Sky Garden in City of London, Westminster

Booked in advance. Airport style security which I welcomed the evening was raining so cloudy but you could still see all the light display across Londons landmarks I'd bought the ticket with either complimentary cider or mulled wine unfortunately they had no cider so had to have mulled wine. Atmosphere was nice dj present also

Plenty of space to move around - and sit down whilst exploring all the views. Cake was not very high quality or fresh in the cafe and they are using endless amounts of disposable cups instead of reusing. An environmental disaster zone!

Poor quality food and cocktails unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend.

Spectacular 360 view of London. It’s in 35th floor and has a much better view than London Eye. There are plenty of spaces, chairs and tables for coffee. An outdoor balcony which offers better view south side of the river. The garden inside is very interesting. 2 restaurants in the upper floor. Well worth the visit and queue. 👍

Sky Garden is one of my favourite places to visit. I really like the big space around, the beautiful view, and the cocktails. We went last week with my friends and we had the best cocktails made by Sebastiàn. He is friendly, professional, and good at his job! Thank you, Senastiàn !

Excellent place to visit for great views of London, also it's free. But you do need to book a free ticket about 3 weeks in advance.

Worth a visit, best time would be just before sundown, then hang about till it gets dark to see the lights. Book in advance, there is always a queue, don't arrive till about 15 mins before your booking. You will be late up but it's worth it.

Beautiful overview of London and Thames. On the terrace, safely enclosed by glass, a breathtaking experience with a view of The Shard, Docklands and London City. Definitely, book free tickets online well in advance on the Sky Garden website.

While the idea of this rooftop is top notch the execution lacks personality and function. Somehow too much and not enough seating. The queue system wreaks of lack of investment or care. If you want people to show up in a time window, enforce it.

Great place!!!! A wonderful skyscrapper to see London from the top for free!! You have to book it THREE WEEKS in advance. The tickets are released on Monday at 11 am ( or 10 if you are from Spain)

Amazing place to go! My partner actually proposed to me here after some lovely (but expensive) drinks. Has an amazing view all across London. I'm not sure if it's worth getting paid tickets, but definitely worth a visit with free tickets.

It is a free viewpoint, however, it is ESSENTIAL to reserve your ticket in advance on the website, otherwise you will not be able to go up. When we visited, there was a three-week waiting list.

I always visit here every time I'm in London. I've been with my kids during the day and they loved it. I've also visited the restaurant with a friend in the evening and really enjoyed it. Even though it's free to visit, be sure to get your ticket in advance.

Very nice and the view is magnificent

We visited Sky Garden for the Moet Champagne nights series. The decorations were really pretty but sadly the outside observation areas were closed. Being an evening event (after dark) we really couldn’t appreciate the gardens. We did however grab a couple appetizers at one of the restaurants. It was fully reserved but we sat in a small bar/lounge area and had lovely service. Would definitely like to return some day during the day to fully experience the gardens and the views of the city.

I visited Sky Garden on a weekday at noon and had a great experience. There were no queues, and I was surprised to find out that it’s completely free to visit such an amazing place. The observation deck offers stunning views of London, including landmarks like Tower Bridge, the Shard, and St. Paul’s Cathedral. Inside, the space is filled with plants, creating a relaxing atmosphere. There’s also a café where you can grab a drink or snack, and the toilets are clean and easy to find. Sky Garden is definitely worth a visit if you’re in London. It’s a fantastic spot to relax, enjoy incredible views, and take great photos—all without spending a penny!

Reservation is mandatory and it is recommended to make it weeks in advance, via their website. At the entrance, you cannot enter without a reservation.

Incredible views and a nice place to visit. Sadly let down by a fairly rude staff member, who got even more rude when I asked for the discretionary service charge to be taken off the bill at the end. They first had to go get the manager’s approval to remove it from my bill, then they came back over to ask for my reason why I was removing it..

Unique view from above! It wasn't so nice to sit for a drink or coffee but you can see the city from above for free.

It is a very spectacular place to see the views, but only that, so in the end it will take longer to go up than to go down

Tickets are freely available online every Monday. No entry without a ticket!! You definitely have to queue and wait. There is also a scanning control. Once you are at the top you have a beautiful view. You can also sit down and relax.

Staff in the restaurant were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and very polite. The food was delicious also.. the only down side was the weather spoiled the dramatic views of the city.

We went to the top of the skygarden at 3pm after 20 minutes queuing with tickets and reservations made a month in advance 😬. Gorgeous view of London from the tower bridge to the big Ben (how small from that distance). We waited till the sunset (it was December) and enjoyed the lighting up of the lights and a colorful Shard tower. I highly recommend to get table and enjoy a beer (Moretti from Italy 🤣).

Beautiful view of London by night. Very characteristic place with plants, restaurant and bar. But.. there is a but.. we visited it after Horizon 22.. and there is no comparison!

The challenge for this awesome location is to either get tickets or somehow else entrance to this place. You might wanna try early in the morning or in the evening. Also, it is easier if you buy a reservation for the bar. If you made it there you will have a stunning view over London.

While the overall sky garden experience was good, the moet & chandon bar counter service was not good. The hot beverages served were warm and staff wasn’t helpful.

Initially a free viewing experience, but this Christmas time it cost money. Brilliant views to most of London's sights. Best recommendation is early in the morning, possibly book a table at the Darwin brasserie so you can skip the queue.

The place are beautiful for the view. but make sure you wear warm clothes. Freezing as the terrace door open. The management quite bad..is my birthday dinner night..told us come early. booked the Darwin 36F. We early waited at 35F look around then a girl tell us my to 37F we walk up to the long stepper. my husband legs not good. but he did walk up then they block the road said go down to talk the life up. Terrible we are senior almost can't breath up and down..Finally went to the Darwin my husband just want a chair to sit his leg so painful as this torture. The front girls said can't get a sit as not open yet. Tell us go out to wait. Then I told them my husband need a chair now. That 2 girls are some rude not even want to help and we told her upper floor seem let people sit in already..She said they don't know and she can change our booking to upper floor. Then ask her sure upper floor open she said don't know again. But we still waiting as my bday my husband took this worst service. But only this front desk. 2girls others waiter are nice and professional Foods are good. They are full thats why quite loud. Better eat and go..For me don't think I will go back again.!!

The building security is rude, or even worse, RACIST. Me and my husband were having our first anniversary dinner in the Fenchurch Restaurant and we were late for 30mins as for bad traffic. The security at entrance literally provoked me by stating it’s 8:00pm and we were late for the reservation, but before speaking to us, he was clearly chatting with his friend came by, and still carried on the conversation after noticing we are there waiting to speak to him. His friend feel awkward enough and left, then he had the time to provoke us. Getting into the building, it was already very not acceptable, then the security check person wasn’t loud enough we couldn’t hear what he said the first time, then he said again in a very inpatient tone that we need to have the jacket checked. After I pass the security gate, he massively rolled his eyes in my husband. For what???? For him needed to speak twice? Both people didn’t do any of that to anyone else, is that because we don’t look English? We didn’t come here to pay that much money to experience this sort of discrimination. Shame on the management team, SHAME. it was very nice the first few times I visited back in 2015… they just don’t care anymore.

Beautiful spot from which to view London even of its dull and grey outside. Bar &restaurant are quite overpriced, can feel cold in the winter, but still worthwhile to pop in to take in views.

Place is nice, and the view is among however, there is literally no light inside the building and getting so dark .

Beautiful, we were previously at Horizon 22 and there the views are better but this place is much better thought out with cafes, several terraces, lots of natural decoration... a delight to walk around and hang out.

Scenic place where you can see the panorama of the city from the 35th floor. You go up with an elevator after passing through the security checks with scanners. The place is very beautiful and well maintained. Possibility to sit and have a drink at the bar or eat some snacks. Despite booking online (free!) there is a queue to enter.

The views are impressive, it was night and with everything illuminated, the city looked very beautiful. The place is very stylish, it was totally worth the wait to go up. You have to go through a security arch and it is crazy slow. We also had to wait to get off, but less time.

Crowded at the entrance, we had to queue up even though we had reservations. The food and the service were very good, but comparatively it was somewhat overpriced.

If you cannot find the date you want, you can make a reservation at Larch cafe and buy tickets with the menu. Then you can get the date you want The view is wonderful, there is a cafe inside When daylight hours are preferred, London can be enjoyed with pleasure. You can spare an average of 1.5 hours.

Worth it to book a reservation for breakfast above sky garden. The food was amazing! Views are amazing even on a foggy day.
