Sky Garden in City of London, Westminster

A really bad experience. We went for dinner but didn't get our food because it wasn't ordered by the waiter, and we couldn't eat because the kitchen was already closed, with more than 1 hour wait. The drinks were expensive and they charge very expensive table service as well

We enjoyed the visit. Like an oasis at the top of the building. Great views, reasonable priced food in the cafe. But book well in advance so you’re not disappointed when you get there. Tickets are free.

Even with a ticket, you still have to wait in line, which in my case took about 30 minutes. The view of London from up there is worth it. The Skygarden also has restaurants and bars. While the prices were high, they weren't significantly above average.

We reserved a brunch so we were able to go before the free tickets, food was good

This pas is trash we wanted top go inside but they didn't let us but they let french people inside right afterwards.

The service was bad, we booked tickets and were not allowed in because we were with a lot of students who hadn't booked but were waiting outside and were basically causing problems where there were none, and it's a real rip-off place with philistines

Golden rule, even though it is absolutely free to go up it go into the website and book your tickets ahead of time. There is no way to get up there without tickets in advance. They will turn your way at the door as we find out would love to have gone a bit, but as there were no tickets available for the day. We couldn't see it

Free viewing platform in London. It's very nice, although access is somewhat slow, as there are only two elevators. The views are excellent, and you can see several important monuments.

A must-do if you're visiting London! During the day, you can book a free ticket, but you must book in advance (3 weeks). In the evening, you can purchase a ticket on site that includes a drink: a real treat at the end of the day, enjoying the panoramic view of London while enjoying a glass of wine! A fantastic atmosphere!

I really enjoyed the view from this building. It’s not the tallest around—and that’s probably the best thing about it. You get to see the other buildings around you at eye level, and in my opinion, the view is much more spectacular than seeing everything from far above. It gives a real sense of depth and tridimensionality that you don’t get from higher vantage points. It’s completely free and managed pretty well. At the top, there’s a small garden area with benches, which, while not exactly a real garden, is still a pleasant spot to sit and take it all in. Better than nothing—and a great place to pause for a moment above the city.

It's a lovely place, you can get in with a free ticket you need to book a couple of weeks before the visit. The view is brillant. Can't recommend the coffee, though.

We visited here on a Friday afternoon. It took 45 minutes of queuing to get past the security checks but tickets are free so something has to give. It's a wonderful spot to take in the sights of the London skyline - helped by a beautiful sunny day when we visited. I think it is better than going to one of the higher viewing points as you are closer to the sights. It's a large, airy space as well which is really suited to those of a nervous disposition when it comes to heights! Nice bar area as well to get something bubbly to toast the London skyline.

An extraordinary view from the 35th floor. Free if you book at least one month in advance. Otherwise, reserve a table at the bar. Cocktails range from £14 to £20.

Really pretty and aesthetic. They have a few cafés. There was a bit of a queue to get into and out of the building. We had to go through a security checkpoint where we got our bags analyzed by a machine similar to the ones in airports. There weren't any body-checks outside of walking through a machine. We went on a Monday at 14.45 and it was still quite busy with people, so perhaps come even earlier. It's overall a nice place to take pictures.

If you have a spare hour and can get (free) tickets this is worth a visit. Great views across London. For free....

Great views of the city, skyline and building architecture of london. Very Nice to watch the sunset. Drinks and food are expensive so you may want to eat before or bring sufficient funds.

We were visiting London for our honeymoon and to make it extra special the staff at Sky Garden gave us the table with the best view!! The service was great :)

Incredible experience, I went here with my girlfriend and the Sky Garden offered the most amazing views of London. Reminds me of a mini version of the Eden Project. Nice and cool also even though it was a hot day.

Excellent evening in Sky Gardens. What a view when day turns to night.

Sky Garden offers a great view and is free to enter, so I try to visit about once a year. You need to book online in advance, and although they used to check passports and bags like at an airport, now you just need your reservation QR code to get in. There’s always a queue for the lifts, so especially around sunset or night-time, it’s best to arrive about 30 minutes early. The restaurant on the 37th floor isn’t particularly good, so I wouldn’t personally recommend it. However, there’s a bar and café at the top, which are nice alternatives. The toilets tend to be busy and not very clean due to the number of visitors. When going back down, you’ll also need to queue for the lift, so if you have other plans, it’s wise to join the line 10–20 minutes earlier, especially when it’s crowded. You do get a 360-degree view, but the glass has become quite dusty compared to before, so it’s not ideal for taking photos or enjoying the view clearly. Still, considering it’s free, you can’t really complain!

Mostly rude employees, especially one man in the security department who was seated in the x ray area. Not worth the hype but worth a visit if you wanna see London from above, esp if you go for free. Not sure it's worth paying money like we did. View of course is nice like anywhere you can see a city from the top. Garden is nice but nothing spectacular.

Unforgettable views from a bird's eye view surrounded by beautiful greenery. In good weather you can admire London in all its glory. Free entry, but you have to order tickets in advance and stand in line for a while, probably depending on the day and traffic. Then a short security check and you can take the lift up.

A fantastic location with a stunning view of the city. Tickets must be reserved online in advance, but they're free. If you reserve a table at one of the restaurants, access is also included. Security checks are just like at an airport, so get there early! The elevator takes you to the 35th floor in seconds...there you'll find a beautifully landscaped sky garden. A bit more expensive than the already expensive London...but the view makes up for it!

Lovely views of London landmarks, the place can be crowded, and hot for the glass however the open terrace is very refreshing. Entry is free but you must book in advance, inside they have a lot of bars, restaurants and coffee shop. You can pay with credit card, toilets and the lift had long queues to use them.

It was ok, my cocktail 🍸 was not on there menue but they made it for me regardless, so that was very nice, long cue to get in and out

Tickets get released about 3 weeks before you plan to go and are gone very quickly. This is a fabulous viewing location for London and FREE!! Highly recommend this trip, restaurant and bar at the top also excellent.

Beautiful space, ideal for taking beautiful pictures

When in London you can't miss it. The place is beautiful and clean. For people who are thrifty on trips it is free. You can see the entire panorama of the city. You have to register on the website to get a ticket and I advise you to do it quickly because tickets sell like hot cakes.

Besides the long wait it was a good experience! The view was amazing, you could see all London from there. And all the plants were really well kept.

Sky garden was great, we got some great photo opportunities from all of the skyline of London! Amazing sight seeing spot up above the majority of London.

We had a booking so no wait, magnificent views, but the garden bit was not accessible when we were there which was disappointing.

It is possible to enjoy a nice meal or drink while observing London from a height. Reservation is required.

Fantastic views across London. On a clear day, you can see for miles. Restaurant available. Prices normal for London. There is plenty of seating area available for a cheeky champagne drink, tea, coffee, etc. Lift to 37 floor, so smooth. It's definitely a tourist attraction and well worth a visit.

You have to book tickets 3 weeks in advance, otherwise you risk not getting in unless you go after 7pm. In that case you have access to the bar. With all the bookings, however, there is a queue to respect as there are so many people

Great building with a really beautiful garden on the top floor. The view is truly incredible. Apparently, there are times when it's free. However, for us, it was a paid entry with a free drink... but you can live without it :)

Very nice view, easiest way to get up is to book at the Darwin Brasserie. Had a lovely breakfast, food and drinks were worth it and then we could walk around the garden looking at the views... best thing is the whole 4 sides are reachable so a full view of london is available

Beautiful view! We went for the sunset, and it was amazing. Food was very tasty, as well as the drinks. Just a bit too pricey, but kind of reasonable for the location.

Heerlijk gegeten rond de middag met een geweldig uitzicht. Veel personeel aanwezig en en een goede entree. Bovenop de prijs komt 13.5% fee voor het uitzicht en de beleving. Het uitzicht is zeker een bezoekje aan de Darwin's brasserie waard!

We visited the restaurant in May. We had a reserved table overlooking the Thames. We ordered a starter, main course and dessert. The view was absolutely incredible. You are 37 stories up but it doesn't feel like it at all thanks to the omnipresent greenery. The food was very tasty and the portions were as they should be. Our waitress was Hita. Her positive mood and interest in us was very pleasant and when she found out that we were celebrating a birthday, she brought us a plate with the inscription Happy Birthday with a candle and a piece of cake as a gift. I know that I will visit this place again and invest in the view and service again. The visit really exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the whole team ❤️

I brought my cousin to Darwin Brasserie, who was visiting from South Africa. We had a fabulous lunch. The food was delicious, amazing views, great atmosphere and fantastic service from Papa. He was friendly, efficient and incredibly attentive.

very beautiful skyscraper even seen only from the outside. entering you go up to the 35th floor and you arrive in this large room full of trees of all kinds. we had breakfast at the bar (included in the ticket we bought) and we could choose between a plain or chocolate croissant and a hot drink of any kind. the outdoor terrace opens at 11 on weekends but while you wait you can take a walk in the garden and observe the beautiful view through the glass of the structure. beautiful experience!

As expected fabulous view of the city over a number of levels. Lots of seats and people seemed to come and go regularly so we moved about quite a bit for different views. Tickets were free. 2 glasses of wine and an apple juice cost about £36 but really you're paying for the views and atmosphere. DJ was playing and our time slot meant we arrived at daylight and left after sunset taking in the sights and lights. Ricardo on the bar was lovely and top service.

Absolutely amazing experience. I could see staff is overwhelmed with the management of crowd but overall good experience. Stunning views and relaxing. If you luck get that all experience for free.

If you want tickets, you have to check often so you don't miss the day you want. After a short, well-organized security check, you quickly got to the top via elevators. The view was incredible, and you can see many sights, including the Tower of London. It's great that the tickets are free. I highly recommend it!

Worth visiting, one of the main highlights of a weekend in London

In general the place is very nice, incredible views except for the recommendation of Valer the waiter. I asked him for the sweetest cocktail and first he pointed out the most expensive ones. I told him I wanted the £14.20 one and he chose the special one, which was anything but sweet. It was super bitter and very loaded. He had several more victims, 3 specifically and 4 with me, of course it was a cocktail but in this case Molotov. If you want something sweet, no matter what happens, don't order the special or ask Valer. PS: special mention to the security guard at the door and the person in the control area, two beings of light, next time I will ask them about the cocktail.

Great views without any dent in your pocket. Just make sure you book in advance for a smooth ride. Long queues sometimes but it moves ok.
