We loved it in here. Had a cracking time trying a couple of the beers. Thought the exhibition of postcards upstairs was rather, erm, Hastings. Atmosphere was great. Guy behind the bar was really friendly too. Definitely returning.

You should definitely try it, fresh and fast breakfast, friendly staff, prices are really affordable, the quality is unquestionable.@@@@@@@

Great fish and chips, excellent service!

On a cold wet December day we arrived at Hastings to find it shut! The pier and many of the shops etc. We were lucky to stumble across this Coffee shop. We ordered coffees and a mix of cakes, though I was a little apprehensive as most were labelled 'vegan' which in my past experience means awful! However the coffee and all the cakes were excellent, not just good for 'vegan' but very good for anyone! We chatted to the staff and discovered that the lady that makes the cakes was one of them, she's not even a veggie, so I expect that is why she was able to bake vegan cakes that we can all enjoy!

The service was good but my drinks have gone up 5 pounds in a week last sat oct 11 th 2020 paid 18 pounds for wine a lot of money but accepted this week 23 pounds for same house wine .Food ok but when bill comes to over 100 pounds I expect value not to be ripped off .Staff lovely but value for money nil.Very disappointed as been going there for a long time and had hoped loyalty would be valued .Food tasty but overpriced for what you get. We stayed 2 nights here with our dog, Rosie, who was totally loved by all staff. Our room wasn’t one that had been refurbished, but was absolutely fine and totally fitted our purpose. All hotel staff were absolutely brilliant and made an enormous fuss of Rosie! Everywhere was clean and food was really very good indeed! My wife was sick and tired of me describing the ‘Steak and Ale Pie’ as “banging “ but that’s the truth. Thank you for a couple of great nights!

Been a loyal customer for Many years, manny thousands of pounds spent here and at other sites at the hospital and. Bexhill. Visited this afternoon for another coffee to pass the time. Left and was gone about 2. Minutes and decided I should have visited the loo before I left so returned. Was very abruptly told by a member of staff that the loos were for customers only. I explained I was a customer and had just been in but was told to leave. Very angry and will not be returning, a lot of lost custom 1066. So penny pinching it’s gone too far, well the abrupt rebuke by your staff has lost you a loyal customer.

They stuff is the most rude peoples I ever knew, they take ages to delivery the food at the table. And if you ask then about the food they will be rude as Highest standard. I dont recomend and I never will went there again

Great spoons. Staff are terrific, friendly and quick. Always easy to get a table.

Female night staff on self service and scanner checkouts need to be re-trained in politeness! They're more interested in chatting to each other then helping customers. When we do need they're assistance, there's no good evening or hello....just rolling eyes, dirty looks and silence! Very rude!! We now only use Asda, where the staff are friendly & helpful! Which means Tesco have now lost at least £200 per week!
