The Little Sandwich Bar in Birmingham

Had a buffet delivered, gold star for 10 people.. when it arrived various items missing had to make a couple of texts to ask for the missing items to be delivered. Tbf, some of the buffet was okay, but salad/crudities were not good, cold mangetout, horrible cold mini corn.. A lot of money for what we had. We did get money back for the missing dips and coleslaw (only 1 delivered) they did send a lovely lady round with the missing items, by which time all our guests had arrived. We were celebrating big birthdays across our family

Great value for great food, the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. For me it's the best place for food in Sutton Coldfield.

Fantastic breakfasts and sandwiches from super friendly folks! Had an omelet for breakfast and a cheese toastie another time for lunch, both were great.

Salad fresh, baked potato cold. Would have been easier to reheat if the salad was separate.

Very disappointed with my order, jacket pots was hard tuna has a strange taste! Baguette was very soft and no Mayo on as requested

Staff are very kind and friendly. I tried the chicken tikka melt with chilli sauce and jalapenos and it was amazing. Tasted like a mother's homemade recipe. Very flavoursome. I also tried the jacket potato with cheese, beans and coleslaw, very generous potion sizes. They have wide range of halal and vegetarian options.

Wrong order delivered. I paid nearly £15 for two baked potatoes and a samosa and was delivered a sandwich and crisps

We stayed nearby last week and breakfasted here most days. The food was tasty, hot and plentiful. A warm welcome and friendly service. A delight to visit. We hope to be back.

Absolutely legendary. Food was the the crown and glory of my day. Top cream teas.

Only issue i had is missed order notes so my add ons for breakfast were missed, also tomatoes and beans not in pots so my food is covered in them! other than that good.

Had a delightful buffet delivered at Bell Lax which the whole office loved. Excellent food, really tasty, and excellent presentation. Will definitely ordered from Pollers for staff lunches and other buffets in the future A+++++

The food was lovely, and on contacting the restaurant unfortunately, Just eat had not allocated a delivery driver so through no fault of the restaurant, the food was late. They advised as best as possible.

I fell in love with this place. Clean ,lovely choice of food and polite staff. All you need happy stomach happy face! Keep up the lovely service and delicious food. Shall definitely return again soon

Fresh food, clean environment with lovely staff. Within 5 minutes you'll be part of the family.

Very greasy even for cafe food. Full english half-heartedly slopped together in a box. Egg swimming in cold grease. Toast was both burned and soggy at the same time - that takes real talent lol. May have just been an off day but won't be going back here. My quest for a decent breakfast in Sutton continues. Delivery was however fast, and driver was sound.

Fabulous food & still piping hot

Fantastic place for breakfast or lunch. Top quality food with amazing service from the two ladies behind the counter. I was only in Sutton Coldfield for 2 days, but glad I found this gem of a shop on the first day. Highly recommend going there and grabbing something to eat.

Had an amazing buffet delivered for my daughter’s and mom’s birthday tea. The food was absolutely amazing.. lots of choice .. fresh and top quality. The cafe in Sutton is brilliant .. staff cannot do enough to help you and the food is served fresh and to your liking. Would 100% recommend both the cafe and the catering ..amazing business built up solely by Karen Poller ..well done!

Bread was stale wasnt the best to be honest and yhe jacket potato was caked in to much cheese with hardly any chilli didnt eat much of any of it

No point asking the restaurant anything as they don’t read it. Asked for no tomatoes on breakfast as my son doesn’t eat them and hates texture etc he’s autistic so they slapped loads on anyway lol won’t be using again

The foods not the best but its not bad either its decent for the price. The sausages are cooked to perfection.

Delivery driver was superb however no napkins no knife and forks no sauce and it was coldI had to go to the shop to get knife and forks and sauce.There was no option to remove better from toast I do not like butter on my toast

We used Karen at Pollers for our wedding buffet,the food arrived in an amazing display and it was a very high standard of food all of our guests gave very positive feedback and some took some of the business cards to use Karen in the future,would highly recommend and would definitely be using Karen again in future for any events where need a buffet provided.

This is the best place in town. I go there every lunch. Great food, great choice and great service. The pie and mash is stunning! the salad box is amazing! the jacket potato's are awesome and the choice of sandwiches is wonderful. ...not to mention the breakfast! 100% recommend.

Very nice cafe on Sutton Coldfield High Street with a quite extensive menu for either eat-in or take-away. Had the full English breakfast which was great value. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great sandwich place - Gets a bit busy though - Really like the prawn and crab when they have it on.

Cheese and Tuna baguette is nice, I like how your food is cooked right in front of you. There is a home atmosphere about this place.

Trying to eat healthy and opted for the jacket potato with tuna. The potato was so well cooked, fluffy and light in the middle and the cool tuna went with it a treat. Thanks ladies!

Las baguettes son siempre cálido y fresco. Tan suaves pero crujientes por fuera. Compara eso con greggs. Refrigerados con bordes duros. Mucho mejor viniendo aquí.

Enjoyed a freshly made tuna salad baguette, which was still warm from the oven. I've never had bad service here in all the years I've used them.

As a college student, I can't be waiting around for 20 minutes for my food to be ready, these people however, it takes a 10 minute wait and ur food is all foiled up heated and prepared, the one I'd recommend it the chicken zinger melt baguette

We travel up to Sutton Coldfield once every 5 to 6 weeks and were so pleased to find this little gem ! Staying in the local Premier Inn and not wanting to pay excessive price for what we eat at breakfast , we thought we would give this a try. They do great breakfast to take away plus salad , sandwiches, tea, coffee etc. Parking is available (limited) at the side or across the road at the Redicapp.

We've ordered breakfast from here many times for takeaway and both the service and quality of food is phenomenal. Price is reasonable and delivery is always prompt. Sandwiches are very more-ish and fresh.

Been quite a few months since my last review so only fair to write another one as have been here loads of times since the last review. Very friendly staff and always get a great sandwich. Jacket potatoes are huge too and very tasty. A great place for quality food.
