First time there in many years. I only had a drink. But my friends had food. Which looked great

When in the area we normally have lunch at another restaurant but knew it didn't open on a Monday we decided to try the Bistro. It has many attributes, great location and views, varied menu at attractive prices, but its main attribute are the staff, friendly, engaged and smiling, they could veritably be role models for many a catering establishment. We had a lovely lunch and even returned later for a coffee, thanks and maybe next time we are in the area you will be our first choice restaurant.

Toby and Dean thank you Brilliant hosts and service that matched wonderful food I had hake and highly recommend . Friends had fish pie and recommend this to. Views of harbour while we are added to ambulance. Try the brew we did ! Thank you we will certainly come back again

Absolutely amazing!! Our food was out of this world.. so friendly, Maisy was so lovely and helpful, lovely girl. Rich also came over, had a lovely chat with us. As I asked questions regarding the cattleman’s live food challenges. Lovely guy! Would highly recommend We will definitely be returning soon. Mel x

Independent business locally owned but able to offer great sized portions, freshly cooked to order food, at reasonable prices compared to some local chain competitors who believe they can charge extortionate prices such as £17 for cod and chips to take away! Of course tomorrow’s fish is still in the sea…. Without mentioning names. The food here to take away, or eat in will not disappoint you, or leave you £100 out of pocket. Looking forward to our next visit.

Booked for Saturday dinner. Got to the restaurant only to find it had been closed for months. They kept sending us reminders about our booking as well. Disgraceful.

Lovely bit of day time drinking in a night club atmosphere! Themed decoration for Halloween with a chilled outdoor, but undercover space. Lovely waitress provided attentive table service .

100% reccomend this place. The owner is staff are lovely and very welcoming. The food is brilliant. My husband had a burger and I had lamb koftas all food was cooked fresh.

Went for my birthday 15th Feb. We had the Valentine menu it was just great, lovely food very good service and the whole thing was so good and such fun. Thank you New Inn.

Excellent cafe. Especially loved that they had porridge on the menu. Also toasters at the tables was fab, my son loved being able to do his toast his way!

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. I ordered a bacon mushroom and cheese omelette . When it arrived I thought it was a joke it was black so burnt, I should have said something at the time. When I was charged £12.70 for omelette no chips and a black coffee I thought it was expensive, I scrapped off the top so hardly eat anything very disappointing.
