Once again an amazing meal at Flory’s. Food, staff and atmosphere all fantastic and made for a superb NYE night out. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Having been to the Rising Sun on a number of occasions we felt we had to congratulate everyone on the whole experience. The staff were excellent and the food was superbly presented and so tasty. The atmosphere of the pub is worth the visit alone. We fully recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed.

I think over it's time as a cafe serving excellent food,it has gone down in some areas! The teacakes are a disaster.. .as it cools it is like CARDBOARD. A better variety is required. A disaster.

Lovely little cafe; beats going to a big name chain and getting layouts and generic food. Staff were friendly and portions are generous.

Very helpful lovely latte and prices cheaper then the cafes in town ,good choice of pastys too. And dog friendly

I booked for lunch with 14 people on completion of a walk in the local area. The service was impeccable, the young lady looking after us was so helpful and the food was perfect after a 5 mile walk. Everyone of the party were impressed. Highly recommended.

Lovely tea and coffee, however, stupid layout and unhelpful staff. Queued where it said queue here, and after ordering went to sit down at a table by the counter, then aggressive lady came up and said you can't sit there if you ordered from that counter as that's takeaway only, and the tables belong to the cafe in the next room, asked for upgrade/ to pay the difference so we could sit down, she said they're completely different businesses so that's not possible, but it's really not clear at all as the tables are all in the room next to the big counter which doesn't say takeaway only. She said she doesn't make the rules and she's always telling the staff to ask if it's for takeaway or eat in.... Not good, rubbish start to the day. Sort it out guys!

This restaurant used to combine a charming, historic setting with a wide menu of hearty food (the cauliflower cheese was world class) but now the bill of fare is on a par with an average roadside café: Pasties,beans on toast, jacket potatoes etc. The staff are as friendly as before, but the magic has gone.

Carvery was not good I ordered a nut roast when I went to get it the chap serving the meat was so rude said I haven't got one did you order it I said yes with the waitress 15 mins before he said well you will have to wait the potatoes were that hard you couldn't cut into them (needed a chainsaw )The sprouts were hard so was the broccoli overall very dissapointing and definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY 😡😡😡🤮

Great location, cozy ambience, friendly staff, but the food was a bit bland. We were lucky to have the dining room for ourselves as it was not busy when we were there. Overall, still a great experience and will return.

Lovely venue with good prices but unfortunately food was awful, Tesco value food. Wouldn't eat there again.

First time using this chip shop, and after say they staff was lovely and 100% for all of the food we bought will definitely be using this place again nice clean and friendly staff they worked well as a team thank you all and we will be back 😀 👍

Worst restaurant in the whole world if anyone puts amazing they don’t understand the concept of a good restaurant cold food absolutely disgusting 25 minutes for a small meal small bacon too pricey 2 workers are arguing at each other I waited 25 minutes and I ate it in 2 minutes also a worker was holding a hash brown with bear hands no butter for toast expecting me to pay for sauce it was also cold. It was crusty musty and dusty.👎👎👎👎👎👎also it’s the rankyist thing that I have ever seen the restaurant is a big fat pile of dog 💩💩💩💩
