Ordered double gin and lemonade and a pint of large for me and my partner....went out for a cigarette. Came back to our table to find our drinks gone.. pub policy apparently. Spoke to cal who was useless. £15 gone in the matter of mins, literally had a sip! Wouldnt replace the drinks. Would not go back, staff are not trained and canf be arsed to deal with thinks...Apart from adam hes lovely and bouncer wayne, he is amazing

One of the best dessert places in the world. The food is delicious, the waiters are really good, the place is usually clean (we’re regular customers).

Stopped here after a day of shopping and food at the bullring. Very spacious and cosy interior. Booths are quite private which means you're not bothered by other guests. The staff are friendly and attentive. They welcomed us and were pleasant throughout. The desserts are bang average and nothing special or to shout home about. The staff experience and environment makes up for it though. There is a weird vibe though, almost as if they should serve Shisha.. I think if they did it would really make the place kick. I'm not sure if I would return but it is worth a try and is a good venue for friends/family.

Fairly large Weatherspoons with an outdoor seating area, some of which is covered. Good if staying in the area and a few minutes walk from the Bullring shopping centre. Would recommend.

Very good service and good range of food. My rare steak was a good rare, which can be rare in itself! Special shout out to the red-haired guy on the bar, sorry I don't know your name. Honestly cannot fault this place. As someone that eats out regularly, I will say you do not get many places with team as friendly as these here. My food was amazing value for money and the unlimited salad bar is so generous. Will definitely be returning

Was staying at Ibis hotel for the weekend and came across this place which is directly behind the hotel. Nice place, great service and they play some good tunes to get you in the party mood. Reasonable prices for a good location in the city centre.
