The staff were very attentive. Would regularly ask how we were if we needed anything else. The piano playing in the surroundings brought a nice ambience to the meal. The food was lovely quality. Small portion sizes but makes up in the quality of food and regular fresh warm bread is served throughout the evening on request. Overall very nice experience.

Had a fantastic evening at the Winter Garden at The Landmark—a beautiful setting with an elegant atmosphere that made for a perfect night out. The food was excellent, with each dish well-prepared and beautifully presented. The ambiance, with its stunning high ceilings and warm lighting, added to the experience. A special shoutout to our waiter, Ant, who truly made the night memorable. His attentive service, friendly demeanor, and great recommendations elevated the evening. He ensured everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely welcome. Would highly recommend dining experience with top-tier service. Will definitely be back!

I celebrated my first Valentines Day with my husband and our little one in this very nice place. The ambiance was gorgeous and is newborn friendly! The staffs are nice and very accommodating. The serving of food is convenient and with high quality in terms of plating and taste. We loved the experience! We’ll surely come back for another occassion to celebrate.

We have dined here before and always had a first class experience. Food is always presented superbly well. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection and very tender. The Dover sole was superb and very tasty. All the servers were very polite and very attentive. Thank you to every one who made our dining experience unforgettable.. Lovely restaurant in the atrium of the landmark hotel - great ambience with live piano player adding to the atmosphere. The chateaubriand for 2 was fantastic and beautifully cooked. Only concern was that they forgot about the egg allergy we told the waiter about at the start and proceeded to serve the starter with a hollandaise sauce ! So make sure they understand and note your allergies - but other than that we would go again.

Really dissapointed. No one to greet us at the podium entrance to the restaurant. Kept myself and my guests waiting and trying to find someone. The entrees of crab must have been prepared a while earlier as they tasted straight from the fridge. The Filet Mignon was extremely tender but somehow lacking in flavour and texture. The salad that was served with it was appalling. No dressing and quite boring. The other steaks were good Service was adequate but not engaging. Deserts were fine but not exceptional at this level. We selected a St Emillion which was excellent and just about saved the meal. Had I not been entertaining I would have complained at the time.

We’ve been here quite a few times over the years and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The hotel was beautifully decorated with amazing xmas trees which gave it a lovely Xmas feel. Even though it was a busy night it felt like we were the only ones there it still felt quiet. We had the festive menu and it was delicious. It came with a glass of champagne which was very tasty. The service was impeccable and the waiters were very attentive. I would thoroughly recommend having a meal here it’s definitely worth the money. A lovely treat for Xmas.

Ordered wine which we had to ask for again and it arrived just as we were finishing our main meal. When plates were cleared after desert we waited an age to be asked if we wanted to coffee etc. When we finally got someone's attention we decided to ask for the bill instead. Also, it's quite expensive when you consider the quality of the food.

A wonderful experience. Beautiful building and the Christmas decorations were exquisite. Very good festive menu. The staff are always very efficient and professional but friendly. Attentive but not intrusive as some places can be. It’s not cheap but then fine dining with the wonderful atmosphere never is. Loved the pianist playing Christmas carols and tunes.

The food was great, and the ambience was amazing, creating a delightful dining experience.

We arrived at 7.00… not busy time, we needed to wait for 15mns to just have a waiter to come to us for first time… The main course was nearly served cold (slow cooked beef and mash potatoes) … We asked to change the deserts as nothing suitable for us on the menu, they said yes but they charged the price of a la carte menu … no reduction… Bit disappointed

We enjoyed our visit to The Landmark Winter Garden. The food was well prepared and tasty. The atmosphere was lovely having a pianist play during our time there and having the christmas decorations as a backdrop. The service was very good with our waitresses Ruziel and Peachy looking after us very diligently. The service was slow, but we appreciated that, because we had a lot to talk about! It was a lovely afternoon.

The ambience and the staff were absolutely outstanding. We had a wonderful evening. Menu not very extensive but everything we had was delicious.

The food was great and tasty. However the service was not that good. 1. All the waiters seem to be busy with their own things. When we try to get tab water, we need to let them know three times. 2. When I try to order food, the waiter was standing far away from me with one of my friends between us, I asked him to come around, he said I can hear you. 3. The birthday cake was brought too early with all the dirty plates on the table still. 4. When they try to give us champagne, they poured 4 people first, then after 5 mins come back to pour another 2 people. I think this could be done at one time. 5. We ordered cheese board but cheese cake was brought to the table. In general, the service did not meet the standard.

A relaxed atmosphere at the restaurant, with great and creative food, but it's the wonderful warm and attentive staff who made it very special: Anca, Rodica and Peachy. What a gem!

It was a perfect venue for our daughter’s 30th . The food and service were first class. The hotel itself and The Winter Garden restaurant was absolutely amazing. The Champagne bar was stunning and the staff again couldn’t have done more to make us feel so welcome. It’s just a shame that the bar closed so early. All in all though it was a spectacular experience. Thank you so much for making this occasion so very special.

We celebrated our anniversary at The Landmark Winter Garden, and it was an unforgettable experience. The stunning atmosphere, with its beautiful décor and tranquil ambiance, set the perfect mood for a special evening. What truly made the night exceptional was the hospitality, especially from Anth, who greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome from the start. His attentive service elevated our entire dining experience. The food was simply outstanding, and I highly recommend the pork belly—it was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor.

The ambience was gorgeous however the service was poor and upsetting.

We were initially offered a table in a side alcove which we were disappointed with but they soon found us one in the main seating area. The food was lovely on the lunchtime set menu but we forgot, and the waitress did not point out that we had not ordered any sort of potatoes. When the meal came and we realised we had to wait another 10 minutes by which time some of our mains had gone cold. One of our party misread the menu and did not get the starter she was expecting despite the waitress reading all the orders back to us before placing them with the kitchen. Despite this when our lady said she was not expecting the starter she got, they replaced it with another choice. The management reduced our bill at the end as they wanted me s to feel happy when we left which was appreciated. It would have been 5 Stars had it not have been for the missed potatoes.

Clearly short of staff, but overall is good. The pianist was the best.

David & I chose the Landmark to celebrate our Wedding Day. It was 4 of us and we had a fabulous time. We arrived before our booking so headed upstairs to the champagne bar. We had cocktails and our others guests took tea. Once it was time for dinner we headed downstairs and were royally looked after by Angelo. We all are from the set menu was which fantastic as it includes a glass of champagne. We look forward to returning and thank you to all staff who provide wonderful service. Alaina, Anth, Elizabeth sofiane gave us amazing service with compliments, smiles and also going above than what we expected. Landmark is lucky to have them theygive their customers the special attention and ensure they have the 7 start valued experience. Customers are what the restaurant needs and the hotel and we are coming back again and hoping they are there next time! A major massive compliment to the chefs and kitchen staff; the best restaurant meal my husband and I have had and we are foodies who love tasting new flavours and cuisines and this is the best so far. The staff spoiled us in our anniversary and we just couldn’t take more bites of the lovely treats and we were left extremely happy and had the anniversary we were hoping for and ticked all the boxes. Great and lovely staff specially Amalia was so caring and lovely. I was pregnant and asked for well done steak but it came as medium well, because we already have been waiting 40 mins for the main to arrive didn’t want to wait another 40 mins to let them know that steak is not well cooked. That’s was the only negative issue.

We had a wonderful experience at the Wintergarden Restaurant in the Landmark Hotel. The service was excellent, all staff very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, we had the set lunch menu and next time we visit I would probably try the a la Carte. The atmosphere was really lovely, you can easily forget with all the palm trees that you are actually in London. The team were very kind to bring a special surprise over for my husbands birthday too.

Fantastic! The vibe is very relaxing and the green touch adds an exotic feeling. The food is amazing and price is very fair! I’ll be back again soon

We are really glad we chose the Winter Garden to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Great ambience in an open atrium setting, enjoyed dinner with piano in the background. Service was excellent, timely. Food was delicious, everyone enjoyed their choices. Our daughter was surprised by a complimentary fruit tart with a "Congratulations" plaque: deeply appreciated. We really enjoyed our evening and will love to repeat the experience.

The ribeye steak was exquisite. Melted in the mouth. The Apple crumble took about 30 minutes to arrive and was cold. Didn’t complain as we were out of time by then. It tasted lovely but would have been better with another 30 seconds in the microwave.

Beautiful venue. Been before & couldn’t fault it however unfortunately was disappointed on this visit for our wedding anniversary. Service was slow in champagne bar despite not being busy. My husband was given the wrong drink. My cocktail wasn’t great. £47 for 2 drinks I expected better. In Winter Garden we were seated by front of house swiftly then left for over 10 mins by waiters. Felt like we’d been forgotten. Guests seated after us were being served. Had to get waiter’s attention to be served. We ordered wine, a cocktail & mains. NB: same cocktails in champagne bar are cheaper in restaurant. My bramble cocktail was more ice than drink. Were asked if we wanted water & I said tap water would be good. A decanter of water was brought but only the smallest amount poured (about 2 mouthfuls) & was taken away. Was never topped up either so my husband gave me his. Most restaurants leave complimentary water on table & refill it. Waiter serving bread went back & asked if anyone wanted more. I eventually enquired about the bread service as we were always missed. It did arrive straight away after asking & was nice. Our mains arrived but mine was wrong. I’d ordered gnocchi but was given risotto. I told the waiter & he asked me if I was sure I didn’t order the risotto. Someone else came over to apologise for the error & said they’d leave my husband’s dinner as it would take too long to redo so we couldn’t eat together. Were told we could have a drink on the house & was given a menu but again nobody came back promptly to take our orders. My husband’s steak wasn’t cooked as requested so he ended up having to go find someone to tell. He ordered medium & it was very well done. Not the slightest hint of pink in it. Staff agreed. When our meals finally arrived mine was tasty but my husband’s steak was still overcooked. It was medium-well at best. Although nice it wasn’t what he wanted. As we’d been so long we just wanted to get home so he ate it as it was.

Everything you expect from a fine dining experience, and more. The venue is simply stunning, everyone made us feel very welcome. The service was exceptional and every member of the front of house team were both friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, I cannot recommend this highly enough. Cant wait to visit again, hopefully soon !!

We had the set 125 Anniversary Menu - the food was amazing! We had not been to The Landmark Hotel before & we were blown away by what a beautiful place it is! We had a fabulous evening.

Super, bright and airy venue with a pianist gently playing. Excellent food with super presentation. We weren't in a hurry as we hadn't seen each other for a long time and the service was very sensitive to our needs.

This was a special occasion and the staff at The Winter Garden made us very welcome and looked after us exceptionally well. They brought a treat to the table with our desserts which was a delicious french patisserie tart. I was a little disappointed with the dessert I had chosen and so that was changed immediately to another one - the trifle was delicious. All the food that we chose lived up to expectation. We will be back!

We enjoyed Landmarks 125th Anniversary lunch menu, celebrating our 53rd wedding Anniversary. Delicious food served by lovely staff Eufelia, Rodica, Betty and Peachy. A lovely comfortable ambience, we will certainly be booking again.

We booked a celebration lunch for four people at The Winter Garden on July 5th. The setting, the food, the service were all exceptional. In particular, we all agreed that Zoltan was an outstanding member of staff for the polite and efficient manner in which he conducted himself and managed other staff. He is a credit to The Landmark. We will return soon and in the meantime will recommend The Winter Garden to friends and family.
