very beautiful skyscraper even seen only from the outside. entering you go up to the 35th floor and you arrive in this large room full of trees of all kinds. we had breakfast at the bar (included in the ticket we bought) and we could choose between a plain or chocolate croissant and a hot drink of any kind. the outdoor terrace opens at 11 on weekends but while you wait you can take a walk in the garden and observe the beautiful view through the glass of the structure. beautiful experience!

Excellent views and a beautiful interior garden. You can see they take care of the plants. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that you have to wait to use the restrooms because there aren't many for the number of people they recieve, and they also smell bad.

As expected fabulous view of the city over a number of levels. Lots of seats and people seemed to come and go regularly so we moved about quite a bit for different views. Tickets were free. 2 glasses of wine and an apple juice cost about £36 but really you're paying for the views and atmosphere. DJ was playing and our time slot meant we arrived at daylight and left after sunset taking in the sights and lights. Ricardo on the bar was lovely and top service.

It's an amazing view. There are stickers on the windows to highlight notable places. We spent a good hour there but you could spend longer if you went for a drink or something to eat there. The food is expensive, but that's a given, and considering the location is less than it could be. The downside was the security staff. I heard them being openly rude and obnoxious to visitors. It is very unprofessional and it put a damper on the visit.

In general the place is very nice, incredible views except for the recommendation of Valer the waiter. I asked him for the sweetest cocktail and first he pointed out the most expensive ones. I told him I wanted the £14.20 one and he chose the special one, which was anything but sweet. It was super bitter and very loaded. He had several more victims, 3 specifically and 4 with me, of course it was a cocktail but in this case Molotov. If you want something sweet, no matter what happens, don't order the special or ask Valer. PS: special mention to the security guard at the door and the person in the control area, two beings of light, next time I will ask them about the cocktail.

Far below average. We both ordered a steak tartare as a starter. It basically tasted like pickle juice, the pickles on the side added insult to injury. It’s like they added the juices from the jar to the tartare, we couldn’t taste the meat. I ordered a beef burger, which was just OK, McDonalds level quality. My girlfriend ordered the salmon cake; bland, the spinace server with it was like rubber, no taste to it. We were not asked if we liked our meals even when we left half of our meals untouched. This all for the low price of €160,- (not £ for us). One drink per person included, they charge for tap water. Sad. Nice view though!

Reserved tickets for 16:30, got there about 10 mins before. The queue was long but initially started to move quickly. After about 30 minutes the queue was divided into two sides and anyone queuing with a child under 16 were allowed to go in front and enter before everyone else that had been waiting (probably because under 16's aren't allowed in the sky gardens after 18:00) this meant we didn't get in until about 17:45 so only had about 10 minutes to look around before we had to queue to go back down as we needed to get to our dinner reservation. Not sure if this happens all the time but would advise if you don't have children don't book for around 4:30 timeslot!! Also visited Horizon 22 the same day, booked outside on the day, much better organisation and fantastic views.

Without a doubt a must-see in London, very close to the Tower and the Bridge. You have to get tickets three weeks in advance, it's totally free. When we arrived we queued for approximately 25 minutes. The views of London are wonderful, and the garden-like setting is beautiful. There are bars and restaurants to eat or have a drink. We had a small glass of beer and a hot chocolate and spent £10 on both things. This was in the bar in the central hall. The rest that are higher up are a little more expensive. You go up and down to the 35th floor in two seconds, there are bathrooms and access for people with disabilities.

This place is run horribly. The queue was chaos. We had tickets for 16:30, and arrived at 16:20. The line was winding with hundreds in queue. It only got worse as more people showed up as the queue ran down the sidewalk of the building. That's not the worst part. When we arrived near the front of the line, they split the queue in two lines, one for family and under 18, and one for over 18 adults. Okay, fine, i get it. They want to get families and kids in before it turns into a bar. Well, that was not advertised, and now we need to sit in low priority queue for an additional 30 minutes not moving at all. We enter the security line 45 minutes after our reserved time. BY THE WAY, THEY DIDN'T CHECK TICKETS, so anybody could have come by and lied to get in. Anyways, the security line was just as scuffed. They have two metal detectors/baggage checker machines like airport security, but they split us into 3 lines, no regard for your position in queue, it was unprofessional and wacky. My group got put in this mythical third line, and we merged with one of the other lines at the bag check. No regard for the queue at that point. It is a free for all. Staff is just checking people with metal scanners and rushing people through to the two elevators that take people up and down. The only good part of the experiences was that the elevators, packed as they may be, moved up 35 floors pretty quick. Now, the actual place. It is a cool view. I liked it. It's not worth that entry experience. You can walk outside to get a nice view from one side of the building towards the Thames. HOWEVER, they closed this outside area at 18:00. We got up into the building at 17:45, with 16:30 tickets. Luckily, we went to the outside right away and got to see the view of London for a bit. Had we shown up on the actual booked time of the tickets, we would have missed it. In summary: The place is managed poorly, it has a nice view, and if I could get a refund for my free tickets, I would.

Really impressive view and took nice photos! Not cheap, still worth it. Pricing (after free hours on weekdays) is questionable as there is no option for entrance without a drink. Options are champagne 22£ or vine/mocktail 15,5£. Vine was horrible, mocktail mostly syrup, therefore also horrible. Had a great ale later at the bar upstairs, no clue why they 'force' a bad drink on you in the first place. Another weird thing, I had a problem understanding the bartender, and simply replied politely 'I'd like to order a drink', which resulted in a hostile "That's not what i asked", and him serving the next customer. Had to go to another bartender. (Understood from context afterwards he had said 'who's next'...)
