Excellent food. Excellent service and I just love the view. Had soup to start and then a pie. Family had a range of other menu items. All very tasty and plates cleared as much as possible

Went here for lunch on Monday 14/10/2024. We had got vouchers and this was the only place in Cornwall we could spend them. I went to the bar and ordered a pint of Abbots ale for myself and a half of lager for the wife. The beer was a little cloudy but I thought it would clear (wrong). We ordered food scampi for the wife and a loaded burger for myself. Well no flavour in either meal (rubbish). I used the toilet before we left no soap to wash your hands and if you needed to use the WC the toilet seat was falling off. Won't be returning and I think they should go back to Bury St Edmunds there are far better pubs in Falmouth.

Adele a credit to your pub and an asset to your business . Her kindness and service is exceptional. I will recommend your restaurant to friends and neighbours.

Enjoyed a delicious meal as a family of five thanks to Vyv and his very welcoming and professional team of staff. We had a table with lovely views across the harbour. They even bought us a cake since they knew we had recently celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary. Thank you so much, we will be back again as soon as we are able!

After waiting well over an hour for food it was very disappointing. The starter did not have the hot sauce. My main did not have the mushroom sauce. My wife's veg in the beef bourgion were rock hard. My food was cold. The children wanted churrios and wife wanted dessert only to be told the kitchen was now closed and we could have ice cream even though we waited about 1.30 mins for our food and was told when ordering we could add deserts and will setup a tab. Overall the pub was run down toliets smelly don't waste your money find somewhere else!!!!

Meal was disappointing 45 minutes in waiting we were told there was no kids cheeseburgers left so had to change meals. Toilets were grubby, couldn't lock the door could not fault the bar staff however feel kitchen staff need more of a communication with the bar staff regarding what food is left very disappointing.

Had a great meal as per usual being a local and regular patrons. However, we sat at a window table which unbeknown to us was reserved. Meal was brought out to us and we proceeded to eat again no mention of it being reserved. Got halfway through and then asked by waitress apologetically to move, which we did albeit begrudgingly! Really think that the manager needs to review booking tables when not eating as we were there a further hour and the people we moved for had no meal whatsoever. Rather poor if you ask me and as a local we shall no longer be using this establishment.

Came here for some good drinks & really good food and Adele who served us was friendly and attentive :) would definitely come back here again.

Not been in this place since nice it was the globe in the 80s but good to see so many of the quirky bits have been left intact, staff on shift were great and food perfect

Excellent customer service from the moment we walked through the door. We sat next to a window, with lovely views of the harbour. We chose from their offer menu choosing scampi, chips and peas for £14.49 for both of us. Service was swift and food was hot, portions were a good size. It was so good we returned a day later.

After walking around Falmouth in bitterly cold weather we needed somewhere warm and welcoming, so we called in to the Quayside Inn. Really good move, recieved a warm welcome, great service and great food.

As usual a fabulous welcome. We always call in whilst on holiday. Christmas Day was no exception. We will be back soon.

Xmas dinner was amazing, quality service and amazing staff, we would highly recommend this place for food, we returned on boxing day for the mixed grill, to be served to a further very high standard

We had 2 excellent dinners last week, our first dinner was the lamb shank where the lamb just fell off the bone and the meal was very tasty with plenty of vegetables followed by cheesecake and Eton Mess. Our second night dinner we had the beef bourguinon and mixed grill, followed by Eton Mess and Blackberry crumble and they were excellent too. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent personal service from Erin & Giff. Would definitely recommend a visit at the Quayside inn.

I had a halloumi and roasted veg wrap with chips here - it was gorgeous ( and hot....)!!! Loved the fact there was such a great choice of vegetarian/vegan meals to choose from instead of just one or two. I'll definitely be back to see you all.x So message for anyone reading this who wants to be served by lovely friendly people with gorgeous harbour views ,great food that you don't have to take out a mortgage for and a nice atmosphere try this one.

Visited today with my family. Food was absolutely superb & the staff were wonderful. We will definitely visit again now that we are off season and more time less work!

Had been here once before & was bit dirty, Looks like they had tidied it up a bit, so I took a chance. Waited forever for my steak, when it eventually arrived, they forget the peppersaus, which took another 4 minutes. The chips were cold & too much gristle on the steak !

Wonderful staff nothing was too much trouble ,even when I knocked a drink over, the food was excellent six people different meals and they were all wonderful , absolutely go back again ,thankyou to all the staff

We came here to watch the rugby and get some food. I'm glad that the rugby was a great win, as the food was pretty rubbish. Lots of things off the menu and what was available - 'award winning'pies - were tasteless. I would put it down to a busy Saturday night but none of our 6 meals were good. Thank god for the rugby!

Wonderful setting with Harbour views. I had excellent service from Ella, who went out of her way to accommodate my dietary requirements. The food was really tasty, well cooked and arrived quickly. This is a really nice place to come for a drink and /or food, and if you are lucky enough to get a window seat, you can watch the world go by!

We love the food and atmosphere here. Always good food and good service. Good value for money. Caters for all tastes and ages.

A lovely spot to see across the water. We wanted a drink and sit outside with the dog, this place you can do this, while sitting we decided to eat as-well. We loved our time sitting, talking and having a cold cider and nice food. Thanks

Spent our afternoon here and was greeted by a lovely girl who was what appeared to be on her own. Two men with an aggressive temper were speaking to her as if she wasn’t even an employee, which we then found out to be that the girl they were talking down was the assistant manager. We found this quite uncomfortable being customers, she then proceeded to be quite upset by it. I personally don’t agree with this type of treatment. As a manager of a bar I disagree with a mysoginistic kind of workplace and I think she deserves better. But apart from that food was good and service from Chloe was great.

Popped into here whilst having an amble through the town. Cheaper than it’s neighbouring pubs but the staff were so much nicer. Friendly banter but great customer service skills. Will definitely return when next the wrong side of the Tamar

Ian (the bar staff) was absolutely amazing, warming with customer service on point! Welcoming and attentive to our every need. We were walking passed, popped in for a few shots and she built such a rapport with us and we spent most of the evening eating & drinking with her! What a gem to the Falmouth coast!
