Central location in Mevagissey. Proper pub serving a good range of freshly prepared food Loved eating there. Great atmosphere and really good value and excellent service from friendly staff. Dog friendly.

Haven't been here for a while and popped in for a drink. Lovely lively atmosphere. We didn't have food so can't review that.

We really enjoyed coming here for Fish and Chips but now the recent price increases have come in, which are incredible, we can’t justify coming anymore

Bayards offer great value light lunches, lovely salads, kofta, quiche or dalls. Always friendly and attentive.

Sooooo bad!! I had a chip sandwich and the bread was soggy?! Some kid was screaming the whole time and got a headache by the time I left, tables were so dirty had to clean it myself. When i walked in the shop, it smelt really weird. Sand all over the floor and nearly slipped! Could be a hazard to young children.

Stop for lunch 10/10.food was great.and plenty of it.will be stopping here again. Plus they do GF.

We have been to Rock several times but hadn’t been to the Rock Inn. We arrived for lunch after a 5 hour journey and it was just what we needed. Relaxed, great view, nice service and good food. Nothing fancy but spot on. I loved my nachos with chilli which came with sour cream and salsa on the side.We will definitely come back.Eat on the terrace, weather permitting to enjoy the fabulous view.

We were really dissapointed with the fish & chips we had to bring home last night. There was hardly any fish, more batter than fish and the chips weren't brilliant either😔£30 for 2 fish & chips!😮Quality was really dissapointing as we thought they would be amazing.

I brought my mum too the Star for some lunch. We had the best experience; The food was delicious with plenty of options and our waiter Luke was extremely friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

The Five Alls is a lovely country pub, set within a small traditional Cotswold village, It has been very nicely modernised, we had a warm welcome from Rob the manager who took us to our accommodation which was a purpose built very spacious room in the grounds of the pub, Although we had booked bed and breakfast we chose to eat in their restaurant for all three nights we stayed, we were not disappointed. Breakfast was delicious and served in a stylish room, The pub and accommodation were very clean. We found all of the staff to be very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate in recommending The Five Alls,

Visited today for Sunday lunch and certainly won’t be returning. All the veg appeared frozen and not fresh, including the roast potatoes. Very sparse amount too. I had a substance on my plate which I did not even recognise, but it had the consistency of PVA glue, I asked a member of staff what it was. He said he had no idea but would ask the chef. Transpires it was cauliflower cheese and passed on apologies from the chef! I honestly don’t know what I expected him to do or say, but seriously. We are local people but won’t be returning.

A perfect Easter Sunday Lunch. These guys know how to get it all together and provide excellent service and quality food. Can’t recommend them enough.

Based on the food, 4/10 service & staff 10/10 ambience 9/10 view 9/10. It's a shame the food let it down. Tandoori chicken was not spiced, and the accompanying Indian snacks were not great. Shin and ale pie was OK, but the pastry meat ratio was way off. It's a shame because everything else worked. Maybe an off day?

Last meal.of our holiday. What a load of rubbish!! Freshly cooked fish and chips were stone cold 5 mins after collection, greasy batter, chips abysmal, possibly the worst fish and chips ever!!! And so expensive 😫 I certainly advise everyone to avoid the place

I would recommend this place for nice family place to be the staff where so nice and polite , we wasn’t made to feel on easy like awkward or nothing the food was lovely too nice and clean , was in there with my daughter and son in law and my grandson wish I would like to thank Maisie from behind the bar who interacted and was lovely with my grandson thank yous for a lovely evening xx
