Lovely pub with fantastic food and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

This was a first time visit as a family group Was a bad customer experience journey as asked for a table of six - a young girl asked her colleague if they was a table of 6 where she rudely answered her colleague and pointed to her to seat us over there - where we was directed to so we sat down we explained we were waiting for 2 members to join us. Table set for 6 we were there for 10-15 mins when then we was told quite rudely that this table is booked . We were then told we could sit at another table which seem like a function room where we were those the only people in menus more of less thrown at us no place settings lights off so dim and dark. And cold Decided after being treated as thou we were an inconvenience and made to feel very uncomfortable we left but I did mention why we was leaving with the staff and look like the manager was there when I was saying first time in the pub and certainly the last had the girl arguing saying you said 4 and it was my fault more of less take or leave it. Shame as the food and pub was on recommendation- As Robinsons pub are always are a good but Wow what rude staff

The food was stunning and the service was excellent would highly recommend it to everyone .great night out with friends

We went there on a Saturday night. There was a band playing which created a fantastic atmosphere

A great stop at the end of the Illuminations to have lovely food.

Came today for lunch, was served by Karen who made us feel so welcome, thank you Karen your recommendation. It was spot on, the fish and chips was delicious, next time we will save room for the pudding you recommended xx excellent service great food and Christmas decs are looking good. Coming back for the Christmas cabaret and market stalls, looking forward to it

Clean the toilets I literally had to ask To use disabled loo as the other was soaking wet if I’d have dropped my trousers they’d have ended up in piss. Entered the disabled toilet to see it exact the same but at least this one had less loo roll on the floor and some left in the dispenser

Great braskfast great value to.

Please know I visited dozens of times before writing this review. Heatons Bridge is bid disappointing, really, and has gone very much downhill lately. Less chatting by the staff and more cleaning up (especially outside) is definitely required. Staff need to remember that people go out for a good time so sulky, depressed attitudes shouldn't be the norm. Although it must be very difficult to find positive, energetic, upbeat staff in remote areas. But settling for staff that simply don't care will doom any business.

Lovely venue Great owners especially Conor who cannot do enough for you. Had my Dads funeral wake here.. buffet great. Clean , friendly and overall a great pub.

They advertise at the front and back of the building that food is served but no food is served. False advertising. Its not hard to take down a sign guys.

Great food good prices what's to complain about.

Typical Witherspoon's which is a good thing. Excellent value as always in these days of overpriced food and drink. Food was good and the beer excellent
