Food is very, very clean best in the area. Some people reviewed as 2 expensive, what do they want it 4 free. Service is really good with out being over the top. Very impressive.

Clean inside. Foods disgusting and overpriced! I don't really write reviews. I hate writing negative ones but this deserved it. How can they charge extra for salad& warming up food? a complete rip off for sub par food. The only thing i like is their packaging. I wish i didnt waste my money here... Never again

Sausage bacon and mushroom baguette and they weren't tight with the sauce, you also get a coffee with this for £3.40 (absolute bargain) will definitely return when in the area.

I am the 2x bacon and egg sandwiches (one well done) and as usual are delicious! Amazing food and lovely staff, highly recommend as deffinatly worth a stop by if you are ever in the area.

Cheeky- their very miserly with their portions now, spuds are filled minimal and salads they’ll measure out 25g of each, just being tight, top it off charged me an extra 1.50 for asking for a bit more cheese without telling me ! Was the best now average Update: today I came for a spud and the board said 325 and they charged me 350 Very disappointed

Don't be put off by the surrounding apparent decay of the area as this is a little gem. We were strangers to the area and the gentleman who served us did so with a smile and helped us to understand what was on offer. There's a wide range of foods to take away and the quality and value for money was excellent. I hope I am in the area again and need to buy a lunch.

Amazing place to eat with delicious food. Best on the high street and probably erdington too. Ontop that they are extremely ontop of their hygiene (I had the chance to see how clean they really are with a look around) and they do not fail to deliver a great service.

Excellent staff, the owner is a top guy and the food is superb!!!

Don't get me wrong the food is half decent but the prices are ridiculous! Putting the food aside - the management of this shop have no clue. Regularly customers push into the que, staff favour regular customers to new customers coming into the shop (prioritise them in the que) and when I finally did get to order they missed by coleslaw out of my tuna melt. Personally, I wont be going back to this shop; they are much better/cheaper alternatives nearby with good food and good polite customer service.

For less than £3 you can get a sausage, bacon, egg baguette and a hot drink

Food was good but covid standards poor. Walked in and none of the staff were wearing a mask. Also despite signs on the door no social distancing plus customers not being made to wear masks. But as I said the food was lovely

Baguette Du Maison is ALWAYS busy, so make sure you go with plenty of time to spare in case of a queue. But WOW it is worth the wait. The food is out of this world good for such a fair price. A large menu that can leave you struggling to choose - I recommend the Chicken Tikka Panini! They take cash or card! There is on street free parking for up to 30 mins. There is seating, albeit limited, inside against the windows.

Lots of choice, hot and cold food. Breakfast baguette with coffee is a bargain at less than £3 and there is a large range of panini's, spicy mexican chicken is a favourite. Very clean establishment, well staffed. Recommended!

Went to buy Spicy Mexican panini it was horrible. I found out a massive hair in my baguette and there was a man called ricky he was so rude and when i said i want to speak to a manager he then rudely commented saying i am the owner. I said well your service is really poor and you need to really work on your attitude and then he said if you don't like it you can go to some other shop. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET.

Have just had a breakfast baguette with free coffee. Food was absolutely spot on and bread fresh baked. Well done and keep up the good work. Shame you're not open on weekends

Popped in here for a very quick breakfast yesterday. The menu options are many, and the prices are extremely good. No stinting on quantity either, and a free coffee as well. The place is really clean and the chap who served me and my work colleague was very friendly. Would certainly go again next time I am in the area.

Would be 5* however can get very busy so maybe phone order and collect order if your in a rush.

A nice bacon baguette and a tea for £1.95 so why pay £3.30 at Greggs for the same thing? Recommended.

There was a great range of sandwiches, baguettes and paninis. The smoothies were also really nutritious and yummy! We had a zinger panini and spicy Mexican panini which was recommended by the staff as we were too spoilt for choice. They suggested they cut them in half so we could all try each of the paninis. They were so delicious. The place was also clean to eat in. The staff were really friendly.

Lovely fresh sandwiches and baguettes

So i've been to eat here several times in the past during my lunchbreak and the food has always been great. However I recently went and ordered my food and asked for a glass of tap water to go with my meal, for which the man at the checkout rudely said "we dont serve tap water if you want water buy a bottle of it", I then sat down and waiting for my meal, once it arrived I went back up to the checkout and asked again for some tap water for which he again in a rude manner said that I need to buy water if i want it, I then responded stating that since they serve alcohol there it's a legal requirement to serve tap water he then pointed out the small sink in the corner of the cafe and said if you want tap water it's there. It's not a big issue but I was just very disappointed by the attitude that the man had and that he seemed to think it was such a big deal to try and get me to buy a bottle of water rather than providing a glass of tap water which any other cafe wouldnt have had any problem with at all.

Great if you're in a rush at lunch or want to grab something cheap. They have a great variety of baguettes and sandwiches and you can pick up a meal for half the price of the chains nearby.

i went to get a bagautte and i asked the bagautte with hot filling the one which i normally get, first of all the filling was cold and i found massive hair in my bagutte. when i went to complain about it the lady who was serving there her name was kam she was so rude and asking me more money ... Pathetic place to eat.

I might give it another go, but first impression wasn't good. Food: I got a ham and cheese baguette (as the place is called baguette du maison, I imagined baguettes would be their flagship meal). I was wrong, I should have gone for the daily special, the jacket potato or *anything else* I guess, which everyone seemed to be getting... Baguette was poor to average (probably baked from frozen), ham standard (it wasn't really inside the baguette, but rather along the edge of the cut, held inside by the paper wrapping the baguette around), cucumbers, lettuce, lots of Mayo and cheese - which didn't melt but stayed in its grated form. The latter in particular for a *hot sandwich* isn't very good. Price is ok, but £3 is the same as a tesco or sainsbury's meal deal, so nothing spectacular. Service: very friendly, but didn't suggest many options after finding out that I only have card on me and no cash (other than the "buy more stuff" default option). This is partly my fault as the "cards welcome" sign on the door made me assume that I'll be fine regardless of the amount I pay, but I should have asked beforehand. (One good solution could've been to just recommend a (probably nicer) and more expensive meal...) Either way it's -2.5 stars for the food which I had (ham and cheese sandwich) and -0.5 for the visa card experience.

I visit this shop regularly for my lunchtime sandwich and have never been disappointed. The sandwich is always tasty, filling and well presented and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

This is definitely a brilliant place to go and get breakfast or lunch. The baguettes are baked fresh throughout the day and the service is spot on. I recommend you try their spicy Mexican panini or Bacon melt!
