We weren't made very welcome from the get go. As soon as we sat down to order, I was informed I could only have half a lager with my dinner instead of a pint I asked for because the manager had told her we could only have halves and single measures. When I asked why they told me it was company policy when dining with a small child. We just felt judged straight away, my burrito meal was tiny and I finished it before my wife's burnt pie and oven chips turned up. Absolutely appalling and has put a dampener on our stay at the premier inn. Hopefully the next Three nights are better but there is no way I am using that bar and restaurant again. Dreadful.

El peor lugar donde estamos. . . Open Mic gestionado por un DJ no calificado que, como siempre, da prioridad a su frienanahim. por favor. . . lejos de este lugar y del señor Red Hart. . .

Clean pub, friendly and welcoming. Dogs and children welcome. Food was very good, good quantity and plentiful choice. Drinks were brought to table but you could also order at the bar. Quite a good size car park but lots of cars. Outside area and a smokers hut. Definitely one to visit if you are in the area. Would recommend booking ideally, and also be aware people tend to eat early and leave quite early compared to some pubs in the area.

We ordered two sausage baps and two coffees which cost £20.00. We had to queue to collect our coffees but food was delivered to the table. The sausages (one per bap) were a 'warm up job' and the bread slightly stale. The coffees were fine and piping hot. In our view the Cogges Kitchen Cafe does not begin to compete with the other Cotswold cafes we visit reguarly and who offer better quality food at lower prices. On the plus side, dogs are welcome, Blue Badge holders are able to park adjacent to the cafe and there is extensive patio seating with space for children to play. Would suggest an urgent re-vamp as this could be turned into a very attractive operation.

After a trip out to Kintbury decided to Google local Toby and quickly booked on line and luckily could get a table. Warm and welcoming staff. Clean restaurant and the Carvery meat all available with all accompanying vegetables hot. Quick service. Left a happy customer. Thanks again.

Positives: Food was delicious, the menu provided lots of options for vegetarians (you could make any burger veggie). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Negatives: On the expensive side. Finding the entrance was a little difficult as the new location is down an alley way. Summary: Very enjoyable meal. Love the new location. Will be visiting again.

In desperate need of updating. Needs a good clean. Thick dust on the light shades, cob webs hanging in the bathroom. No water from the hot tap. Hallway and stairs leading to outside needs hoovering and cleaning. No hairdryer, hole in the floor, walls need a good paint. Only good thing was that the bedding was fresh and clean. The customer car park is full of old furniture and rubbish.

We went for a special birthday lunch with a guest who is very hard of hearing. A table in a quiet alcove had been booked to cater for his disability. When we arrived, on time, this table had been given to others, seriously detracting from the experience. Whilst the staff on duty were friendly and helpful, there were not enough of them; the service was slow. Apart from the main course fish, the portions were very small. This particularly applies to the thimbleful of mushy peas served to my wife. The expense of refurbishment of this restaurant was wasted. The venue is letting down the reputation of Tunbridge Wells. We will not visit again.

You can't come to Brighton without visiting this iconic hotel. We sat in the bar and had an afternoon snack. BLT | Toasted bread, streaky bacon. gem luttuce. homemade £14. Smoked salmon & tiger prawn. iceburg lettuce, avocado. lemon. £16. And two pots of tea. Thought the prices were quite reasonable for such an impressive hotel. The service was good and we especially like it here as you can sit with your dogs.

Staying at a nearby hotel chain that had no eating options we ventured into Harriet's and from first entered - hand sanitizer & signage everywhere making you feel that company cares. We had to text a code to number that would be kept for 1 month as we did not have NHS app. Food choices were pub grub selection but all very tasty. The girl who served us was happy & cheerful and made us feel welcome.
