A truely 5-star experience every time.

The staff were very attentive. Would regularly ask how we were if we needed anything else. The piano playing in the surroundings brought a nice ambience to the meal. The food was lovely quality. Small portion sizes but makes up in the quality of food and regular fresh warm bread is served throughout the evening on request. Overall very nice experience.

Amazing restaurant—never had a bad meal! Used to come with friends, now it's a regular date spot. The beef with snails is a favorite, and we always enjoy pairing our go-to dishes with seasonal specials.

Interesting selection of craft beers and real ale. Good staff. Good pub.

We enjoyed the visit. Like an oasis at the top of the building. Great views, reasonable priced food in the cafe. But book well in advance so you’re not disappointed when you get there. Tickets are free.

We booked for a late lunch yesterday. When we arrived it was mostly empty till a hen party arrived. Yet we had to remind the staff to bring our drinks. Then it took an hour for our starter, which was just hummus and didn't even need cooking! They kept telling us they were busy with the hen party, which by the way was only 2 tables, the restaurant was not full. But also, the hen is not my problem! We had also booked a table. We had to remind them to bring out the main too, of course. The food was nice but having to keep asking for it when it was already afternoon and we were hungry, ruined the experience. I would not recommend and will not go back.

A wonderful evening at a truly top-tier restaurant. I haven’t been to Kyiv, but I know Goodman is the gold standard for steaks and meat. We were served by a lovely lady named Rinata (if I’m not mistaken). The meat was exceptional, the glass of wine was perfect, and the truffle potatoes, asparagus, and sauces were just divine. I’ll definitely be back with my girlfriend — easily the best steak in London right now.

Do not recommend and definitely overpriced even if it's in London and within a five star hotel. The atmosphere and decorations are great but the rest is pretty sad. Cocktails? We ordered two different cocktails, one of them is average quality and the other one is torturing to drink. Both are unbalanced. Now the service... A random pub/bar on the street can do much better than what they provide, which is surprising that the service can't even meet the bare minimum. Glad to have checked before booking for a business drink.

Sadly I took a close business associate to this restaurant on the recommendation of Trip Advisor We had travelled all day from different cities to different hotels to meet at the About Thyme Restaurant it was very closed and so far we have been told it has been that way for many months May I suggest that TA keeps their records up to date as with most technology it is driven by humans and is only as good as the information that is put in This was a very expensive mistake Obviously in future I will always check that TA is accurate I have always enjoyed TA and intend doing so in the future but please update your records
