I choos the Cafe for the nviting green welcoming colour which was matched by the beaming smile from Kyle as we entered. Quality ingredients lovingly prepared our tasty food was delicious and oozed quality. We spoke with Kyle was explained where the ingredients were sourced. The black pudding & bacon were from the local butcher who was also a farmer! The Oat milk cappuccino I had was delicious. I had poached eggs the best smoked bacon along with the tastiest black pudding, again sourced from local butcher. A great trio of local eateries all supporting each other in the street. Martin & Kyle we’re proud of their establishment & this shone through in their warm welcoming approach to their customers. Would thoroughly recommend you eat here. We shall return, dogs welcome too.Thank you gents a wonderful experience.

Lovely cafe on Weymouth Promenade with outside seating giving excellent views of the beach and bay. Good quality coffee at very reasonable prices.

The Cornish food hub provided food and staff for or wedding at Trevassack lake last weekend. We cannot compliment them enough !! Food was exemplary as was the service !! We chose to have their sharing plates which worked so well bringing people together that had never met before. Cannot compliment Nathan,Andre and the team enough. Thank you xx

A vibrant atmosphere livened by excellent music choices & Gordon Jones’ own special sense of humour. Most importantly, brilliant taster menu and a great wine flight. My best eating out experience in Bath so far. Interestingly, this restaurant is slightly out from the city centre, located in the vibrant suburb of Bear Flats. It’s easily reached though & well worth it. Thanks… we’ll be back!

Well what can i say ! My ever first visit at lumière was last year! So impressed from that last visit I just had too pop back again as soon as... I love this restaurant as it nice and small enough, and not to big! Makes the experience more Intimate.. Having sat down to the table with a pre-drink inhand, it was time for the taster and the wine flight to start... First was the grand tasting of 3 canapés which consisted of a Taramasalata fish looking cracker, Cornish Lobster and a stinking Bishop... All 3 was absolutely spot on! Best one was the stinking Bishop! Tasting and Visually... The the Sourdough with Cultured Butter and a chicken skin butter. The chicken skin butter is always a winner winner.. Next up was the potato & eel !! Which I had at my first visit! And boy-o so glad it's still on the menu! It's still so bloody good ! Then it was an absolute fat and excitedly cooked Orkney Scallop! The subtle flavours Work around the scallop. Next course was yet again another banger that I had from my last visit, creedy Carver Duck.. Thin slices of Duck with the very special Duck Parfait with chocolate! Just love that Parfait with chocolate, dam delicious. Next was the magical Tequila Slammer! Great cleanser and theatrical looking. Then for the main meat which was Hogget! Now this was literally unbelievably good ! It's one of them dishes that you wish it was massive! Then we moved over to the sweet Section hour.. First off was like an duck egg set custard with Apricot Sorbet. This was very tasty and refreshing! Nice little pot of delightful goodness. Second dessert was Strawberries and chocolate! Yet another dessert that's made my happy to be there .. So they had an extra course on the menu for just a little bit extra! So I asked for the course to come out after the desserts a it was a cheese course... Baron Bigod Cheese and a sourdough Crumpet! Now I love cheese courses like this ! Instead of the boring cheeseboard!! Which is so outdated in my eyes! So I was very happy.. Then it was over to the petit Fours! Which to get a good plenty of then to finish of an extremely tasty food... So was it worth coming back to?? Well, obviously, from what I've just written! It's worth travelling to. Go on ! Go and enjoy Lumière at least once, twice? Three, four times.. It's worth it....

Another outstanding meal at Couch's. Not sure if we can count ourselves as regulars but we have made yearly visits for about ten years now and always leave wishing we could get back sooner than our next intended annual visit to Cornwall. Always a much anticipated and integral part of our plans. Enough about us! The crab risotto was an absolute delight. Beautifully presented and perfectly balanced flavours. My venison was melt in the mouth and faultless in preparation - cooked exactly to specification (as discussed with Richard when ordering). My other half was delighted with her chicken tarragon dish. Portion sizes are adequate for the heartiest of appetites. Amuse bouche and desserts also superb. A bientot.

I was having a kitchen renovation at home, so I had no facilities to make a Sunday meal. I knew the Courtyard offered takeaway roasts, so that’s what I did. It was still very hot when I got it home. There was plenty of it, with a number of different vegetables and a big pot of the most delicious meat gravy. Outstanding. Absolutely highly recommended!! 😋
