of the ketchup bottle because it reminded me of my childhood restaurants. This place is very warm to heart. Definitely recommend.

The vegetarian food is really well done! There is plenty to offer no matter what your needs are. Would definitely recommend this lounge or any other of the lounges to friends and family!
